The Cursed Ones

Alaric looked at the town. "But the people...I have to stay and protect them." Death laughed. "You can't protect anyone! Remember what you did during the first outbreak of the curse." Alaric summoned his swords back. "I'm not the same anymore! I changed!"

 

The pain was at it's peak. Lightning finally stuck, lighting up the area for a split second. When the light vanished Alaric saw the other Seraphim with all twelve wings extended. "I still think you have too many wings." Alaric said. The fallen angel turned to Death. "I gave you a job to kill him. You can't even kill that girl he's with! I will deal with you later." Death bowed to him. "Forgive me master." Alaric got back in a fighting stance.

 

"Yeah I know...too many wings for me to want. I prefer the usual six." Alaric answered. "You look different Alaric. This place has changed you, and for the worse too. I only wish that you would have stayed as my student." Alaric got angry. "I would have if you didn't have to go evil on us Lucifer!" The fallen angel looked disappointed. "Don't worry, I will end your miserable life. Followed by hers." He said looking at Sharix.

 

"Don't talk to the master like that! Show some respect girl!" Death yelled. Lucifer turned to Sharix. "I'm no different than Alaric. Well he used to be the same as me. You have that same spark...the same one Alaric used to have." Alaric was getting annoyed. "Don't ever compare her to my old self!" Alaric ran towards Lucifer and tried attacking him, but even with his new power he couldn't even get close to hitting him. Finally Lucifer managed to knock Alaric back. "I know every move you will ever make. Don't even waste your time."
Alaric got back up, his anger building.

 

"Sharix...I think you can handle fighting Death. Let me take care of him." Alaric jumped up spreading his wings and flew towards the other Seraphim tackling him full force. "I guess he doesn't care about you. Letting you fight me is just a mistake on his part." Death said paying full attention to Sharix. Death charged at Sharix slicing at her with his scythe.

 

Death quickly dodged her scythe and jumped back amazed that she reacted so fast. "I have ended so many lives. It will be no problem killing you. Why do you think fighting makes a difference if you can't kill me?" Death let his scythe vanish and he used his flaming blade to attack Sharix, taking advantage of a sword's higher swinging speed.

 

OOC: Damn...gotta go now...remember if there is a random guest here that is probably me logging on...or it could be some random person we don't know. *gets teh rootbeer and drinks 10 gallons of it*

BIC: Death jumped over it and spread his wings allowing him to move even faster. He flipped over Sharix, landed behind her and threw three fireballs at her. "You can't kill death." He said.
A body landed on the floor a few feet away. Lucifer landed shortly after looking at the body on the floor. "You would have beaten me if it weren't for my superior strength." The fallen angel said. Alaric tried getting back up but fell back to the ground. His wings and flaming swords had vanished already. Lucifer barely had any marks on him.

 

ooc: ... *gets drunk*
bic: Lucifer kicked Alaric in the ribs. "Now you will die." He grabbed Alaric by the colar of his shirt and threw him back to the ground. "Just stay dead this time."
Death walked to Sharix slowly enjoying her helplessness. "Alaric won't protect you this time."

 

OOC: apparently I now have to go and waste another hour of my life doing something pointless...
BIC: The swords went through Death. He was fading back into the other world. Alaric had finally gained the strength to stand up. "Sharix...maybe we should get out of here now." Alaric said going to her side. Lucifer started walking towards them. "You're not going anywhere."

 

OOC: you're back...gotta leave soon...DAMN YOU POINTLESS THING!
BIC: Lucifer dodged it and grabbed Ex's sword. "Alaric couldn't beat me. You are probably stupid to even try fighting me. I know every trick you can do. I am, after an ancient angel." Lucifer boasted. "Fallen angel." Alaric corrected.
