There are a total of 260 shadow heartless.
Each shadow heartless takes 5BP to hit.
Each BP is worth 20 words.

You have a total of 20 BP.
Round 2 starts now. Round 3 begins in 2 days or until all players have taken their turns.

The heartless in the front lines swarm together and charge at the group. But the swarm looks like it glitches the tiniest bit and they all sort of fall apart and rain down on people. At least five people were unable to dodge, but they were at least able to stand up afterwards.

After the glitch happened, Ria took 10 more shadows from the attack group to defend them.

"Good work, Prince!" Was it wrong to feel some sense of pride upon seeing Relli being capable enough to take care of their own self? Perhaps it was due to the fact that there were two of them from the same world in this group and the better they did, the better they could represent their home...for how ever much that was worth. The positive emotion was immediately washed away when he caught sight of the shadows beginning to swarm and group together. "Watch out!" Alder shouted at Reili just before the swarm charged at them.

Underestimating the combined strength of the swarm he held out his keyblade in effort to cleave a path through only to find that his blade missed its mark when something strange happened forcing the wave of Heartless to break formation and rain on them. Claws found their way digging into his unarmored arm and side while he was knocked over by the impact.
"Gah! Damn!" Needless to say, it stung. Alder pushed himself quickly back onto his feet taking a swing as he recovered his balance to destroy a shadow that tried to take another swipe at him while he was getting back up. His eyes narrowed on Ria who must have been the one to organize this attack as it seemed reasonable enough that if Ria was the one who summoned them then--Alder raised an eyebrow as a flicker in the air around Ria caught his eye. A batch of shadows backed away to surround Ria.

Of course. Alder tightened his grip on his keyblade as he charged forth to make a beeline for Ria. It was starting to look like a losing battle if they did not end it soon but no matter how badly he wanted to put this stranger in their place that did not change the fact that numbers were still not on his side. Before he could make his way directly to Ria the gaps made by the swarm had closed in leaving no path to their enemy. "You can't hide for long, coward!" Alder growled through gritted teeth as he spun his keyblade from his left hand and into his right striking two more shadows in the process. Even if he was wrong and taking Ria head on did not put an end to the horde that surrounded them, or at least keep the shadows from organizing again, deep down Alder just wanted to make Ria pay. As he struck down another heartless the black cloud left behind from its destruction lingered on his keyblade before fading away. You'll have to try harder to keep us down.

After his first lucky display of combat that had taken care of four heartless, Chrono had made his way back towards the others. A lucky hit was a lucky hit, but he wasn't crazy enough to just charge in there with only his fists as a weapon. Maybe if he had a stick or something, then he just might actually do that.Though seeing as that wasn't the case right now, doing so was out of the question right now. A quick step to turn himself around revealed the shadow that was already mid leap in attacking him, practically leaving him with no time to mount a counter of his own. Chrono quickly held up his arms and braced for the attack that was soon to come, but instead of feeling something scratch against his forearms and possibly injure him, instead there was a cool breeze that had blown past him. Odd, but seeing as how it was Chloe looking in his direction he assumed it was her that had helped him and gave her a thumbs up.

The shadows mounted a counter attack of their own and charged towards them. Something had happened during said charge and the heartless started to rain down upon some of them, himself being one of the unlucky few that were rained down upon. The various clawing and scratch that was delivered to him certainly hurt, not enough to bring Chrono down. Despite the trembling in his legs he didn't go down at all and stayed on his feet. After those hits Chrono was now opting to not run forward and attacking them with his bare fist and instead saw another way of attacking right at his feet. Rocks and slightly above average size at that. He bent over a scooped up a handful of said rocks and started throwing them towards the heartless. Them being very fragile was very helpful here seeing as it only took one or two rocks to actually get rid of them fully. No matter, there were plenty of rocks around for him to throw at the shadows and at Ria when the time finally came. Though he would have to be careful to not hit anyone in the back of the head with said rocks, well except Cerdic. That would probably be okay to hit him in the back of the head with a rock or two. Oh hey, during this monologue 4 heartless were defeated through the power of rocks. Neat.

