The Curse Of Power

Story: In a world similar to our own there are people who are born with power, they where nicknamed EVO’s while science has created a way to make anybody a EVO, they are nicknamed ALT-EVO’s . While this world is populated by people with power humans still reside they are usually people who refuse to gain power or are not born an EVO, they call themselves NATURAL’s.

Races:

EVO: are rare too appear they have true power that can evolve with more battles. EVO’s hate ALT-EVO’s.

ALT-EVO: very common they are the biggest race on the planet, although some of them do mutate from the drug used to give them power.

NATURAL: Basically normal humans they make up for the lack of powers by using a variety of other things. Can become an ALT-EVO at any time but must go to the Attainment Corporation.

Groups (if you want to be in one put it in history or/and other you don‘t have to be in a group or on a side):

STORM: a terrorist group in which the names are a play on aspects of weather in a storm.

Attainment Corporation (AC): the company that created the drug that made ALT-EVO’s, it is a massive company and has it’s own personal army.

Appearance:
History: An assassin for a terrorist group known as STORM, his past remains a mystery even to his closest friends he replaced his name with Raine, symbolising the ‘rain in a storm’.
Personality: He is a very straight forward person very quick thinking usually is a nice and gentle guy but when on a mission he gains a state of equilibrium.
Other: He is part of the terrorist group STORM built of members who all have there names as a play on the weather in a storm.

Appearance: A tall bulky man (6 ft 7") he always wears a hooded coat, with navy blue trousers, Blonde hair and green eyes.
History: A member of STORM he is their 2st in comand he gave his name up for Thundar and only one thing for certain in his past is that his family was murdered.
Personality: A very plesent guy but if one of his comrades are hurt he becomes a terrifing berserker

I don't see anything about having a major antagonist, so I'll be obliged to take that role with an evil entity of my own... By the way, this is extremely Fantasy Sci-Fi, right?

Powers/abilities: Necromancy (The Dark Arts included) and Dark Winds
Appearance: Long white bangs with long black hair in the back, milky-jade eyes, purple eyelids, bone-bleached skin, black lips and nails; a long, serpentine tongue. He wears all black leather that hang comfortably tight about his body. Vrae wears an extremely long black and white trenchcoat. Appears 6'2", appearing thin (but strangely muscular). High cheek bones, that are more noticed as they are also wide. He has pointed ears, that can hear sounds that most can't. This is due to his mutation. He appears handsomely young, but may as well be older, for he is wise, but extremely insane. His power is apparent by the black wisps that surround his body and the stench of death that arise from his rose-and-honey perfume (yes, he wears perfume). He also looks like a female to men, but male to women... 'tis strange.
History: Vrae, a powerful entity, was a human scholar who was often shut in the darkness of his home, thus giving him darkvision. He had never seen the light, but might as well be a vampire. Hearing about EVO-experimentation, he gained ultimate power by the gene-alteration process of the procedure. But, due to a miscalculation, he became insane, gaining more power. His eyes, once blue, became a dark, milky jade. The style of his era, roughly noticed, was the dyed bangs and the long common-colour hair in the back. He is powerful, wise, and daunting. He survived society and its deathly light by slaying the many of innocents and keeping himself isolated. He steals the souls of many and uses them for his whim. He hates all of society, but love their uses for souls, for it keeps him from aging. In a way, he's a lich, an undead entity that gains great power... but he's more than limited by such means.
Personality: Unpredictable.
Other: He loves to read, kill, pillage, plunder, and the modern arts. He's quite fancy for a serial killer.

no i knew that there would be a slight lean towards evil and good but i guess you can use your character to your advantage (and he can come in from the begining) XD

Raine was running past everything in the sky scrapper, his power made him seem like a blur.
