She nodded.
"I'm not used to walking period, but with the new weight and the balancing...It's gonna be hard," she said softly.

 

Lexi was happy that Jess was big and free. She flew to a flower and rested there.

 

Tai got off of the tree and looked around."..Where to sleep..Where to sleep..?"he mumbled,looking around for a nice tree.

"I'm sure gonna miss being small," she said.

She held her hand out taking his softly.
"I don't want to rush," she said. She took her first step slowly.

 

Tai turned around and stared at Jessica for a moment,before climbing the very tree he was leaning on."This'll do for tonight..''he muttered,climbing up,one branch at a time. ..I think.. I did some good today..heck,they might just consider me a friend now.. he thought.

 

She took a step then immediately following a quick step. She wasn't ready and she fell forwards.

 

Tai finally reached the highest branch and peered down at Jessica."..please keep it down...good night..''he told them,noticing it was getting a bit late.Why not rest up?

 

She shook her head.
"Maybe tomorrow. It's really late now. I think we should rest," she said. She looked up at a tree, grabbing the branch and jumping up finding a widespot.
"I can climb faster," she said to herself. She opened her wings to where she wouldn't lay on the them.

Tai layed his head back against the branches and shut his eyes,soon falling asleep.

 

"..mmmm..''Tai groaned softly,covering his eyes as he opened them to a new,bright day.He sat up and stretched before climbing down the trees,landing in a pile of leaves below."...I've got a taste for fish..now wheres that river we passed?"he asked himself,looking around as he brushed leaves off his clothes.It took him a few moments,but he ran east and soon came across a river abundant with fish.

Tai stepped right in the middle of it and watched fish swim by him."I guess I could eat about..four..or maybe even six today..''he mumbled in thought,quickly putting his hands in the water and catching two fish with each hand.

20 minutes later...

Tai now had a rack of six fish being cooked over a classic fire made by him.When it came to survival,Tai knew about everything.Once the fish were getting hot and crispy,Tai took it by the stick that went from its mouth to its tail,and began eating it hungrily.

 

Jessica opened her eyes, blinded by the light. She blinked a few times and stretched her arms and wings. She felt another crack in her wings and they felt better. She flapped them. She stretched her arms and legs and flapped out of the tree, noticing it was easier to fly. Her wings were larger than what she had been used to. She flapped towards the river and sat down, making some herbs out of the plants.

 

Tai finished his first cooked fish and watched as Jessica landed nearby.The others must still be asleep."..Feeling better?"Tai asked from afar,reaching out for another fish.

 

"Much better," she said with a smile. She watched him and looked at the fish.
"You catch those?" she asked wondering what she should do. She leaned over in the river looking at the fish. She tried to grab one.Usually, they would try to grab her, but she was bigger now

 

"Yeah,with my hands..''Tai said proudly,grabbing another fish."Eat with me?"he asked
