Aeira stayed light on her feet, continuing to beat down through the swarm of heartless. There wasn't much to this repetitive process that she continued to repeat, continually just pummeling through wave after wave of heartless that came her way. The girl's fists were clenched tight, and gauntlets at the ready to both take and deal whatever damage would come her way. Raising her gauntlets up, the girl started to rush towards the neo shadows which in turn tried to match her. The first of the neo shadows slashed at her, to which she merely brought her gauntlet hand up to defend against the attack, the claw glancing off of her hand only for her to bring the other up for an upper cut. The fist slamming into the chin of the neo shadow launched the targeted heartless into the air, being destroyed as it soared upward. Looking at the next few neo shadows near her, the girl seemed to be challenging them with her glare, though none of them seemed to wish to get closer. Beginning to take the intiative, the girl started to step forward, only for the neo shadows to back up. However, this seemed to be a bait, as out from the ground more neo shadows burst ready to claw into her. The girl, however, didn't stop as her pace continued as normal even if her focus shifted to the ones round her. With fists at the ready, the girl barely slowed down as she brought her fists to the side, punching into the sternums of the two neoshadows, destroying them instantly. Contiuning to press forward, the girl managed to punch through the heartless she had intially looked towards, tearing into them with her fists and again breaking through their ranks with unfettered ease.

As she had made her way through the swarms of neo shadows, though, she eventually ended up next to a teal haired boy wielding a keyblade who also seemed to be slaying some of the heartless. As she looked at the boy, she merely said, "hey there." The girl however, didn't seem too keen on conversing, as her attention was drawn towards the heartless around.

Stratos was having a difficult time keeping the golem around, feeling it was starting to get to its limit. Summons in general were not the longest lasting of beings, and with the golem front lining and taking as much damage as it did, maintaining the creature was starting to become impossible for Stratos. The blizzagolem looked around, the neo shadows still trying to tear into the frigid golem that was breaking through their ranks without much issue. Charging up magic into its hand, the creature tossed the chunk of ice into the air. The small chunk of ice slowly started to expand, before breaking into a collection of shards that rained down on the heartless below. Each of the shards speared into the neo shadows surrounding it, causing them to be destroyed almost instantly from the attack. While it looked around, only around ten of the heartless had been felled by its icicle rain, and there was still more surrounding it. Though the sea of darkness was vast, the golem was making some kind of large break into it, and it would continued to do so as it reeled back its fist. The air around it started to crystallize as the magic gathered into its fist, and with a single punch, the creature let loose a a stream of ice magic in a line in front of it. The line of ice speared through a nine more neo shadows before it finally stopped, and broke apart. While the snow and ice of the golems form seemed to start breaking apart, the golem itself didn't seem any bit ready to call it quits.

There seemed to be even more cazyness then before. More and more magic filled the air. Had he not gone off to save Aux at the beginning of this fight he might at this point had some help fighting the invisible heartless. That matter of the fact was that was not who he was nor who he wanted to be. To leave someone behind despite what they had done. it just was not him. He thought back to earlier and did not see Glen. That did not mean that he was not back but he had to face the fact that he might not see him again. it was no time to think about what was going on or what happened to Glen for the time being he had to fight. He had somehow taken out half of the invisible heartless by himself. He did not know why they had come for him but it did not matter. He was taking them out one by one. It was low but he was still making progress. Maybe the invisible heartless saw him as a threat. In his opinion this statement was beyond silly. The only other thing he could think of was that me might be more powerful then he gave himself credit for. It could be possible but he also thought of himself as the weakest member of this group of misfits. Hikaru at one point had said he was helpful but again he did not see it. It could be a out of body view or something. He did not know weather this was the case or not.

After another neoshaow heartless came and he retaliated with yet another slash. Then darkball heartless came and his blade had managed to cleanly find its way across the darkball heartless. In merely two clean hits, he had managed to kill the darkball heartless.Yet another trial of the darkball heatless had been cleared and as opposed to getting angry that this battle was not over yet he had to focus on thinning the numbers even more. Using his wepond as a source of attack, he went for another one of the darkball heartless. He got quickly getting behind it. Instantly turning to face him due to its near unrivaled speed in this fight, it attacked him with a barrage of spinns. He maneuvered his blade in a counteractive slash for each one, spinning it as he did so. The darkball backed away for a moment as the keyblade master just stood there. An impressive feat, given how unwieldly the weapon was, but right now it would have to do. Wasting no more time showing off to the heartless that would soon be dead, He lunged forward, sliding across the ground. Normally this was a weaker, more mobile tool of combat they possessed, but he had turned it just as deadly as most of their other arsenal. He slashed upward the moment he reached the darkball heartless, cleaving it in two. A few darkballs heartless rushed him, gnashing their teeth as they rapidly flew through the air. He was not quite able to counter all of them as, despite his skill with his blade, it could only be in on place at a time. However, being hit did not mean he was not going to make them pay for it ten times over. He leaped into the air at the flying heartless, slashing straight through the first one. It exploded into an inky black smoke, just like all the others had, and just like the ones before him were about to. A second leap, and his blade broke the skin of the second darkball heartless, destroying it instantly in a very similar fashion.

Although Kaida hadn't answered Ananta, she decided to leave Kaida and run to see a person who she thought was hurt. Karina had appeared with the rest and, whether or not Ananta was who she cared to see, Ananta was happy to see her again. She figured she could at least say hello to the girl. Even if Karina ignored Ananta, she didn't care. She just wanted to see her again. Ananta ran over and launched herself at an Invisible that was looming over Karina. It fought back and cut at Ananta. She coughed when it eventually punted the hilt of it's sword into her stomach. She slunk down into the ground and held her stomach, her keyblades fell beside her and thumped on the sand. Her hand gripped the sand and a smirk grew across her face as the Invisible came in for the kill.

