Its not a trolldemon. Its a normal human with primordial dwarfism...

Basically, this person has a genetic defect which causes abnormal growth. Its probably a pre-teen, but will never grow bigger than what he/she is now.

Sadly, they have short life expectancies. Perhaps you could give this person some common respect and show that even though they are different, and are disabled, we are human enough to accept them.
