He by the hole with Kel and Kaida. At this point Kaida started talking about what she made. 'I started making charms, thinking of my friends for each one and trying to um... pick an animal? That represents them, or I think represents them.' It was good that she making friends here. He still worried about what would happen if he made friends. So far getting close to people had not worked out for them. He watched as Kaida handed Kel a whittled charm in the whittled charm in the shape of a frog. Soon Kaida pulled out a whittled owl and she held it out towards him. He was in shock at first not only because she was handing him a gift but becuase she thought of him as a friend. 'This one's yours. I didn't refine it as much as I would have liked. I'm not that good with owls off the top of my head I'm afraid. I can remake it or fix it up for you later if you don't like it.' "It is just fine the way it is." The one thing that struck out to him tho was why a owl? At first he thought that it might have something do do with his last name but his last name was not of an owl but a duck. "What is the story behind the owl?" He took the owl from Kaida and put away in his bag before something happen to it. "Thank you." There was another jump and he watched Kaida jump. All that was left to do was jump and hope for the best. He walked to the edge and jumped into the unknown before he could think about it anymore.

Kel listened to Kaida as she explained the reason behind her wooden charms, understanding why it was that she made them, but was also curious as to what animal she would consider him. It wasn't even a question that he could answer himself. So the whittled frog that Kaida was holding out to him was a surprise on two accounts. The first being that he wasn't expecting to be given a frog and the second was that frogs were actually one of his favorite animals in general. The charm was accepted with a smile on his face as he said, "Thanks, frogs are actually one of my favorite animals." He took care in pocketing it and walking up to the abyss. Taking in a deep breath, Kel jumped into the darkness and whatever was awaiting them below.

Faust was impressed at the sight before him as he sat in the truck with the other captives. At first he thought that they had exited whatever cave system they were in at first with how well lit the area was till on closer inspection he could make out the faint traces of the cave walls on the other side of the cave. The city that rested out past the cliff that they found themselves on was a breathtaking site. If that was this Atlantis place, then he couldn't wait for an opportunity to slip away and explore it a bit.

Seeing as Ignis was already asking if this was going to be the end of their role as a captives for this "expedition" He thought it best to sit back and rest while he could. "It's not like we have any real place to run to." Faust added in "Besides it might look better for you guys not to arrive hauling a couple of unarmed civilians in chains when your meeting the locals for the first time" giving his handcuffs a slight rattle.

 

"I am sitting down." she corrected the guard who addressed her. Ananta looked to Ignis and watched her, before she wiped her eyes of the tears. "Hey I bet you were super pretty in the dress anyway. I wish I got to see it." she added on. Gazing forward and staring longingly at the city before them, Ananta sighed. "This place looks just like the pictures in my books. I never imagined I'd see it again....Atlantis was supposed to be lost, though...." she sighed. It didn't matter, anyway, since nobody would believe her if she told them she was a descendant of the very people that lived in this city.

Faust commented on taking the chains off and nodded to him. "Well we are pretty unarmed, I mean, do you see a weapon on us?" she asked, lifting her arms. "You can check us if you wish, but we are completely devoid of any weapons."​

 

"That went well..." Steel muttered sarcastically as he swam out after the others. Seems even they themselves had been annoyed with his attempt at diplomacy. Not that he had much of an angle to work with as it was. Oh well. As they were being escorted from the premises (For all the good it would have done them in this case), Ariel showed up just in the nick of time to get them into even more boiling hot water.

"This." He said to Sebastian. "Every time. I know exactly how you-" He turned to find Sebastian was gone. "Of course." He muttered before swimming off. "Now we're toast. Not even the guy who actually knows about other worlds can give us a darned break and HELP, and now thanks to his little seafood puppet he's going to actively try to kill us." He rambled as he swam after the others.

 

"Bait huh? And he likes shiny things?" Kaida looked a little unamused as she stared into the room. After a moment, Kaida cracked her knuckles and said, "I got this." she paused a moment to think of an idea before she summoned out her keyblade and put her hood up so she was all yellow and she started walking into the room quickly and as soon as she was in a spot that didn't immediately make him look in everyone's direction upon walking in, the girl yelled, "OH MR CRAAAABS." she paused a moment and waved, "Crabby? Shell McFish? I hear you like things of the luminescent variety." she held up that crystal she had in her back earlier to show him and said, "Shinyyyyy. I'm here to placate as I am now lost, you seem to have the run of the place, and I have no idea how I got down here and I've been told I am minimally exceptional when it comes to negotiation! I think that's a compliment.... shinyyy."