Her right hand punched the Invisible in the body as she drew her keyblade across it's head. It disappeared shortly after, leaving Ananta to stand up and dust herself off. Her keyblades disappeared and she walked towards her friend. She heard the comments from another boy. Certainly Karina had made friends wherever she went, seeing as she was with this group that came with the third wave. Ananta stopped behind Karina and cleared her throat. "Karina." she started. "I'm so glad you're okay. I was worried I'd never see you again, but look at you! You look so much stronger now. I..." she started to tear up a little. "I'm sorry I was...I was such a bad friend. I should have known you weren't happy I should have been better...please...please forgive me."

Ananta bowed to Karina, not even knowing how the girl would react. She opened her eyes and saw yellow eyes glaring at her from dark pools in the ground. Not even thinking, Ananta got back and pulled both her keyblades out, watching the three Neoshadows emerge from the ground and glare at her. One leapt at Ananta and spun around in the air wildly. Her keyblades blocked the attacks as she struck the heartless down, watching it flatten into darkness and disappear. The next one went back into the ground and tried to attack Ananta from behind. Spinning around, Ananta cast a Fire spell that launched the heartless against a tree. It slid down and a yellow coconut fell, clunking the heartless, and defeating it.

The final Invisible tried to attack Ananta from below. She jumped up and watched it launch upwards. She matched strikes from it and hit it back, slowly descending down before she finally kicked the invisible into the ground. She used her keyblade to stab it and watched it disappear. Ananta closed her eyes a moment and turned back towards Karina. She walked back over and took a deep breath. "As I tried to say before I was attacked..." she bowed once more. "I'm very sorry, Karina. Please...don't hate me..." she spoke, the last part a little lower than the rest, as if she was trying to say it to herself.

The blizzagolem continued to move around the battlefield, ice at the ready to tear through the ranks of the heartless. While the neo shadows had thinned around it, there were still more heartless that needed slaying. Specifically, the dark ball variant of heartless, which merely floated around in the air, coating the sky with their dark presence. The creatures looked towards the golem, who in turn was looking at them, and with mouth as a gape they began to make their way towards the golem. While the golem was beginning to decompose in form, its power was no less plentiful, and it wasn't about to give in at the sight of these dark ball heartless. Gathering more magical power into both of its hands, large chunks of ice began to form one after the other into its hands. Moving them towards each other, the ice began to combine into a much larger ball of snow and ice, the crystallization of the air becoming more and more apparent as it happened. As the two hands came together, the boreal sphere of magic began to let loose a miniature blizzard as the creature reeled back its hand, ready to attack once more. As the dark balls grew closer and closer, the creature thrust its hand forward, letting loose a storm of icicles into the swarm of dark balls. One after the, icicles shot out in a gatling gun-esque fashion into the swarm. Piercing through each of them, the dark balls were riddled with holes and were slowly frozen over as they let loose a screech of pain before their bodies were decomposed. Exploding into darkness, the creatures returned back to the dark smoke and was returned back to the realm from which they came. With that out of the way, the golem began to bend on one knee, it clearly reaching the limits of its power. As the snow and ice began to break apart, the magic that held it together clearly coming to an end. With that done, golem began merely mundane snow and ice that fell to the ground, littering it with its frozen remains.

After saying hello the new person, Aeira didn't seem to give much in way of other pleasantries, her mind clearly focused on the battle at hand. With fists at the ready, the girl wasn't all that surprised as a neo shadow had jumped towards her, trying to rake into her with its claws. As it did, however, the girl merely raised her hand, unmoved by the attack as her gauntlet absorbed the blow entirely. Clenching her other fist, the girl let loose a single powerful punch in the face of the neo shadow, destroying it instantly. After having defeated one, there were still five others that came towards her, claws at the ready to tear into her flesh. The girl did not move from her spot, however, merely standing her ground as the five neo shadows charged at her. The first slashed its claw at her, to which she merely answered with a punch of her own, tearing into the creature's arm and going into its torso. As two others approached from the side, the girl brought back her fist, punching outward in an uppercut fashion against them, her fist going straight the shadowy beings chest. After that, there were only two more that tried to stop her, both sinking into the ground and charging at her from underneath. As the got close, though, and seemed primed to jump out of the ground, the girl merely stomped her foot against the ground, breaking it and causing the heartless to jump out at bizarre angles. With two swift punches to the off balance heartless, the girl had managed to finish them off just as she had all the others.

Stratos was directing his Golem into the swathe of heartless before them, and it seemed to be doing well. However, three Invisibles seemed to recognize that the boy was the one controlling it, and judging from their clearly hostility toward him, it seemed like they figured if they got rid of him, the Golem would go too. They were right, too. So Beuce stood in their path, making sure they wouldn't be able to accomplish their task. They acknowledged his desire to protect his friend, and honored it by dealing with him first. The trio all rushed forward at once, assaulting him with a barrage of greatswords from every side. Thanks to the enhanced awareness that was granted to him by his aura, he managed to keep up with them, but only barely. He spun his keyblade around and caused a burst of dark fire to spin around him, damaging and forcing back all three of them. One invisible seemed to throw his sword into the ground and combust into a ring of black flames and encircle him.

Beuce ran to try and avoid the ring, but it simply traveled with him at the same speed. It was also made difficult by the fact that the other two were still slashing at him without mercy. Finally, the circle enclosed on him and the heartless stabbed downward along his back, having rematerialized above him. Beuce gasped as the blade tore across his skin. He'd only just managed to avoid a fatal blow, and that was only thanks to the innate damage resistance given to him by his Dark Knight Job. He panted, realizing that this was going to be tough. "Alright. You wanna play it that way? We can do that." Beuce concentrated on the darkness within him, and summoned it forth in incredible spades. This attack was stronger still than even Zantetsuken or Faith. A white aura began to glow around him as his form grew darker, creating a massive contrast. He rose slowly into the air, while the invisibles prepared themselves for whatever assault was about to come their way.