As the attack came at them, Kara reacted swiftly and dodged to the right. She was thankful she did so, for as she did four of the shadows crashed into the ground where she had once been. If that had hit her, she wasn't sure she would've been able to get up again, so she was surprised when the five who had been hit got up. The heartless swarm had vanished for just a second, she was sure of it...was this some new kind of attack? Turning invisible would cause all sorts of problems for them, maybe even more than their lost memories.

Wait, that was it. Their memories were gone, and Ria was responsible for it. If the machine hadn't done it, as she had earlier eliminated as a possibility, then maybe Ria had some kind of magic to affect the mind. It wasn't too far-fetched, she had seen people shoot fireballs and summon lightning, and she herself had created a barrier of magic. Who knew what the limits were? Certainly not her, that's who. If Ria could use magic to affect their minds, then the odds of the battle they were in being an illusion of sorts were pretty high. Heck, maybe they were just swinging their weapons at the air around them just to amuse their captor, if they had even woken up at all. It all certainly felt real enough, but with magic abilities and royalty in the mix, she wasn't altogether ruling it out as being a dream, or even a nightmare really.

Brought out of her daze by Alder charging forward, Kara instinctively rushed forward herself, swatting one of the shadows out of the way as she did so. "Alder, stop! If you run forward, you're going to get yourself killed!" she shouted, still rushing forwards. The barrier didn't seem to be working no matter how many times she tried it as she ran towards her ally, so she would have to rely solely on the keyblade she wielded. She'd never wanted the weapon, but even she had to admit it had its uses. Quickly she ducked down as two heartless leaped at her, then turned and delivered a horizontal slash at the two of them, ending them. Her movements were by no means fluid or graceful, but they did the job. Another shadow came at her, but thankfully she used one of those aforementioned movements and cut it down, although she did have to take a couple of swings to get it done.

As she got closer to Alder, she flinched a little when a rock went flying past her. If she turned around, she'd be an easy target for the creatures before her, and even if they really were simply an illusion she bet they would still hurt, so she continued onward. Alder seemed to be faster than her and better with a weapon, but she was doing her best to keep pace.

What? He had actually hit not just one, but several heartless? Oh yeah he was good, he was definitely good. Faith restored, he prepared to attack once more, his keyblade in hand and ready to go. He was about to try and fight again when someone bumped into him and sent him stumbling forward. Turning around he saw a young girl. "Sorry babe, you are a little too young for me. I mean I would go for it, buuuuuutttt well you see, it isn't legal and I would rather not go to jail. Wait a few years, or get permission from your parent or guardian and we will see. Until that time, we have bigger issues. I mean I know that I am just that awesome that you can't stay away from me, but it is a little dangerous. We should pay more attention to the fight at hand deary." He told her patting her on the head before turning back to the battle at hand, just in time to hear the Dog shout at him to regroup.

"Fine fine. Good boy, good dog. You are following orders and thinking to group up, yes yes, do you want a treat or something?" He said in a really sarcastic tone as he did end up moving back towards the group, but it totally wasn't because Alder told him to. Not at all. He did it because he wanted to. Slowly he moved in beside a boy with glasses who had done something interesting with his keyblade. Cerdic remembered seeing a girl from his home world utilize the same sort of thing, she was a keyblade master apparently, but mostly retired. "Magic huh? Cool. The perfect weapons for cowards that don't like getting their hands dirty." Cerdic stated nonchalantly as he then finally turned his attention back to the heartless. Damn there was was a lot of people here to get distracted by. The quiet words, they carried him away. Soon enough they would forget his sins anyways since he was just that awesome.

Turning back to the heartless he jumped right back into things, swinging his keyblade randomly, but he was hitting things for the most part. Then he swung... missed... and his keyblade went flying. Well it looked like he really failed them. Some would say, to the core. Oh well, all it took was a flick of his wrist and it was back in his hand.
"It is all in the wrist." He said winking back at Xen.

