Alaric still felt tired. Where am I? Why does it feel like I still exist? "Alaric you should rest. Dying twice...wow you are bad at being a hero." A voice answered. Hero? Why do people call me a hero? Being a hero isn't something to be proud of...self-righteous idiots...

BIC: What now? When can I go back? "Well...now that Lucifer is dead we think that you should get a reward...but going back will be pretty hard. I don't know what will happen if you go back." The voice answered. Come on! I don't want to waste my time here. I may be tired but I still want to fight. "Well...Death is still alive. You do still have work to do..." See what I mean? Now let me go back. "Not just yet..." The voice said.

 

Well...would you let me go back if I agree to kill Death? "Yes...and I have a few other things for you to do..." Just name them and I'll do it.

 

Alaric had agreed to the terms of the deal. He didn't like having to do so much to get back. So when do I leave? "Soon...plus I don't want anyone knowing you are back. So I'll give you a new cloak. Just keep the hood up." Fine...anything special about the cloak? "What? How did you know...? Yes, it should hide your presence from from everyone around you." Nice...

 

So...should I leave now? "Soon...very soon." Come on! Just let me go. I need to leave already. "Fine, but you owe me." Alaric started feeling strange. He felt heavier and the emptiness around him seemed to gain color. Thanks. "Whatever you do, don't go after your friends." Right...the mission comes first.

Alaric finally returned to the mortal world. It feels good to be back. Alaric quickly put his hood up. A black cloak? I liked the white one better...oh well it will do. He saw a nearby town and decided to walk towards it.