Yet, even knowing it was coming, they weren't able to defend against it. All at once he rushed forward through the air and delivered a powerful slash to the arm of one of the heartless, immediately severing it and causing it to fall to the ground and vanish. They turned to him in an attempt to catch him, but it was for naught as he opened a portal of darkness to carry him elsewhere. He emerged behind one of them stabbing through it and throwing it to the ground before once again vanishing through a portal only to arrive elsewhere. The third invisible was a little bit more prepared, knowing he would be next, and attempted to slash at Beuce as he came through the portal, but the master spun below the blade and cleaved the heartless in half. Circling back around, he once again came for the first one whose arm he had severed and planted his blade directly into its face, instantly killing it. This time instead of going through a portal he hovered over to the one laying flat against the ground and plunging downward. When he impacted and impaled his keyblade through the neck of the heartless, he sent forth a surge of energy into it and through the ground, causing a massive explosion

Well it seemed that Luna was happy as she seemed to notice someone else in the new group that she knew. It was interesting, but as Luna ran off to talk with the boy that she saw, Aislinn walked off the other direction dealing with some of the heartless that were near by. She didn't want to interrupt on their private conversation, but with Luna talking to this boy... Koa? and Beuce having ran off to fight with Stratos again, Aislinn found herself fighting alone once more. She knew that she could handle it, easily, but there had been more motivation to fight when she had others at her side to watch her back. Shrugging that off Aislinn looked around at the heartless that were left around her. The numbers this time seemed to be dropping at a more rapid rate, but that being said there was more heartless to deal with. Taking that into account, Aislinn started to face off against some of the last of the bigger guys left. She couldn't deal with all this alone, but she could get a good start on them, start to lessen the large amount of heartless. It was easy enough to get through these guys again. The invisibles surrounded her, trying to slash at her with their swords, but nimbly Aislinn was able to move out of the way, ducking and dodging attacks as she countered with her own attacks until one after another the heartless fell.

Of course Arctus wouldn't be far behind her and making a bit of a snarky comment. "Let's just say I used to stronger than all of them, but it looks like becoming masters has made them all cocky. I will have to prove that they can't forget about me after all." She replied to him as she took her whip and swung out at an invisible, dealing with it swiftly before turning back to Arctus to respond to his next thing. "And for the record I know most people here, except him," Karina pointed to AJ, before pointing to Aislinn. "And her." Then her eyes rested on Aux. She didn't recognize him right away but ended up looking at the man for a while just staring before she turned to react to Arctus' other sly comment about how many of those people hated her. Before she could respond however Ananta had arrived.

Of course like Ananta tended to do she started to blabber some sort of apology towards her and talk all about how she was a bad friend and such. Karina rolled her eyes at the response turning back to Arctus. "Clearly not everyone hates me. Most of these people..... tolerated me. I can't say that we are friends but they were adequate comrades." She replied. Part of her would want to say friends but the other part of her still questioned that. She had a feeling most of these people weren't too fond of her, and even if they didn't mind her, she wasn't fond of some of them, for example the woman trying so hard to apologize in front of her. "You know Ananta, it would do you well to stop being so desperate and just move on with life. Just forget about it." It wasn't quite a way of saying she forgave Ananta, it was more just a sign that she had moved on from that sort of stuff. "Now if you excuse me, we kind of have bigger issues on our hands." Karina pointed to the heartless around them as she readied her whip and lashed out at a couple Neoshadows and a dark ball.

"Huh...well I guess that explains...something." Arctus looked over at the girl who had wedged her way between him and his prey, Karina, and stepped forward. "Ananta right? Name's Arctus. Trying to have a nice chat with my--uh....with Karina. So if you wouldn't mind..." Arctus swung his blade over the girl's head, catching a Darkball as it zoomed overhead destroying it. Through the course of cutting down Neoshadows that crossed his path he kept pace with Karina to keep her back covered. He hadn't been particularly interested in the rest of his comrades in the Black Coats but Little Miss Hothead? She was intriguing. Feisty. Though he was sure someone like her had been called that at least a dozen times.

"Honestly you're not so bad! Being a little rough around the edges adds character." He smirked, swinging the blade around to catch two more Neoshadows and clip a Darkball with the tip in the swift cut. There were so many Heartless he could only wonder how they had been summoned here. It didn't matter but he was still curious. "Fight fight fight, kiss kiss."

Stratos continued to maintain concentration on his blizzagolem for as long as he could, yet even that was proving to be quite difficult. The golem continued to fight for as long as it could, before it finally collapsed into snow and ice, and the power of the summon had ended. On the one hand, Stratos was sad to see his golem, Snowflake, go. Even more so he was unsure if the creature could actually think of feel, though tried to push those thoughts out of his mind as it would lead to some very deep yet very unproductive thinking. On the other hand, not needing to maintain constant concentration on a creature to keep it existing made it feel as though a giant weight was lifted from Stratos's shoulders. With a no longer constant tug on his mana supply, the boy felt like he was freed up to do other things, like try and summon more golems. Of course, that was probably not for the greatest at this moment, as he didn't want to keep being a burden on his other teammates, what with Beuce having to go out of his way to continually defend him from the oncoming neo shadows. So, he thought he was freed up to do something more productive. Like no longer being in this summoner job power. Focusing a bit, the boy was enveloped by the bright blue light that he had appeared when he first shifted, and was now back to his regular outfit.

"Thanks Beuce," the boy called out to his friend. "But I think I can take care of myself now. Like this." He recalled something that Kaida had used at the start of this battle, something that allowed her to wield two keyblades at once. While he had seen this done before, what she was using was far different from that. And it was something he felt as though it was right within his grasp to use. Focusing a bit the boy was enveloped by a red and blue light, this time covering his body before dissipating. His jacket was now a purple color, a blue and red yin yang emblazoned across his back. In one hand, Stratos held his keyblade Synchronous Gale, though the usual green of the blade was replaced by a red color. In the other hand, a perfect mirror to the weapon, only with the red replaced by a blue. As he shifted into this form, he felt a surge of both physical and magical power surge through him, bleeding out to his compatriots around him. Looking at the heartless before him, the boy ran towards them, empowering his two keyblades with magical power. One keyblade ignited with fire while the other surged with lightning, Releasing the two slashes at once into a neo shadow, Stratos had managed to fell it with quite some ease. "See, I'm all good now. Now," looking over to Aislinn, who seemed to be felling quite a few invisibles, the boy said, "let's go help the others." With that the boy motioned for Beuce to follow, running to where Aislinn was and felling heartless all the way there.

