Who do you like beter Xigbar or Saix?

ummmmm uhh well..... I guess I'd have to pick Xigbar but Saix is still pretty cool

 

Xibar. He has a cool voice in the english one =D and I love his guns. ;P

 

man thats a tough one they both kick ass but I think Xigbar would win

 

If I was going to say who would win in a battle, I'd say Xigbar because space and gravity and shooting kicks butt over lunar power any day.

If I was going for personality and who I thought was someone I'd rather deal with, I'd also go with Xigbar. He wasn't the mental torturer that Saix was. He was a bit odd with that surfer voice coming out of a guy with an eye patch and some serious war scars, but hey, it made him unique. He also seems to have had a mysterious past that Nomura has hinted makes him rather important, and he might be seen in BBS. Xigbar seemed to be doing what he was doing because he thought it was the only way, while Saix seemed to relish tormenting people and confusing people on purpose with no remorse at all. It was very hard for me to find any sympathy for Saix. :/

And lastly...claymores don't look like that. Guns don't either...but the sniper awesome gun...whoo hoo!

 

I like Saix, his personality is more complete than a surfer.

Ironically, he is the one without a personality... at first glance.


Unless of course you count the Xemnas reports... then its totally different.

I choose Xigbar. He seemed to have more experience than Saix did, so that would probably give him the upperhand of that fight.

 

Hmm, well as a character, I pick Xigbar, because for one he's not as... boring. He also seems to have an interesting backstory.

As a fighter, well I like the moon element, but Saïx's battle was a bit boring and repetitive. Xigbar as well in that area, I guess.

 

Hmm... They're both dangerous opponents who deserve a little respect (Pfft-! XD), but alltogether, I'd have to say Saix. I mean, switching between emotionless, calculating schemer to raging, psychopathic killing-machine by using the power of the Moon? That's godda have my vote! (Oh, and his Claymore is uber-cool. ^_^)

 

I'd say Xigbar. He just seems to entertain me. =)

Xigbar all the way, Saïx just creeps me out. That, plus the fact that Xigbar's fighting strategy seems to be more effective. Plus his lines in the game make me lol. Plus he's rad.

Saix is kind of... scary. I guess it's because he was a pain to beat in the game. lol I had no potions during that battle! oh bless Donald's soul!

 

I think the problem with Saïx is that he doesn't really bother with pretending to have feelings or reactions as much as the rest, he's more like Xemnas in that perspective. Just static. He knows he doesn't feel, and can't feel, so he doesn't bother with it or tries a facade of what he remembers, and simply focuses on getting his heart in whatever possible way it can work. Which from what I see, I think he was one who wanted it the most out of the 13, especially on his death (the ONLY time where his barrier broke and he showed any sense of feeling, which was sadness). Even in the novels, that goes more into a character's thoughts, all he cares is for that heart that he can obtain. He's so numb. He doesn't feel aches, or guilt, or any type of faint emotion at least, almost like a robot in the descriptions of the writing. All we get into is his mind, and nothing else. Nobodies have this desire to be complete, almost like animal instinct that they can't help, so they work for it. Most of our emotions harness our decisions, like if you're thinking something is right and wrong, your feelings get into mix no matter how hard you try not to let them, and it props you into a direction that is convincing; all your brain can do is give you facts or pros and cons of why, for Nobodies, they still can't really see what those choices mean for what they are. Think of it this way: you contemplate over whether you should betray your good and best friend by talking to someone who she/he had problems with and dislikes. You know that is wrong, and you will feel bad with guilt and losing her/him.

Now picture that without you able to feel anything. Just void. Your mind thinks is wrong...yet that's all it is. You can't wonder or come to conflicting decisions because you find nothing there to lead you or focus on a path. Is just like, "tch" or a "So?", or, "The sky is blue".

Saïx is free of such. Just as the rest. That's why Axel murdered Vexen and made Repliku suck up Zexion's energy and all he did was smile mercilessly. That's why Marluxia had no problem turning his back on the Organization. Etc. Axel was lucky enough to open and feel like he had a heart due to Roxas's friendship and how it affected him. It saved him. Imagine what he would've been if Roxas wasn't there.

Xigbar is more playful and laidback, and unlike the Luna Diviner, shows some form of personality that usual people find enjoyable in company, which is why I choose him. I understand Saïx, but bland vs. someone fun like Xigbar isn't hard to pick.

 

Maybe my inner psychopath is rearing its ugly head, but I'm a die-hard Saix fan. Why? Well... cute little elf ears... want to nibble.... Anyway! :o

Seriously, somthing about Xigbar just made me want to punch him in the nose. Hard. And laugh as he bled. I know he's the 'awesome surfer-pirate-ninja' and all, but his voice made me want to kill him (and kill him I did).

Plus, Xigbar was *too* laid back. He was just bouncing around being a goof while Saix was helping Xemnas. I respect someone who works hard, especially someone who works hard for what they believe in.

Saix was acting as second-in-command while Xigbar was out being his 'awesome surfer-pirate-ninja' self. So even though Xigbar *might* (I said *might*) be able to win the battle, Xemnas obviously doesn't trust him to take his duties seriously.

On a side note, Saix was #7 but was acting as #2. Vexen was so serious about not getting his respect because he was the highest ranked in Castle Oblivion... I bet watching Saix drove him crazy!

 

They are almost complete opposites...Xigbar is very fluid and teleports around, screaming "YOU BETCHA!" and " Got'cha now!" as he fights...

Saix walks, and when you deflect his weapon he just stands there and waits for the moon's power so that he could go berserk again...

I know I've said I disliked Xigbar but I've come to have a liking for him...I like him more than Saix...

I vote for Xigbar becuase...Saix isn't that exicenting. He's always serious and Xigbar just seems like the guy who's more hyper active and he is the guy to shoot first and don't bother to ask questions later​
