Kingdom Hearts; The Peter Pan Edition.

"Yes. Sora brought me and my friend Riku to this world." She stated, not wanting to get in depth with all the trouble that had caused. "You're friends with the lost boys?"

 

"Yeah.." Cid grumbled, half-awake. "If ya could call it that." Cid didn't have the energy to luagh, but he would. "See, they don't trust me all that much." Cid said with regret. "'Cause I'm a grownup, a few of'em think I might just be a pirate. 'Cept look at where I am now, and tell me I'm a pirate."

 

Kairi chuckled softly. "So I guess you are on my side." She changed the subject. "Can you stand up?"

 

Cid sighed. "Nope, for some reason can't feel any parts of my nervous system." Cid said with a grunt. "Only thing I can try to move is basic motor skills, but that's about it.....That G'darn pirate who got me musta slipped me somethin'." Cid cursed under his breath.

 

Namine layed on the ground, and watched the blood trickle. Her potion finally kicked in, and she could fly again. She flew up to Roxas's arm, and blew on it some. "I think that should do it..." She said, as the cut scabbed. "I can't heal it, but I can make it stop bleeding." She said, as she flew over to Sora's side. "We'll first need a distraction." She said, thinking of a plan right off her head.

 

(OOC: Ok I'm here. Man do I love my laptop.)

Demyx quickly took the food and rushed out of the quarters and headed down to the brig. "I bet he knows what I did," he thought as he opened the door and headed down the stairs to the bottom of the ship. "I hate it down here," he said quietly. He then heard voices, a female and a male talking to each other. He tapped on the bars to get their attention.

 

Xenmas stood alone in his cabin, thinking of what Demyx could have possibly done to the tresure chest, when suddenly, Saix came through the door, carrying quite the heavy load. It dripped with sea water.

"I thought you might like to know I found this while bringing the Engineer back to the ship." Saix reported.

"Place it by the bed, I will go through it later and thank you for your trouble." Xenmas ordered quiter than he usually would. After all, Saix had done him a great favor.

Saix did as he was ordered, and left the room shutting the door behind him. Safe from earshot, Saix grinned maliciously, takeing a glistening jewel out of his pocket and casting it into the sunlight. It glistened magically. "Let's see how those miserable brats like growing up." Saix muttered to himself contentedly, and made his way for the brig. In so doing, he ran into Demyx, with the food tray.

"Demyx, would you like to know a certain secret?" Saix asked almost kindly, showing the lower pirate the item in his hand.

On the floor of his seperate cell, Cid could not see anything, but heard a rapture on the bars of his cell, and heard voices, but could not make them out enough. "What are they saying?" Cid whispered to Kairi.

 

"I don't know." She whispered back. "But I have a plan to get us out of here. Try not to make any noise; I'm going to pull you behind the boxes." Kairi stood up and pulled him by his shirt.

 

Words echoed through Riku's head. Learn about maturity, Riku.......How can you be so immature?.....I wanna go home......Come on, Riku!.......It all buzzed through his mind. He knew what he had to do. Riku awoke on the beach, a new power surging through him. He was confident, he was strong, he was ready. He summoned his weapon and ran off, looking for the gang.

 

"Where did you find that?" Demyx asked with suspension not wanting anyone to find out what he did. "Besides I'm here to give a female who ever she is this food," he tossed the plate into the brig not caring if all the food fell out of the bowl or not. "I wonder why there are boxes in there?"he asked. "I also heard some old guy in there too."

 

Cid heard the last comment, and was filled with enough rage to get to his feet and yell at Demyx. "I'M NOT OLD! YOU SON-OF-A-" But Cid did not finish his sentence, as Saix had raised the blue gem in his hand to Cid's face, and before anyone could stop it, in a ray of blue, blinding light, Cid was but a mere child of 16.

Saix lowered his arm and looked at Demyx. "That, is what it does." He said, sweeping one arm to Cid, who was looking himself over with shock. "it turns young into adults, and adults in young teenagers." Saix explained. "I retrieved it from a certain chest I found near the ship." Saix said with a glimmer in his eye, stareing down Demyx. "I wonder how it got there, consdering the fact is was being carried through the water by two formations of water that look exactly like you." Saix went on, and his hair stood on end, his yellow eyes expanding so that the pupil grew smaller. "I know you dug it up Demyx!" And he calmed down. "But, we can help each other by makeing the best use of this device." Saix finished, and offered his other hand, the one free, to Demyx. "Deal?"

 

"Cid!" Kairi cried as she shielded her eyes from the light. Why did the pirate do that?! It didn't make any sense, why were they keeping him too? Wasn't she the one that they were using? "What do you want from us?!?" She yelled out in frustration.

 

Demyx wasn't sure if he could trust Saix for he was the right hand man of Xemnas. Besides how did he know everything about what had happened? "You would never betray the captain so what is your real intention?. He looked at Kairi and then looked at Cid. "What are we going to do with them anyway?

 

Saix pointed the blue gem next at Kairi, after she came out into the open. "Do not make me girl." Then turned his attention back to Demyx. "I've been playing second fiddle for far too long." Saix explains. "The Captain is very distant with me and watches sports like I don't even exist, even though I do all the cooking, and the cleaning, and attempting to dominate the idiotic Lost Boys." Saix hissed. "But, with this gem, I will turn the tables." He pointed it at Demyx, keeping a steady grip on it. "If you do not accept my offer, I will have no choice but turn you into a five year old." Saix threatened darkly.

 

"Ok, but we can't let the captain find out about this. He would have our heads. You know how he feels about mutiny," he shook his hand. "So what do we do now?"

 

Saix lowered the gem. "Nothing for now." Saix explained breifly. "The Superior wil find out soon enough that one the Prisoners suddenly became a child." He goes on, he then gracefully turned to face the prisoners. "And if they want to be free, they will do exactly as they should, as to make sure the Captain does not find out."

 

Demyx felt that it was going to be difficult listening to two bosses. He would have to be cautious or else something horrible would happen. Shaking a tad inside, he cringed when he heard the foot steps of Xemnas on the deck heading towards where the prisoners were. "Saix the boss is coming. What are we going to do?" he began to panic.

 

Kairi couldn't stop trembling. What if they did something horrible to them? What if the pirates killed them? Kairi turned away from them and began to cry quietly.

 

Riku had been going in circles. He was confused. He knew the forest so well, but it was as if his whole memory was lost of this place."Where are they?" He cursed at himself and ran through the bushes.