Seeming to get in a steady rhythm of fighting these things, Aeira consistently and persistently continued to let loose punch after punch into the heartless in front of her. The neo shadows that continued to move towards her found themselves facing the equivalent of a brick wall on wheels. Despite their attacks, she managed to continually dodge them effortlessly, block them effortlessly, and any attack that seemed to go through didn't seem to phase her at all. Add to this, that each and every one of her punches was a sure kill, and the heartless were all in all having a bad time against the girl.

Rotating her keyblade in her hand for a more ideal strike, Aislinn looked around and realized the new girl and her merry bad of mischief had managed to take out the other invisible that she was unable to deal with herself before. That just left the Neoshadows and the Darkballs. It was not going to be fun to deal with, and in some ways she missed the little innocent shadows, at least those practically died by proxy of killing everything else, getting caught in the cross-fire from friends and enemies. These creatures took a little more effort to take down, even if that was still just slightly more effort. That being said even as the heartless grew stronger, so did they. With the buff that they were being provided with, Aislinn was finding it rather easy to take out the same creatures that she had found a bit annoying during the earlier rounds of combat.

Charging on in to a hoard of the Neoshadows, Aislinn didn't waste much time getting started with her attacks. She did not go lightly on the heartless that were around her. She went all out, trying to deal with them quickly by starting with a barrier surge before she launched into numerous combos that chained on to each other as she whipped around trying to take out as many of the Neoshadows as she could at once. Each one falling easily to her blade. It almost felt like they could not keep up, move as fast as she could. At one point it was difficult to keep up when several attacked at once, but now, whether from practice or this buff she couldn't quite tell, but it didn't matter as long as she managed to do her job and deal with these heartless in as efficient of a manner as possible.

Meanwhile with Karina she looked over at Arctus as he spoke. His wording was rather interesting. "Your what? What were you going to say there? I would be rather interested in hearing where that was going." She pried a little playfully but she was genuinely curious about what he was going to say. The way he worded it, it was like he was going to give her a title of some sort, but as far as Karina knew, she couldn't tell if they would even call each other friends, much less refer to them as my "something." Either way as much as she would have wanted to know, there were other pressing matters to deal with, such as the heartless that still surrounded them and her friends. Currently as much as Karina didn't like Ananta, she felt a little bad for running off on the girl, so she supposed she could just deal with the threats that came in their direction for now, perhaps she could make sure some of her friends were okay later.

As she fought she noticed the boy who had asked her about if she knew anyone was talking to Luna. Perhaps that was why the questioning. They did seem rather excited to see each other, some sort of former relationship that almost left Karina sort of jealous. Turning away from them she turned to the heartless, the easier thing to focus on for her. It didn't take too much time for her to take a few of the heartless out either before she moved on to the sort of compliment offered by Arctus. "So you don't actually hate me. Huh funny after you stabbed me in the back... literally I thought you might not like me." She was more joking but she then heard his next comment, turning around to punch him, in a playful manner, but forgetting about her own strength, "in your dreams maybe." She told him before turning back to the heartless before he could spot the little bit of red building on her cheeks.

Well, events sure had taken an interesting turn. Karina was back, Luna was crying with some guy who was apparently her fiance, and the battle had become considerably more rampage-y. It seemed that things were looking up for everyone else. That wasn't to say that his day had suddenly taken some kind of awful turn just as everyone else's started to get better, it was just that the events going down elsewhere in the horde of black soupy evil had little effect on him overall. He himself was also of considerably little consequence to the others as well. The two variables could be described, in a word, as 'superfluous.' It wasn't as if he didn't matter at all, or that they didn't matter to him, it was merely that his presence was... optional. While he was sure the others would likely show at least some degree of worry were he to abruptly vanish into smoke, the fact remained that his aid was more like a nice bonus prize than something that was actually required. Likewise, his knowledge of the others' goings-on was something that, while not worthless to him in the least, was something that had little bearing on the fight or really any of their missions. It was just as so that he was practically ignored by them as much as he showed little interests in talking to them.

    Completely Superfluous.

To that end, he could definitely see Ananta's point about him needing to make more friends. Still, he was hardly a master conversationalist. It wasn't as if he had a fair amount of friends growing up... in his alternate life. No one had even noticed he was there until he had 'died' and of course at that point he had more pressing matters to deal with. Still, he had found a way to make friends with some of them... before he had gone... completely off the wall insane. Then said thing happened and...

He was superfluous. One hundred percent. He was okay with that. He had grown up being ignored by people literally inches away from him: People who just... couldn't comprehend the seemingly simple fact that he was there and who constantly had to be reminded of his name whenever he addressed them. He was grateful for the fact that at least these people wouldn't forget his name the second he looked away. It wasn't as if he was the only that of needless excess around here. Like his Aura for example. The water aura that he was currently using was not necessary in any way. It was just being added for flavor text as he ripped through the horde of Neoshadows intent on his painful and torturous death.

    Superfluous.

Like him using the words 'painful' and 'torturous' to describe his theoretical death at the hands of the heartless and the fact that it was the kind of death that they wished to cause.

    Superfluous.

[It is at this point that the reader would be made aware of a certain type of statement that would belong within these brackets. A statement of which the nature would be unnecessarily lengthy and without real purpose. The statement stating this, however, would be considerably short under normal circumstances, though in this circumstance the statement is needlessly long and, in essence, pointless. Further, the text would indicate that the text inserted, in fact, could, should, and would be completely superfluous. As such, one could argue that the brackets themselves are even less than superfluous, as everything within them is, essentially, without meaning, and thus embellishes nothing. However, as the text and brackets are indeed there, as is the text, the brackets are altogether merely unnecessary excess, rather than being altogether unnecessary. The speech to be inserted therein is equally superfluous.]

