    Angel glared at Alex. "For your information, today is my birthday. I'm eighteen." She looked back at Advent. "I'm going after her." Her tone was acidic, but her anger wasn't directed at Advent or Alex. She walked past Alex. "We'll need to stop at my house," She muttered, just loud enough for him to hear. "I need my daggers."

    "Hmph."Advent moved swiftly in front of Angel and shook his head. "Why should I let you go anywhere? You won't accept your destiny, tell your family what you have to do, or even attempt to spare them of this...well, THIS!" He said loudly, barely taking notice of Alex. At least he keeps us on track...but it is rather annoying...

    "Don't you dare try to lecture me!" Angel snapped. "I know what I'm doing! As soon as Claire is safe, I'm leaving them to do whatever the hell it is that I'm supposed to and then I'm going to try to have a life! But what confuses me is why I feel the way I do about you when you're supposed to be the bad guy!" She clenched her fists and the pipe systems of the museum broke, quickly covering the floor with ankle-deep water.

    "Thanks...Same here." He tried smiling but instead faked a cough to avoid it, at the moment. "So, we just gonna stand here and listen to how much we care about each other or is it hero time?" He looked over at Alex for a moment, knowing he would follow them sooner or later before turning his attention back towards Angel.
