Whatever happened to the days when I was young enough to play star wars in the front yard and have it be acceptable in the minds of all the neighbors? When the front porch was our shuttle transport and the backyard was overrun with invisible stormtroopers? When every little stick we found was the world's ultimate lightsabor, and three feet of snow meant we'd crash-landed on Hoth? Whatever happened to that? Now the closest I get to saving the universe is the RP arena. Yeah, I'm just feeling a little nostalgic.

Pfft. Star Wars. What kind of loser would imagine that?

Back in the day it was all about Power Rangers and Beetleborgs.

Haha, we played house, too. My cousin and I were the no-good parents who sat around all day playing Super Smash Bros, my sister and other cousin were the bratty teenagers who hid in their rooms and complained about the light burning their faces, and my youngest two sisters were the hard working children who earned bread for the family. Yeah, like you said, active imaginations. XD

I played house and pretended to be a ninja. Those were great times.
    ... And Beyblades.

And Bionicles. And Hot Wheels while I am at it.

I used to go hunting for Pokemon as I thought they were real.
And started crying when I saw a fisherman catch a carp.
I thought he had killed a Magicarp.
    And dyed it grey.

Now I'm getting it too... I did this^ as well xD

Also, in the summer, I would grab blankets and make a "teepee" and pretended to be Native American Indians. We would go to the state fair and there were shops that had animal pelts and bags and such so we felt even more Indian-like. We would find sticks, and with our pocket knives, carve all day long whilst basking in the sun. We even tried capture rabbits and chase them down, but they were always too fast xD

And on those summer nights, we would get badminton rackets and smack fireflies. Every night was another "World War"... we were evil...

Dude, same. Bionicles were the best, I had so many, that I would make tons of new people and always trying to make better ones. Oh and Legos, I did the same with them xD

Building things out of Legos, I used to love doing that... I would build marble using the slanted pieces. And Hot Wheels tracks.

My favorite things to build with Legos were space ships. Not like NASA, but more of the futuristic Star Wars kind of ships. As much as it was fun then, I just can't sit down and do that anymore. At least the memories remain.

That is really strange. I never thought of doing that, but I liked thinking of myself as a Digidestined.