Karina's response was just as Ananta figured it'd be. Luckily for her, Ananta didn't actually get hurt by Karina for once. In fact, her words seemed a lot softer than what she remembered. As if Karina missed the group or something. Ananta smiled, content with what was told to her. She nodded to herself and looked to Karina as her companion spoke about odd things and eventually kissing. Ananta rolled her eyes and realized what was going on. Eventually, Karina had dealt with him and Ananta laughed. "That was funny." she said, summoning her keyblades. "Well Karina, I see you've got yourself a boyfriend, so I'll leave ya to it!" she called out, running off and jumping towards a tree. She landed atop and scanned the battleground, looking for a target.

A group of Darkballs loomed nearby. Ananta took this chance to deal with as many as she could before she ran out of BP. After all, she could injure one...but what was the point? She'd rather not get too tired between assaults, after all. She launched herself in the middle of the heartless and began to dispatch them each. Loud Thunder cracked down as the Darkballs all exploded into puffs of smoke. A single one remained that she didn't actually damage enough for the magic to finish it off. "Oops." she said, rushing after it, stabbing it with Blessed Thief.

Not far from her was Beuce, Stratos, and Aislinn. Not wanting to stand alone for a bit, she decided to join them. "Yo." she called as she slid to a stop on the sand. Unfortunately, she slipped over a stray log that, in hindsight, was obvious for her to see. She fell face first and just kind of stayed there for a long minute. She stood up and dusted off the sand that clung itself to her clothes, hair, and face. "A...Anyway um...how much longer do you guys think this'll last?" she asked, curious. "Oh, right. I can't really run to everyone right now, but I can at least do this." she said, using the MP she had accumulated to heal the three. Luckily she had plenty left, so she wasn't drained completely.

"I got...blown off by Karina. She didn't want to talk to me, but I think she's doing alright." she commented to Stratos and Beuce. "She seemed to be really "friendly" with the guy fighting near her, though. So that probably explains it." She nodded towards Arctus.

With Finlay continuing to slash about through the battlefield, he swung his axes with little to no effort as he watched one darkball after the other disappear in a flash. He clashed his two axes together as he began to whirl them about with his arms. His arms moved in a circular motion as if they were helicopter blades. He walked forwards slowly, hearing the whoosh of his blades with every step. A darkball began to float it's way towards him, only to be cleaved clean off by the sheer strength and speed of the blades. A puff of smoke appeared as Finlay continued to march forward, killing anything in his path. He roared with laughter as his axes continuing to swing away, the momentum causing some static electricity to frizzle in his raggedy beard.

Over with Hikaru and Aux, Hikaru was still making his own progress with the darkballs. They hadn't gained much strength since their last encounter, but they were still enough of a threat for him to stay focused on them. He cast a quick Blizzaga spell at one of the darkballs and watched it fall to the ground. The heartless shattered on impact once it hit the ground, Hikaru ensuring to keep his ground in case more of them would try and corner or rush him. Turning his back to check on his friend, Aux seemed to be more than capable of handling the situation. Aux was barely relying on his keyblade as he began to physically punch the darkballs. He could see he wasn't exactly enjoying the fighting, but he could see the look on Aux's face was rather satisfied as defeating them with his own hands. Hikaru could usually tell when something was bothering Aux by how he was when he was fighting. Back when he sparred with Kaida, he would usually be calm when there was nothing bothering him. When he fought with intent in his eyes, there was usually something on his mind. In this case, Hikaru could piece together what was bothering his friend.

"Look, I know you said you needed to talk, so I guess I'll just start..." He took a deep breath before continuing, but not before doing a quick combo against a darkball. "I'm sorry I'm the reason you fell into darkness. If you hadn't sacrificed your light to help keep me stable, we would've never left central haven. You wouldn't have been in any of this mess if it weren't for me." As Hikaru apologized, Aux through a darkball at him, causing Hikaru to be pushed to the ground and the heartless to burst into smoke from the impact. "Stop being stupid," He said, picking him up to his feet by his collar. "My decisions are mine alone. I could've just as easily found another way to fix you, but I wanted a fast result. That choice was mine. You were a factor sure, but it's not your fault. Why do you always have to apologize for everything anyways?" Hikaru looked down, still feeling sorry for himself. "Besides I should be thanking you. If you and your friends didn't defeat Mizrabel, I'd still be lost in the dark. I remember my family, I remember my past. That was all thanks to you... So stop blaming yourself for things you can't control. Focus on the things you can and stop worrying about everything. Kaida would agree."

Hikaru scratched the back of his head before realizing what he just said. "Wait... you and Kaida talked about me?"
Aux quickly looked around to try and walk away from this conversation. He found some more darkballs before taking out his keyblade and dealing more damage to them. Though he knew his friend was just avoiding things, he felt a bit lighter that his friend didn't resent him.

When handling the last of the heartless in the previous wave, Ananta had run up to her at some point, having been grateful that Kaida helped out. With her mind focused on other things, she was not paying too much attention. That was until the green haired girl asked if she liked Aux and Hikaru... in some "other" manner. The question threw off Kaida a minute and she paused combat to think about it.

She certainly did not think so. She'd never thought about the two in that manner, but it made her wonder if she did. But it did not take her long before she settled on the idea that no, she didn't. She looked to Aux and Hikaru more like they were brothers. She had spent so much time with both of them sparring and going off on random adventures when they were in Central Haven that she never had the time to process anything other than that. Once she was in the Order she did not exactly have time to even ponder that kind of a relationship with either of them anyway.

When that wave had finally cleared, she barely got time to breathe, then the second one began. But not before reinforcements seemingly arrived. She looked to see Karina had come back, with her new allies and there was at the very least a relief to see that she was still in one piece. Then Mizu showed up, and another relief was felt knowing that some other Order members were around. Especially since she had not seen Mizu since... when was the last time she had seen Mizu? It was not that important to her, she was still alive and that was the extent of how much she cared.