After having dispatched their own four heartless, Marley continued to keep on their toes, watching out for any sort of counterattack from the shadows. The little ankle biters kept running at them, which caused Marley to simply back step a bit and dodge out of the way from their claws slashing out at them. As they continued to move backward, they started to notice that everyone was getting to cutting through the heartless as well. Marley couldn't help but be in a bit of awe as they saw that everyone else in the party seemed to know some manner of magic, calling lightning, shooting ice and fire, one even stopping things. Boy were these people neat. Seeing the silver hair boy take their advice and go straight into punching the creature, Marley couldn't help but give a thumbs up and say,
"hey, see you're getting the hang of it kiddo." After that, they then turned to see that the wave of heartless was starting to get more clustered in their approach, and started swarming at them all at once. Marley got themselves ready to dodge, only to then see that wave seemed to twitch or something, they weren't entirely sure. What they were sure of, however, was the heartless falling down onto them. Not quite expecting that from them, and even if they had it was still a bizarre enough attack, Marley was unable to dodge out of the way of all of them as the heartless had raked their claws against them as they hit them.

While they felt a burning sensation run across them, Marely seemed to not mind it at all, simply having a fire burn in their eyes as the smile continued to stay on their face. Looking up, they noticed that a lot of the other people were starting to charge in a different direction then them. Not being one to be left out in the group, Marley simply passed by the blonde haired girl patting her on the back on the way saying, "hey nothing ventured right?" As they passed charged forward towards where the older man had charged to, Marley simply brought their keyblade down in a downward arc, destroying a heartless that had been leaping at them. With two more seeming to take a leap at them, as Marley got their posture back, they swung with a horizontal slash, destroying them before they could even get close. Hearing the one man, Cerdic, act all haughty, Marley briefly glanced over to see that he had completely missed his attack and tossed his keyblade aside in the most unceremonious of fashion. With absolutely no finesse, Marley simply chucked their keyblade at the heartless he had missed, destroying it on impact before calling it back to their hand.
    "All in the wrist."

"Magic, huh? Cool. The perfect weapons for cowards that don't like getting their hands dirty."

"Cowards X?" Impaling a heartless into the ground through it's torso, Chrys spoke above the noise. Though it had been some time since he said it. He had expertly timed his comment in tandem with IX magnificent show of outdoing him. "You mean like the fool who pushed past women and children, mind addled with terror as it was, to run as fast as he could to an uncertain destination that very well could have been nothing more than a watery grave?" A quick kick to the face knocked an incoming shadow to the ground, and he wasted no time crushing it beneath his keyblade. "I suppose you would be the expert on cowardice, wouldn't you?"

Dodging another attack, Chrys twisted to the side of the newest enemy before stabbing it in the side. One of IV's rocks collided with it in mid air before he finished it off with a downward swing. Making a quick sweep to observe the others, he noted that I and VII seemed to be running further into the crowd of monsters. He did his best not to worry; surely they could handle themselves to a well enough extent?

Instead, he turned his thoughts back to X. If only to give him something to occupy his mind as he continued to fight. Careful not to let himself become to distracted like earlier, Chrys wondered about how, if they were some kind of organization, which they seemed to have been on a small scale based on Ria's words, then how the heck had they gotten anything done with X around? Surely someone had attempted to strangle the man at some point: out of the nine of them, he could not see them all having such saintly patience. Although, there was no telling how long they had all been allied other than roughly under a year, and the X they could have worked with may very well have had a vastly different personality than the X who stood with them now.

They all could have been different.

Casting that thought aside for now, Chrys knocked aside another of the numerous incoming opponents with a quick sweep of his weapon. Once again, he finished by slashing downwards. He noticed that he did a lot of crushing. It was only to be expected; he had always favored the downward slashes. Watching the black smoke evaporate, he considered trying to mix it up a little more: he doubted that he had been one to battle in quite this uninspired of a manner before he lost his memory.

Upon hearing Cerdic, Daeni gripped her keyblade and turned back to him. "You're a jerk! I'm no child!" she said to him, hitting his arm. "I'm freaking 18." she mumbled towards him, turning her eyes away. She turned back to Relli to see how they were doing. She was surprised to see how quickly they dispatched of the heartless and that caused her to blush in embarrassment. She should have known they were talented and didn't need protecting. She didn't know how badly she had offended Relli, so when she saw how angry they were, she sort of stood back and watched the others for a moment. She didn't know if fighting more was a good idea, but she looked up and met the eyes of a nearby heartless.