 

Once the wolf landed onto the ground, he was separated from the group momentarily. Shaking off the pain, he heard a growl coming from the shadows, this shook him down to the very bones. Turning around to face the origin of the growl, was the darkness of a Black Panther, with eyes that glowed crimson red menacingly, a strange substance that made up the fur and with every step the cat took a cloud of shadow formed. The White wolf growled in defense and tried to attack the panther, but it was too fast for the beast, and counterattacked from the side that pained him down. With the wolf struggling, the dark cat bit it’s fangs into the animals neck as it yelped in pain as a voice spoke out, “Now, WE are ONCE again... REUNITED...” As suddenly the White Beast regained its strength to stand, the black panther was gone, not a trace from whence it came.

Shaking and stumbling off from the deadly encounter, he joined with the others to see treasures, Keyblades and a giant hook in the cave. One Keyblade in particular he saw next to the giant fish hook, was of a bright white Keyblade with a wolf at the hilt along having a crescent blade at the top of the sword. He whimpered as he saw it, then seeing Kaida walk in trying to get the crabs attention. He shook his head in disappointment from this, until he saw that shard again that the blonde girl had as she held it up. This gave the White Beast a thought, he grew the crystals on his back longer until he smashed his back against the wall, shattering some of crystals off his back and tossing them next to Kaida. After that, he ran into the shadows, sneaking, waiting for the right moment to strike to go for the prize.

Kel felt some concern upon seeing a bunch of keyblades just lying among the other piles of collected treasures, but decided it was better to not ask about it. The answer to said question felt like it was something he'd rather not know about. Kaida, being the brightly dressed out of all of them, took it upon herself to be the bait to lure out the crab and unlike their wolf friend, he couldn't just throw out some crystals to aid in the shiny. What he could do was to move around and call out his keyblade, ready to toss it as a further distraction if needed.

 

A cluster of bubbles flew from Beuce's mouth as he gave a heavy exhale at the situation. He really didn't think they should be tempting fate, but everyone was following Ariel. They were supposed to be protecting her after all, and there was likely some variety of danger in this world or else they wouldn't have all been swept here at the same time. He swam along behind Ariel, until finally they reached her grotto. There was all manner of sunken treasure of varying worth. Judging from her explanation of a "dinglehopper" she had no idea what any of it was. Steel mentioned that they were now high on King Triton's most wanted list due to the crab having gone missing. Beuce nodded in agreement.

"I guess I'll go outside and keep watch for him. Karina, why don't you come with me?" He gave a wave toward him, indicating to follow. He wasn't sure exactly how subtle he was being, but keeping watch was only half the reason he wanted her to follow him. They could get a moment to catch up this way. ​

He found that he had somehow landed in water again. He was getting tired of getting wet. The water was almost mystical as it spat them back out into a land of unimaginable darkness. Creatures unlike the heartless were seen with several eyes and legs. Well this is going to be fun he thought to himself. Maui then told them to distract him with a shiny sword. There was much to do. There were bunch of keyblades just lying among the other piles of collected treasures just sitting there. Kaida seemed to have the right idea with what she was doing. He was amused at what she said. He stood there a moment he could not let the people he knew for what seemed like forever distract alone. At this moment he summoned his keyblade and felt a sense of warmth. He needed light a a lot of it. It was time to light this place up. "In the darkness there is light." He pointed his keyblade to the sky and a bust of light exploded out of it. (AJ activated light aura) It was time to run now and so he did.

After a little exchange between Roark and the one called Kida, Ignis and the others were finally let free of their chains. It wasn't like they were going to do anything like run away, she just really didn't like the feel of the chains on her wrists. It seemed like part of the exploration team was splitting up, with half of them going back into the tunnels, and the other half going into the city. Ignis wondered why exactly they needed to split up at all, but decided not to worry too much about it. As their captor unlocked their chains, he whispered some kind of thanks about not waving their weapons around. Ignis figured she'd just play coy and see what happens.