Kaida was a little slow with this first wave, trying to catch a breather while the others started off strong and she got a good look at what these new reinforcements abilities were. Karina was using fire powers and had a boy following her around that was using gravity based abilities, which was unique enough. There was a girl fighting mainly with her fists and Kaida could not get a good grasp on what exactly her power was. Luna was having a reunion of some type with a boy, she did not want to pry too much into that. There was a man rushing through having waaaay too much fun destroying heartless in his wake. And then finally there was another boy, who clearly had a strong handle on time magic. If she had the time to only stare at someone fighting, she would probably watch how they were handling it. Since the flow of combat was something she was enjoying studying from a distance.

After far too much time stalling, Kaida immediately went in after some darkballs. The invisibles were done by the time she got herself onto the battlefield. Having experience already with there balloon-like heartless, Kaida kept up an aerial combo going and trying to bring the heartless lower to the ground. After knocking quite a few to the floor, Kaida dropped down to take a breath and realized she may have taken too many into her aggro for her to handle. So she took a deep breath and was prepared to deal with that mess. She backed away a bit to get a good distance range for her spells, and shot blizzara and firaga at the same time with a flurry and finished off more of them. She placed down her keyblade and turned to see an ice colossus close enough to possibly step on her. Kaida blinked and said, "Wow. Sprinkles. You've grown..." then she turned her attention to the rest of the fight, her keyblades beginning to sizzle with the ability to use red slash once more. But she paused for a moment to breathe.

Aux was leaping into the air and grabbing at the darkballs like they were giant balloons. With one in particular, he grabbed it by it's chain and dragged it down slowly, making sure not to disturb it too much. The heartless jerked and shook about to try and escape, but it's efforts didn't do it any good. Aux continued to pull down the heartless until it was floating in front of him and began to whirl it around like a morning star. He swung it around by it's chain as it it were a flail preparing to hit the rest of it's heartless brothers with the creature and hopefully destroy them in the process. Hikaru cast a quick Blizzard spell on the darkball Aux was swinging and caused it to freeze. The extra weight caused by the ice allowed Aux to swing the heartless about with more weight to it. While it was indeed heavier, the darkball now had some extra power to it. He swung the darkball at a few others until his weaponized heartless couldn't take it anymore and eventually shattered, taking several other heartless with it in the process. The other darkballs that saw this occurrence slowly began to float in the opposite direction.

Looking at the escaping darkballs, Hikaru began to chase after them. "Oh no you don't!" He began to race ahead, already growing tired from the distance, before turning around and pointing his keyblade straight forward. A burst of power eminated from the keyblade before several jets of water began to spurt out from the tip of his keyblade. The jets of water weren't doing too much damage. but, the spell was doing it's job in gathering the darkballs and coralling them into a small space for him to finish off. Once the spell had expired, he heard a roaring yell as Finlay came in charging from the east. The darkballs he himself were chasing continued to bump into the darkballs Hikaru was chasing and caused them to scatter a bit. Before they scattered however, the doused heartless managed to splash some water onto the other heartless that Finlay had chased towards Hikaru. This caused the rest of the heartless to all end up soaking wet and perfect for the technique Finlay was about to perform. He pointed his axe at a darkball near the center of the group and released a quick zap of celtic magic. This resulted in all the floating darkballs clinging together as if they were giant grapes of darkness. With all his opponents in one place, Finlay pointed both axes at the gathered swarm and charged his axes with electricity before firing them at the gathered darkballs. The electricity on top of the darkballs being doused by Hikaru's water spell caused all the heartless to be violently electrocuted on impact. Finlay let out a roar of laughter as he joyously raced forward and let in a deep inhale from the smoke of his slaughtered enemies. "Isn't this just the greatest day?! First we beat the witch, now we fight in glorious battle! Oh how I wish me boys back home could see this, HAHAHA!" Finlay laughed as he raced off to his next conquest. Hikaru waved goodbye lightly at him as his mouth winced a bit as to who the heck that was and what witch he was talking about.

Looking back to Aux, his friend was still pummeling the darkballs with his barehands, causing him to wipe his forehead from all the unecessary physical grunt work he was doing. "You know you could use the keyblade right? It's way easier!" Aux simply looked back at Hikaru and glared. "Or you know, not... your choice." Hikaru also waved at Aux before returning to his own side. The hostility in this group was growing more and more alarming.

Kel didn't wait til the heartless had decided to attack him first before making mounting his next attack. He had already started cutting through heartless that were near him. A good five neoshadows were slain by him before any of the other heartless had lashed back at him. The first wave of attacks had come in a group of three neoshadows that had all taken to the skies for their attack. Kel readied himself so that when the three heartless came diving down towards him, he was able to counter their attacks with one swoop of his own. There was not let up after their attack as another neoshadow went to attack. Once again they had tried to attack him from behind, though forutnately for Kel there was no contact made from their attack. He was left at an odd angle though and dodging would have made things even odd while increasing the risk for him losing his balance. Blocking was his best option in this particular moment. The neoshadow's claw had met with the presumed blunt side of his keyblade and stopped its attack dead in its tracks, from there the presumed sharp end of his keyblade was used to cut the heartless down. At the end of this heartless slaying he found a green haired girl speaking to him. She'd given him a simple greeting, which Kel replied with a "hey". Their conversation, if you could call it that, was short lived as the girl had gone back to heartless slaying. A task that he went back to himself as another batch of heartless made their way over to him. There were about eleven of them as while he could deal with this his usually manner, that could result in him simple getting tired as things processed. Kel made sure that he was firmly planted to the ground before before concentrating on the ground. Moment had passed and a chill was sent throughout his body. Through the slight motion of his foot, a wave of ice froze the ground underneath all of the neoshadows that had approached him and froze them solid. The sight brought a breath of relief. He'd finally started to get the hang of using his aura.

