Sites are also saying 5 and 6 will shoot back-to-back. So the Pirate movies will never end..I do love Jack and crew, but what on earth could they have ready for two more moves??
what i want to know is how many sigs you're going to go through. Anyways, I did say in another thread they're probably going to make a lot of movies concering myths and legends about that time of history
It's what I do. And as long as Barbossa keeps limping along on his rum peg leg I'll still end up seeing these movies. The fourth was good enough for me, if the next two can be as good as that or better the series will live on.
The fourth movie wasn't actually that bad, and for once I wasn't lost in it like I was for number two and three. In my opinion, it should've been the second movie and the others... yeah. *Facedesks* Don't get me wrong, it moves slow at one part, but then it picks up the pace again and you're all like, "NUUUUU! WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN?! OMGGGGGGG!"
yeah, I loved the point when Barbossa took his leg off and Jack said he wanted one. Do you really want to lose a leg Jack? But I wish we could learn more about his dad, he seems to more than he's letting on
Will Jack be made main character again and dragged kicking and screaming through his own film? Only time will tell.
The latest movie was easily the best of the series. The Spanish were probably the reason why I liked it so much. >> Anyways...I can only imagine what they'll do for any later movies. <<
I was the exact opposite. The 4th was short and half of the characters had no story. Namely Black Beard. Elizabeth and Will are gone, which are two of the best few characters in the series, and I could barely follow what they were doing the entire time. Not to mention All it is is a book not related to the series, with Jack Sparrow instead of Jack Shanty. For a movie about the book, it was good. For a PotC movie, it downright disappointed me.
Another crappy female lead who'll f-ck up the whole film, another cliché pirate cameo, another absurd quest, and more... Spoiler: what theres more of PIRATES~!

I heard this after they made the 3rd one (that they were making 3 more) and I also heard at one point that Johnny Depp was like "I'll do a fourth but not a fifth and sixth one" But I don't know if this is still the case or what...
aww man, I'm not a Johnny Depp fan, but he seems like he does the best Jack Sparrow. How can we get anyone besides him?