"Sorry, I don't know what you're talking about, I don't have a single weapon on me." She lifted her arms and rotated around, showing no sign of weapons. "Though it's a little strange that you guys are bringing weapons into this place, don't you think?"

What had intended to be another means of causing a distraction quickly turned into a rescue attempt. Kel had been surprised by the sheer size of the crab and wasn't sure how to go about distracting it. "Hey Crabs!" Stepping out from his hiding place, he launched his keyblade towards the crabs eye.

Slithering in the shadows, the wolf saw Moana meet up with Kaida doing the same kind of idea, at this point he was confused. Then he felt the earth shake beneth him as the pile of jewels, gold and keyblades rose upward, the crab was the pile with everything on his back. Seeing Moana and Kaida get picked up, along with AJ getting hit with sand, the White Beast took action. Jumping from object to object in the cavern, the animal was at a long ledge that was at height with the enormous monster crab. Taking a couple paces backward, the wolf bolted forward and leaped onto the shiny shell back. Pulling himself up, the wolf saw the shining white Keyblade next to the giant hook and ran toward it. He gripped his mouth onto the Keyblade handle as he felt a surge of energy coming from it while trying to pull it out. Until seeing the crab just about to eat Kaida, the wolf panicked and pulled the Keyblade out but falling onto the ground in the process. When Kel went straight for the crabs eye, the White Beast joined as well running toward the head. Scratching on the neck of the crab as he jumped to the claw that held Kaida, bitting down on it hoping he would release her.

Everyone was getting into getting shinny. Everyone was now shinny and sparkled. The sight was that everyone was bright. He hoped that this would be a detracting enough. There did not seem to be anything happening a first but he knew not to let his guard down because if he did something would come out and attack them. This was the land of monsters after all and there had to be something here. Maui then told them that Tamatoa liked talking about himself. Well that was something to go on. If nothing elce worked they could always get Tamatoa to talk about himself. Soon Maui told them that he ripped off Tamatoa's leg. Hopefully that met that there was one less thing to deal with. Pehapes with one less leg Tamatoa would move slower. He knew that he had to keep moving if he wanted to continue to detract Tamatoa. No sooner had Maui say something about Tamatoa that, the pile of things rose up, with two giant claws grabbing Moana and Kaida in each claw. A giant crap. Well this sucked. Despide have one less leg this giant carp known as Toamato moved surprisingly fast. So having one less leg did not seem to have any impact in the slightest. He did not think that something so large could move so fast but at this point it did not surprise him. The crap moved sand towards him sing his crab legs to kick the sand towards him. It was time for battle that was sure. As the sand came towards him he spined his keyblade around moved some of the sand in a different direction. Most of the sand going away from him. He was still on the move when the sand came towards him so that was a good thing. It seemed like Tamatoa was going to do anything to get the upper claw.

The light for his aura did not seem to do a thing as Tamatoa was under the sand. Tamatoa then said, 'Whetever that was, there's such a thing as too shiny, babe.' This told him something other then he liked to talk about himself and that was that he seemed to like the girls. Then something he did not think was going to happen happened. 'Y'know on second thought... I like to sing on a full stomach.' He opened his mouth as he was prepared to eat Kaida. No he thought he had to do something. He got near Kel as he threw his keyblade towards Tamatoa. He stood not far from Kel and asked, "Any idea on what its weakness might be? Magic seems to be out of the option for the moment as it might hit Kaida or Moana." Not long after this the wolf, jumped to the claw that held Kaida, bitting down on it hoping he would release her. As the wolf went for an arm and Kel went for an eye he figure that he should go for the other arm holding Moana. He tossed his keyblade at the claw holding Moana.

Luna just followed along with Ariel until they had reached her grotto. Once Luna was inside, she was completely amazed by what was inside. It had been filled with paintings and music boxes and even silverware. "You collected all this Ariel? This is amazing." Ariel had then picked up a fork and then begun to explain. "This is called a dinglehopper. Humans use it to brush their hair!" Luna laughed a little awkwardly before going over to her. "Who ever told you that?" She picked up the fork before speaking again. "This isn't a dinglehopper. This is called a fork and humans used it to pick up their food, not to brush their hair." She smiled as she explained what the fork was and how it was supposed to be used. "Do you like to collect human stuff Ariel?" She smiled as she asked as she swam around the statue before looking around the grotto, genuinely interested and fascinated by her collection.