Vallus had been doing well in his own respective battle with the heartless he'd come across. He had been slicing and dicing his way past the heartless and nothing seemed to stop him, not that they could. Despite having the option of being able to freeze time at will, it would kill the potential effort he could put into this fight and make things dull. Not to say that he wouldn't use his power, but whenever he needed to do so. When two darkballs had leap out to attack him, they were swiftly cut down before Vallus turned his attention towards another one. Time was briefly frozen in order for him to get a head start in his approach towards the heartless and before it could react, Vallus was already upon the heartless with his blade plunged through the face of the heartless. Four down and with their being another five close by, the swordsman went right to work in doing away with them. Each one requiring one slice to finish them off. At the end of this cycle, he'd cleared out those particular heartless and already ran off towards another group of heartless. There were plenty around, some even taking a notice to him and how he'd cleared through the group of heartless that had moved towards him. Perhaps those would be the next ones on his list to attack.

He did not know how he did it but he somehow manged to take out over half the invisible heartless. He still did not have a clue as to how he had done it. There seemed to be even more cazyness then before. More and more magic filled the air. Well, events sure had taken an interesting turn. Of one thing all of the invisable heartless were gone. The battle had become considerably more crazy as it went on. More and more magic spells filled the air as the battle went on. It seemed that things were looking up for some strange reason. The battle seemed to be moving faster then the last round. He just had to hope that he could keep it up. He was continuing to slash about through the battlefield. That was all he could do for the moment. He had somehow found some energy to continue on. A darkball heartless began to float its way towards him, only to be cleaved clean off by the sheer strength and speed of his weapon. A puff of smoke appeared as soon as he had killed the darkball heartless. He just had to keep on killing anything that was stupid enough to find its way onto his path. sure things had surrounded him but for some reason it did not seem like it was like before. He did not know why it felt different but it did. He was not going to wait around anymore. He did not need to wait til the heartless had decided to attack him first before making mounting his next attack. Neoshadow heartless soon showed up and the jumped to the sky. The first wave of attacks had come in a group of three neoshadows that had all taken to the skies for their attack. He could clearly see them making there way down towards him. He was not sure what the neoshadow heartless were thinking if in fact they thought at all or if it was just impulse. He readied himself so that when the three heartless came diving down towards him. He was able to block there incoming attacks. There was not let up after their attack failed, and another neoshadow heartless went to attack. One neoshadow heartless stood behind him probably trying to get the jump on him. He figured out long ago that the heartless were not stupid but they were not smart ether.

It was hard to tell what went on when it came to the heartless. That was when the neoshaow heartless attacked. The neoshadow heartless' claw had met with the side of the palm tree that he was thankful was still behind him. The neoshaodow that was standing on top of the palm tree jumped off and headed towards his head. He was able to duck just at the right moment and the neoshaodw heartless flew over him. He then cut the heartless down. He watched as a small group of neoshadow heartless come out of no where and ended up floating in front of him. They tilted their heads, looking at the sky aimlessly as they rose like black ink from no where to the leveled plain. They looked to him with intense glowing eyes. The heartless looked down immediately and made a mad gliding dash towards the man. He remained in place as he watched the heartless approach him at an alarming speed. As the neoshadow heartless prepared to claw away at his face, He quickly stabbed the neoshadow heartless by its head causing it to flail. He swung down his hand, slamming his palm and the heartless' head with it.

Arctus froze for a moment when Karina asked what he meant with his choice of words. He laughed it off and shook his head trying to play it cool. "It's a cultural thing. Maybe I'll explain it to you some time." He ducked underneath a Darkball that sped by, holding his sword up to catch the Heartless which sliced it in half with its own momentum. Despite all their numbers avoiding the Heartless attacks seemed pretty easy. It was almost as if there was no HP mechanic in fights like these. Despite not dealing as much damage to the enemy numbers as the keybladers Arctus still felt quite invincible in the moment.

"Hey! I didn't stab you. I only kicked you. And if you recall correctly, I wasn't myself at the moment. But-" He winced when she punched his shoulder, showing her strength, and rubbed it with his free hand upon feeling the stinging sensation on his arm. "Hah. Maybe they won't be dreams for long." He readied his sword once more and threw it at the nearest Neoshadow and, using the same trick as he did against the Nequabots, relied on the power of gravity to propel his sword forward to slice through several more Heartless before it finally returned to his hand. "Gotta say! This is a lot more fun than fighting robots!" Arctus exclaimed excitedly.

He watched as a small group of drakball heartless come out of no where and ended up floating in front of him. They tilted their heads, looking at the sky aimlessly as they rose like black ink from no where to the leveled plain. They looked to him with intense glowing eyes. Their bent teeth showed. One of the darkball heartless jumped towards him, prompting Aux to tilt his head up as he watched the darkball hearless come towards him. The heartless looked down immediately and made a mad gliding dash towards the man. He remained in place as he watched the heartless approach him at an alarming speed. As the darkball heartless prepared to spin away at his face, He quickly stabbed the darkball heartless by it's head causing it to flail. He glared at the creature as he jumped into the air, the darkball heartless' head still in his palm. As he jumped back down, he swung down his hand, slamming his palm and the heartless' head with it.

Now that it was unable to escape because of the countless heartless infrount of him. With a heavy swing, he attacked another darkball heartless. The rotund heartless was caught unaware and he threw the darkball heartless into another one. He sent the darkball heartless into it companion. The darkball heartless would at least would take some damage. As much as he wanted to say they were getting close to finishing up their fight here, it was hard to convince himself of that. He looked around and noticed that there were just beginning the battle. He fired off a another strike to a wayward darkball heartless. He took a swing at another darkball heartless, taking it out and looking around. It seemed kind of strange how there were so many enemies and yet they did not just completely overwhelm him all at once.

