Kingdom Hearts; The Peter Pan Edition.

Riku looked at his friend, seeing her look away from him. His heart stopped, and he swore it felt like it had broken into three million pieces. A tear came to his eye as he felt embarrasment and shame come to him.

 

Kairi heard Cloud's remark and silently agreed. When the room was silent, she looked up and saw Riku. He looked so sad. She motioned for him to come back to her side.

 

Riku saw Kairi motion to him, and hurried beside her. He felt his face turn red, his heart beat increase, his breathing quickened. The girl he liked was probably gonna call him a fool. He prepared for a long speech about his dignity or something similar. He sat quietly beside her, waiting for the blow.

 

Kairi sat by his side, silent. He had enough humiliation for one day. There was no need for her to yell at him in front of everyone. She reached over and gently put her hand on his knee, trying to comfort him.

 

"Please, don't touch me." He whispered. He actually liked it, but he didn't feel like he needed sympathy. He put his face into his hands and started sobbing.

 

Kairi quickly took her hand off and looked away. She abruptly stood up and left. She needed some air.

 

"Shut up." Riku stared at Roxas with hatred. This kid ticked him off so bad. Kairi wasn't exactly Sora's girl. Yeah, they had chemistry. She, however, was still available.

 

Kairi stood silently ouside, eavesdropping. Sora's girl? She wasn't Sora's girlfriend!

"Shut up." She heard Riku say. Oh boy, he did not sound happy...

 

OOC: For the record, the lost boys are supposed to think of Kairi/Wendy as a mother, not a possible girlfriend. Lol.

Sora felt very awkward about the whole situation. He was blushing and rubbing the back of his head.
"Um...maybe we should focus on the attack that's coming for now." he said, turning to Kairi. "Are the pirates near?"

 

"Shut up, Sora." Riku replied. He was furious. Roxas was dissing him. Nobody disses Riku.

 

Sora quickly turned to Riku.
"Shut up?" he said, still keeping calm unlike Riku. "What's gotten into you? Relax. Maybe you should stay here and rest while we fight off the pirates."
He quickly glanced at Riku one more time before beginning to leave the room with the others following behind him.

 

Demyx left the meeting as well without being excused and approached Axel from the side. "You know you should be more careful of calling the captain "Mansex" out loud where everyone could hear. Remember what happened the last time? He gave you the worst of chores and then threatned to make you walk the plank. I literally got thrown over and had to swim back to the ship for annoying him so much. Then he used me as a footstool for a hour and made me write "I will not annoy the captain" several times but we'll keep that ourselves ok?"

 

Axel chuckled and continued staring at the near island.
"We'd be in better hands if I were in charge of this ship than Captain No-Hand over there..." he muttered, fire beginning to grow in his hair. "Instead, we're being bossed around by a lost man going nowhere. Ah well, at least we might get some gold out of this."
The fire went away as Axel calmed down again. His eyes were still focused on the island.
Ready or not... he thought. Here we come...

Sora grinned as he saw the ship very near to shore.
"Namine.." he whispered to the small fairy. "You know what to do."
Quickly, he jumped into the air and was flying over the ocean. Finally, he hung on to the side of the ship very near to the water where no one could see him. With a hard punch, he made a small hole in the ship. With his keyblade, he made the hole wide enough for him to crawl through, so he did. On the other side, he sat on a wooden floor with several trunks and clothing surrounding him. With a smirk, he picked up a pirate outfit that could fit him perfectly. Within a few minutes, Sora was wearing it along with two eyepatches.
"Arr!" he hollered, lifting up one of the eyepatches.
This should be fun... he thought.

 

"True," Demyx nodded his head. "Hey I got a idea. Let's ditch this ship and go over there ourselves. We don't need anyone to boss us around. It will be more gold for us and if we're lucky we'll be able to hide it from the others."

 

"Fine! Go ahead without me! See if I give a crap!" Riku called after them. He summoned Way To The Dawn, looking at it with furious eyes. He was tempted to thrash everything that belonged to Roxas. Why did everyone treat him like an outsider? He was one of them. There was only one difference: Kairi was their mother, but Riku saw her as a very close friend.

OOC: I know. XD I was relating this to KH how Riku and Sora always compete for Kairi's attention.

 

Axel was just about to respond when he heard a noise coming from beneath them.
"Did you hear that?" he asked, no longer looking at the island. "All of the pirates are supposed to be up he-"
He stopped and a large grin spread across his face.
"We've got a stowaway!"

 

Riku attacked the walls, taking all his anger and frustration out on it. "Ahh!" He bellowed, breaking a bed. The door was the next thing in his vision to destroy. He sliced it down the middle, making it only half a door.

 

"Really? Who would be stupid enough to attack us? Axel would you like to do the honors?" Demyx grinned cruelly. He knew Axel loved to take on challenges and who knows maybe he would slit someone's throat and cremate someone today.
