    "No," Angel replied quickly, seeing Thomas's car in her driveway. "Not now. And not later." She stepped around Advent, but froze, seeing Thomas leaning against his car. "Please don't say anything to him. I'll handle it."

    Angel didn't respond to Advent. Instead, she walked forward.

    Thomas turned around when he heard footstep. "I was wondering where you went." He said in greeting.

    "Why are you here?" Angel asked plainly.

    "To see you." Thomas replied and then glanced at Advent. "Who's he?"

    "A friend." Angel tried to keep her voice even. "Thomas, you need to stop coming here."

    Thomas shook his head. "Angel," He lifted her face to look at his with two fingers under her chin. "Haven't I already told you that I can't stay away from you?"

    Angel hit Thomas' hand away. "I mean it."

    Thomas kept his eyes locked with Angel's. "But baby-"

    "I'm not your baby." Angel cut off.

    Thomas grit his teeth. "I've been nice about this," He grabbed Angel's wrists and held her still. "You don't want me angry, Angel. Just tell me what I want to hear."

    Angel's hardhead resolve melted. "Thomas... let me go." She was frightened by the strength of Thomas' grip. "You know I can't tell you anything."

    "Is that why you have him?" Thomas jerked his head towards Advent. "A bodyguard?"

    Angel shuddered. "Thomas...."