It had appeared that he somehow had managed to get the darkballs to slow down. They were slowed down for now but he knew that they would attack soon. It seemed that the stopped darkball heartless were not going to stay stopped. Taking another deep breath, and ready for the on slot that was sure to come from the darkball heartless and shadows. With his weapon at the ready the boy charged forward with swift speed rushing towards the darkball heartless. With a single cut nothing seemed to happen at first, only for the keyblade master to then immediately strike with yet another swing of his weapon and the darkball exploded. Another darkball heartless show up this one looking regular size and he took this one one fast too. The heartless were destroyed in an instant, unable to take the raw force of the attack, and dissipated back into the strands of shadow they were made of. He was staring to get the grove of this battling thing but he knew that he was getting tired. With that some of the heartless were now gone. He knew that he would be be able to cut through the heartless even more easily than he had been before, and started to run headfirst into the on coming mob. There was still a gap between him and the next darkball heartless, meaning that he would have to try and make his way further through the battle at hand. There was more fighting to be had before he could ever make it over to the next darkbal hearless. He watched as the darkball heartless flew through the air before hinting the ground and disappearing. Perhaps he should have thought things through before throwing a heartless into the air.

As the boy had made his way over to Aislinn, the woman also seemed to be in the zone of killing a large swath of heartless all at once. Though the waves were getting more and more formidable, it was easy to see just by watching someone else that killing them was also becoming easier and easier. As he had finally closed the distance he called out to her, saying, "hey Aislinn. You seem to have things under control here but, need a hand anyway?" As he asked this, he saw Ananta come running up to the again. He hadn't actually seen the girl much, outside of the time she appeared just to heal him, but was glad to see that she was still up and raring to go. Gesturing with a, "yo," in response, Stratos couldn't follow it up with anything more as the girl managed to trip and fall flat on her face. Unsure of how to react, the boy just stood there, about to ask if she was alright when she had finally gotten back up herself. When she had asked how much longer things would last, Stratos said, "well, I can't say for certain, but I'm sure we're still far from over. Hughes doesn't seem to be acting desperate yet, which I imagine he would if we were nearing the end of his army. But you know, the more we kill the faster we get at killing them, so who knows how long really." As Ananta had offered up a cure spell, the boy felt some of his wound close up and his body become more invigorated, as if the spell had melted away the fatigue he was gaining. "Thanks for the assist Ananta, 'appreciate it."

As the girl went on to describe what she had been up to, Stratos looked a bit dumb founded at first, looking over to where she was pointing. There was certainly a man and woman over where she was pointing to, but he didn't realize just who they were at first. The man, he had absolutely no recollection of, as the two more than likely had never met before. The woman, however, Stratos looked at for a bit, trying to piece together what Ananta had said with her appearance. "Wait. That's Karina?!" The boy's voice had genuine surprise in it as he said, "man, she looks completely different. And what is that weapon?" He looked to Beuce and Ananta as he asked, "did she always use fire so liberally?" While this new information was certainly confusing, there was still a large mass of heartless around, and stopping them was his first priority. "Well, guess I'll ask her myself later, for now," the boy readied his twin keyblades. Charging his blades with power again, this time one became far heavier, as it amplified by his Gravity Aura, while the other was frozen over with ice. With a quick few slashes from red slash, Stratos had managed to cut through a swath of Neoshadows.

As Aeira continued to punch through heartless after heartless, she felt a sudden chill in the air. Readying herself to see if it belonged to a new foe, she instead saw that it belonged to the keyblade wielder she was near. The power was curious. Different then the other elemental powers that the rest of the team had. Not only in execution but also in nature. And whatever it was, it seemed to be effective at killing heartless, as the boy didn't seem to have any trouble killing more than twice the neoshadows she could in the same time frame. After punching through another set of them, an oddly competitive expression on her face, the girl looked over to him and with a blunt tone she said, "hey. What is that?" She pointed at him, but gave no further context as to what she meant.

"I will never say no to help, you should know that by now." Aislinn responded as Stratos showed up and soon after Ananta. She had gone from fighting alone, back to two wonderful people at her sides, and for that Aislinn was more than just a little grateful. Ananta made a comment about the girl that had come in with her little group, and the name she said got Aislinn thinking. She recognized that name, if vaguely she just had to put her figure on why. "Karina... Karina... Oh that was that girl who left to do her own thing shortly after I arrived wasn't it? We were fighting to save her from that bubble thing that trapped her." Aislinn spoke out as she figured out what was going on. It seemed by Stratos's reaction she was probably on the right track with the recognition that he had in regards to this entire situation. Aislinn never really spoke to the girl, so her presence here only meant extra help for them and that was something that they rather needed. "I don't know when this will be over Ananta, but at least we have more help now. We made it this far, we should be fine." Aislinn assured her before turning her attention back to the heartless that were around them. With the amount of Neoshadows that were around her, Aislinn knew that needed to deal with those first. She didn't waste time as she started on another whirlwind of attacks against the heartless, barely giving them time to breath, but in turn not allowing herself much time to breath. It forced her back off more quickly that she would have liked, but at least she could do so knowing she had done a fair amount of damage to the thing.

Turning away from Arctus didn't seem to help her keep her composer as Ananta addressed her again, commenting about Arctus being her boyfriend. "No." She said flat out and seeming rather annoyed but her face was growing ever more red. It seemed that she wasn't good at dealing with this accusations. It was hard to embarrass Karina but when it came talk about her personal life, she couldn't help but be a little bit embarrassed. At the very least Ananta then excused herself and she could go back to dealing with only one pain in the butt, and that was not the heartless. "Yourself or not, you still were playing dirty. Attacking a girl from behind while she was trying to fix the situation, who even does that." It was a joke for the most part, but she still had to point it out and be a bit of a dick about it, she was honestly still a little bitter about the situation. While Karina knew that it wasn't her fault it hadn't helped her with her trust issues.

Turning away from Arctus Karina faced down some of the enemies that were around them, trying her best to deal with them swiftly, this time turning to her magic. Now she wasn't just strong but she knew how to use fire efficiently. In a moments time the heartless around her went all up in flames and left the area clear just as Karina turned around. "So if I give you what you want, will you shut up?" She asked him looking around quickly at the others in the area. "Even if I did humour you, not here. I have an image to maintain. Don't want anyone thinking I have gone soft." She also warned him. There was no way she would give anyone else a reason to make fun of her. That being said Ananta decided that they were a thing, so the chances of rumours getting out was high.
