The Curse of the Seikou

Melissa turned around quickly, afraid that the Vereors might have found her. She was ready to turn around and run, until she looked down, seeing a young boy. She offered him her hand to help him up. When she got a good look at him she realized he had a wrap around his arm. I wonder... she thought. "You should watch where you are going." She said jokingly. Offering him a smile. Well, the best smile she could muster at the moment.

 

Roan was sat on a bench with his arms on the back slouching. He was being lazy and waiting for something to draw him in. He couldn't smell anything, he couldn't see anything and he couldn't hear anything that got his attention. He was hoping for some where to eat and wanted to be draw to it instead of finding a place. Keeping his head back and his noise pointed in the air he tried to detect a restaurant. Looking daft while doing so.

 

Seth looked up at her and grabbed her hand and got up. He then immediately wiped the tears that had started to form when he was thinking about howhe was going to deal with the Vereors. After he wiped the tears he looked at Melissa "sorry for bumping into you miss" Seth said

 

Mona looked up as she heard footsteps approaching, too close for comfort. A nervous looking man in a leather jacket was walking along the edge of the sidewalk several yards away. She put up the hood of her sweater of her head and looked straight ahead of her. Please, don't be the Vereor, she thought desperately. I'm tired of running and hiding, I'm not going to do it anymore.

 

"It's alright." She said as she began to walk away. She wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone, she needed to find her way back to the small home she had found. She knew she could hide there for at least several days. She looked around trying to decide which way she should go.

 

Melissa walked slowly, towards the direction she thought the house was in. She was completely lost. "Great." She muttered, looking around uselessly. Not only was she lost, she had the feeling she was being followed, which of course was just a constant feeling now, but being lost made it one hundred times more worse. She unconsciously put a hand on her forehead. "Stupid thing." She said aloud.

 

As Natalie sat down on the bus stop bench, she looked around cautiously. After feeling a bit uneasy for staying in one place too long, she got up and casually stretched.

Natalie knew her way around the city she spent most of her life in, so she decided to travel down along some of the sidewalks. She felt the need to keep moving so that she wouldn't fall under attack, Ripley was the only defense she had. Luckily her back was always covered by her clothes though. As she walked around aimlessly, she noticed a kid ran into an older lady and fell down. They both seemed quite suspicious to her, so Natalie lingered near a telephone pole. Soon enough the lady was walking away like nothing happened. Hmmm ...

 

Roan picked up the smell of fresh bread, following his nose he made his way down the street seeing a bakery in the distance. Not what he was hoping for but it would do. As he got closer he crossed paths with a small flower jutting out of a bit of concrete to the side of the road. He reached down to the plant and tapped it gently on the bud making it bloom, "If only flowers could owe me one", he sighed aloud before continuing towards the bakery.

 

Seth sighed and looked around "wonder where I should go next" Seth mummbled to himself

 

The man was almost right behind Mona. Her heart started racing. He's a tracker! her thoughts screamed at her. But how do I do anything now without him going after me? She unscrewed the cap off her water bottle attached to her belt. Concentrating, she pulled out about half of the water so that it was floating in the shape of a ball about half an inch above the palm of her hand. Slowly, she turned her head to look sideways at Alan. Mona made the water form into a rope-like shape. It lassoed around Alan's ankles, and in half a second it swept his legs out from underneath him.

 

Melissa turned a corner and saw, what she thought to be, Alan lying on the ground. She ran over, seeing something attached to his ankles. She followed the "rope", seeing at the end a girl. "What are doing!?" She asked her.

 

Natalie followed stalker-like behind Melissa, but then she noticed another person falling to the ground who was tripped by a water rope? Natalie then silently summoned her companion, Ripley, quietly and she watched the scene before her waiting for a right moment to strike.

 

Mind racing, Mona sprang to her feet. She grabbed the collar of Alan's jacket with one hand, while putting the water back in its container with the other. She pulled him to his feet and pinned him to the wall of a nearby alleyway.

BIC: Barely hearing what Alan was saying, she retorted in a harsh whisper, trying not to draw any citizen's attention. "Who are you?" She took off her hood. What are you doing?! some part of her conscience as yelling at her.

 

OOC: Last post was ignored, so I will just do something else. :B|:

BIC: Melissa rounded a corner, upon doing so, she saw someone pushed against a wall. She walked a bit closer, and noticed that it was Alan. She stayed back, waiting to see the situation play out.

BIC: Mona raised an eyebrow. Who IS this kook? She eased up on the force in her arm, but she still had a hold of him. "I'm sure," she replied dryly, her eyes narrowing. Like he would admit it if he was. Unless... She saw movement from the corner of her eye. There was another person standing there, watching. Mona let go of Alan and took a few steps back, unsure about whether to be defensive or offensive.
