Eva thought, catching her breath. "That must be a long time...."

 

He nodded and looked down.

 

Eva smiled slightly, tilting his face up. "Hey......We don't have to talk about it."

 

"Okay." he said.

 

Nox looked at his money the guy had given him. Nox sat down on a bench and thought.

 

Eva smiled, then thought for a bit. "Are you sure you want to stick with me?"

 

"Yes." he said.

 

eva smiled, then stood up. "You know...I still feel bad about takinig that guy's money...."

 

"You appologized and we paid him back. Everything is fine now." he said.

 

Eva smiled slightly. "Is it good? ThatI feel guilty?"

 

"You shouldn't feel guilty anymore. It's all settled." he said.

 

Eva smiled, thinking. "Hm......" she looked up at the sky.

 

He looked at her and wondered what she was thinking of.

 

Eva came out of her day dream, smiling. "What now?"

 

Ireth stepped on a rock, making herself a little taller. She turned back to Grey, eyeing him carefully. "What makes you think I can't myself...?" she challenged. She kept her staff close in her hands, waiting for his answer.

 

"Whatever you want." he said.

 

Eva smiled slightly. "What I want is irrelevant to what we need."

 

"And what is it you want?" he asked.
