The Orphanage

"Warm...?" Kaylee stepped back a bit and smiled up at him, taking his hand and leading him out of the cell and into the doorway. "We have to hurry, we have to help him..." She murmured, her fingers still touching Scotts and she hurried out into the main hall, meeting up with the group once more.

 

Reiji's moles lifted off the off the page but faded before reaching the wall.
He sighed.

 

OOC- I gotta go, but I'll be back in a few hours or so.

 

Her eyes half-closed, Elevir stared out. An arm reached out halfway, accompanied by a heavy step of a wighted boot, a pair of which the guards forced her to wear so she couldn't run away. As her fingertips touched the icy metal bars of her cell, she heard something.

"We have to hurry..."

A voice? A human voice?
Her eyes widened. Her lips parted slightly to call to whoever it was, but she stopped herself. What if it were a guard? She'd just be causing herself even more pain...

There's no way out of here. I'll rot and die before I'm even seventeen...

Kaylee stopped right beside Larz, turning to face Scott again and blinking her big brown eyes up at him. Her cheeks were tinted pink, lips forming a small 'o'.

"Be-beautiful...?" She blinked once more, ignoring the stands of hair that had began to veil her eyes again. She was surprised. She had never been thought of as beautiful. Maybe cute. Definitely clueless...But beautiful? The blush deepened. Larz had mentioned something to another gifted locked away in a cell.

Kaylee stepped back away from them, a hand resting on her hip. "Hmm...?"

 

Larz was totally oblivious to those around him. He was like a child, only focusing on what interested him that second. and right now it was that 13 year old locked in her cell.

 

"Hm...?" Kaylee tilted her head and stared up into his eyes, hers sparkling with curiousity. She even leaned her face closer to his by standing on her tip toes. She touched her face, noticing how warm it was. "The truth?" She tilted her head the other way.

 

"Oh." Kaylee stepped back and stared at him before turning around a little bit and giggling softly again. "Mm, thank you..."

He watched the two girls disappear, and then walk down to the area around that cell. This time with an odd man in tow. He watched carefully to make sure the guards were gone before walking over to them. "Hey, who's the guy with the triangular pupil?" He asked, examining the guy.
