The Orphanage

Eva couldn't stop, this time something had snapped. She kept shifting, holding her head.

 

OOC: I'm jumping in.
"eva are you okay?" said Sasuke limping over to her.

 

Eva couldn't answer. She couldn't even think, only feel the extreme pain as sh shifted from wolf to bear to penguin to bird.

Aly limped over, her face concerned. "Oh god, Eva." she murmured, kneeling beside her.

 

Elevir looked up, her silvery eyes wide. Was Larz mistaken? This was one of the men that had killed her father... The sudden reminiscence made her flinch instantaneously, shutting her eyes tight and almost holding her head under her arms.
"No. No! Nononononono..."
She thought she'd found a friend... she should have known better than to rest on such false hopes. Her left hand forgot the other on top of her head and clenched the knife in her jacket pocket. Her eyes flashed a deep maroon brown, but they just seemed black in the darkness of the hall.

 

He Larz couldn't believe it. Was it really him, his father? ever since birth he could only remember him as a voice coming a little box put in the top of his cell. He always made nice sounds and talked to him every so often. He always wanted to make him happy.

Turning around, the manic tried to address the interesting girl from before, the one with the shiny around her feet.

disengaging from his father, Larz hugged the girl.

"This is good sound!"

 

"Larz?" Elevir gasped, as she was embraced by the Manic. She couldn't tell what he meant... by 'This is good sound!' did that mean... he was happy?
She herself was very frightened, but she returned the embrace shakily for a few seconds, despite the guards' presence.
Afterward, though, she got a look at Kendrith. He was definitely the man who ordered her father's death. She tried to keep a straight face, but there was no way from stopping the hatred she felt for the man from showing. If looks could kill, Kendrith'd be dead from the look in her eyes alone.

 

Larz couldn't explain his happiness. Then again, he wasn't good at explaining anything period. He still didn't know the term sight or colors. All he new was actions.

"Isn't this good interesting person? Father has all of this..."

Larz pointed to every part of the elevir's body.

"he is more than sound."

Victor Kendrith, director of the orphanage, was speechless. His son, the person that murdered his wife, had ruined his happiness, was outside his cell. How did he do that? He wasn't capable of movement. He personally made sure he was bound. He saw the lavader in his eyes. The triangle that branded him a monster. Everything hated, all that was left of his past love, manifested in that, that thing that was a year over its expiration date.

Before he could think up his next move, the boy abandoned him and embraced another escapee, a girl infact. She was no manic. The daggers in her eyes, the sight of vengence, those were things he saw in his mirror everyday.

 

Elevir didn't smile or chuckle at Larz' actions like she would have if he were referring to any other person. She simply nodded.
Struggling to keep her voice at the childish and gentle tone it usually was, she said, "I see, Larz."
And she did, in more way than one. She could hear the voice and see the thoughts and memories zooming by in the manic's head now. His father had chained him up, with a straight jacket, blindfold and everything. The only communication was through a speaker in the wall. How was Larz still able to care about someone so cruel as to do that to their own son? How could he... forgive him for that?

 

Seth watched the two and was amazed the same person who lothes us has a son that is one of us Seth thought to himself

Ren walked up to him "it surprised me as well" Ren said to Seth and then walked up to Kendrith "what now?" Ren said

 

Eva tried to stop, she just couldn't. Too much...too fast...when was it going to end?

Aly thought quickly, keeping her hand on her sister. She whirled, turning to the maniac. "Hey! You!"

 

OOC:// Hey guys, I'mma be gone for a little while, as in, half an hour to an hour.

 

OOC: Okay. We probably won't do much.

 

The director acted quickly. For the first time he had a way to destroy his personal demons without cause for remorse. He had escaped. Obviously he killed three of his guards, maybe more bodies were laying cold on the ground from his glance. Finally, revenge...revenge and closure."

Whipping out his gun like a crusader with his sword on a most holy mission, Victor Kendrith took aim at the back of Larz's head.

 

Rek saw the director's movements and moved in front of Larz, a fireball in hand. "Make any move to shoot and i'll burn you alive." He said, his eyes trained on those of the director. This man wasn't going to hurt any of his friends without dealing with him first.

 

The director's hand was quaking as it lost all of its resolve. what could he do? Shooting him was out of the question. He is his only sun, his only link to the days of joy and prosperity. Why couldn't he stayed locked up. Why the hell couldn't he be a good kid and just rot away!

Christina looked at the Director with wide eyes before snarling and watching him.

"What the hell are you waiting on? Shoot!" She nudged his shoulder with her palm before looking back, almost nervously, at the group of children with her regular glare.

 

The director fell to his knees. He couldn't do it. He simply couldn't do it.

"All units fire tranquilizers at the manic aswell at the others! Now!"

 

Ren looked at the director "so he actually has a heart" Ren muttered to himself and sighed "yes sir" Ren said and looked at Larz and reached into his coat pocket and threw a bunch of tranquilizer darts at Larz
