You know you can't protect the one you care about. Just like when your friends died." Alaric couldn't say anything. Death was probably right. "That was the past...I have another chance to end this." Death interupted,"How?!"

    She glared at him. "He'll make things right! He wont be able to change the past, but he can do good thing for now. Even a bit of that could help." she says angrily. Then all of the sudden she smiles. Suddenly, Sharix's shuriken flew out of no where aiming at Death. She threw her shuriken a while ago to the other direction, it flew back at Death luckily and not them. Since death was making statements and stuff she was able to successfully throw it without him noticing.

    Khaz felt his energy draining. Am I really going to die?
    Suddenly there was a bright light and a wolf, white as snow appeared to him. It seemed to speak through his mind but Khaz wasn't sure.
    You will die, but not alone
    Khaz nodded and smiled weakly. "I'll run the wolf trail," he said. Those were his last words. He sighed, exhaling all his air.
    He didn't breath again.
    He had died with his head up, on his paws, as though he was howling. His eyes were dark and cold, reflecting the stars.




    A single shooting star passed over head, and stuck in the sky, glittering brilliantly. Khaz was home.

    Death just kept looking at them, waiting for an answer from Alaric. He didn't have one. "So, you don't have any answer? You didn't want to hear that answer did you? A cure might exist...but I didn't want that old man spoiling my fun." Alaric knew that they couldn't beat Death in a fight here. This place drains your strength. "I only wish that he could say more. I guess I'll have to keep looking for another way to cure this curse." Alaric said starting to get annoyed by Death's tone.
