A new interview with Nomura from Famitsu has been published. FF-Reunion has posted the details of how their may be changes in the KINGDOM HEARTS Birth by Sleep title for the Western release.

We wanted to know about the next game.
Nomura: First we have to release Kingdom hearts Birth by Sleep in the West. There have been some thoughts about making a critical mode, along with adjusting the bosses to a stronger level, because we felt they were a bit weak. Megaflare was too strong, so have to adjust that too.

If your changing some content in the Western version, does that mean we will see a Final Mix?
Nomura: We are not sure. We have to see where it takes us and how much changes there would be in the Western version. We would like to get a "KINGDOM HEARTS" game out at least once a year, instead of waiting so long. Mike's Note: They always want a Final Mix. Nomura should really concentrate on the next title.

In two years it will be the 10th anniversary for the series. What about KHIII?
Nomura: That's a secret. There is still a game to come out that is a mystery, but it will connect the series.

Does that mean the Series will be over after the third title?
Nomura: The story for Kingdom Hearts is about Sora, but also one other person. The series is expanding and is also centering on this other person.

What a great way to turn the story. I think this person has a huge part, just like Sora.

I'm not sure if you guys heard, but KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days was nominated for a bunch of awards in the gaming magazine "Nintendo Power". KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days took all seven awards, which includes Nintendo DS Game of the Year, Best Sound/Voice Acting, Best Adventure Game, Best Nintendo DS Graphics, Best New Character, Best Story/Writing and Overall Game of the Year.

It's good to hear that KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days won the awards that they were nominated for. Let's hope that this inspires Square to release KINGDOM HEARTS Birth by Sleep earlier than expected (laughs).

Hey everyone, I just wanted to quickly update regarding the [KHV] KINGDOM HEARTS Birth by Sleep Fandub Production. Any new videos from the production will no longer show as an update. The team and myself agreed that the production can have it's own section in the front page, which can be viewed mid-point of the page on the left hand side. Any new videos that are completed, will be seen over in that section.

Updates and videos from the fandub production will no longer be added together. We hope, you guys will still check out the fandub production as we will continue to dub the most requested scenes. Believe me. If you think that's the best we can do, you have no idea! Wait until you guys view the videos from the ending.

By the way, if you haven't heard, KHV is starting to upload the official (JP) scenes from KIGNDOM HEARTS Birth by Sleep, thanks to Misty and RvR, who did an amazing job capturing the videos for us.

Greetings all. Now typically we have been updating our cutscene archive when the English dubs of the game are out, but since the North American release could be as far away as August, we decided have a couple of the main cutscenes ready for download from the Japanese game.

These cutscenes were recorded and converted by Misty and rendered by me. A special thanks to her for recording these for us!

So far we have six new videos for you guys, all of which are of higher quality then the other videos in our archive. And of course with higher quality, comes bigger file size. These videos are also in Raw format, perfect for voice overs and amvs!

After a month since the release of KINGDOM HEARTS Birth by Sleep, Game Informer has announced some sort of release date time for North America. Although, it's nothing to brag about, the release time frame has been said to be around June-August 2010.

Wait, what? It takes a PSP game to take five-seven months to just translate and obtain English voice overs? If you guys remember, in October and November 2009, we confirmed that the voice actors were currently recording.

KINGDOM HEARTS II, a huge title that made it on the PlayStation 2 was announced in North America a week of two after the release in Japan. The game was released three and half months later.

So, what's going on? If anything the release dates are getting worse then previous times. How's that possible? Is North America waiting for Europe again?