Danei held her keyblade up and glared at the heartless. She then ran towards it, swinging her keyblade wildly until the heartless was gone. She had no intention of letting a single heartless thing get away. She didn't even know if that was the right name or word for them. In her head, it felt like something that made sense and was the right thing to say, so she decided to call them that. She wouldn't utter that word unless she heard it from somebody else. Didn't want to be wrong, after all, right?

Chuckling, Daeni shook her head. She stepped towards a heartless and immediately stabbed it with her keyblade, watching it disappear. "These things are pretty easy..." she mumbled, dodging a swipe from another. "But they're still erratic...gotta be careful." Daeni didn't want to be attacked again like before. That really hurt and she was actually scared of the pain. In that moment, a heartless decided to rush her, feeding off of her being scared. Daeni cried out and defended herself with her keyblade. She retaliated by shoving it back and swinging at it a few times.

A final heartless rushed forward to replace the one she had just slain. Daeni was prepared and again dodged the attack. This time, the heartless swung back towards where Daeni had dodged and nearly swiped. Daeni gasped, thinking she had been hit. Instead, it was just a small scrape, no pain, just a quick coldness. Daeni looked up at this heartless and didn't even think a moment before she threw her keyblade forward and grabbed it back once it flicked back to her. "WH...What did I just do?" she asked out loud.

Relli kept attacking, even as their group attempted to fall back into a defensive circle in the center. As many as they'd killed thus far, at this rate, it was going to take forever, and no doubt this Ria would've either disappeared or summoned something worse by the time they were through. They wouldn't be able to hold up like this for long; while Relli and Alder could probably fight for a while, no doubt not everyone was as skilled in combat. Heck, even Relli was only really schooled in the basics.

At least Alder seemed to believe in them to fight. It was all just fancy footwork on their part, really, but just a bit of belief in their abilities made them want to keep going. Looking around, everyone else seemed to be holding their own well enough, even those who'd clearly never even held a keyblade before. Even Daeni, who hadn't known a thing, had figured out how to throw her blade. Still, it was up in the air whether they'd make it through this battle or not.

"Watch out!" they heard Alder shout, and Relli quickly spun and dodged the attack. Others weren't so lucky, as they could see a number of their party fall back with scratches from the shadows. Even little scratches could be trouble from a heartless, and too many could mean the end of them.

"Good boy, good dog. You are following orders and thinking to group up, yes yes, do you want a treat or something?" said that one guy, the jerk that kept hitting on the girls and mocking his guard. Impulsively, Relli 'accidentally' smacked a rock at the guy, and hoped maybe he'd take the hint and shut the heck up.

Relli slashed forward with their keyblade towards yet another shadow, but this time it sprung out of their reach. It seemed that they were getting smarter with every blow, and that just reinforced their belief that they weren't going to get through this, at least not without some damage. Looking around, the prince found themself circled, trapped inside a ring of monsters. Just slashing wasn't going to cut it anymore. Relli hadn't done this in years, they'd never been the best at magic, they'd never had the attention span to pay attention to it, but now was as good a time as ever, right?

"Fire!" Relli shouted, pulling their keyblade to the side, and a small ring of fire encircled them, eliminating a handful of the heartless, and freeing them from the circle. Sliding out, Relli moved their way back towards the larger group.

Chloe braced herself for the oncoming swarm of Heartless...only for them to suddenly shift somehow, and suddenly the Shadows were raining down from above. She couldn't move herself or her Keyblade fast enough to avoid getting hit. She stumbled forward as they struck, swinging her Keyblade arm back behind her and hoping to hit something. No such luck.

As the cascade came to a stop, a small group of Shadows peeled off from the main group to join the protective circle around Ria. Because of course. What she wouldn’t give to give them a good clock to the jaw… Chloe looked around at the group of Keyblade wielders, some of them also reeling from the bizarre attack, then back to the swarm of yellow eyes. It was becoming apparent that this battle wasn't going to be as easy as she'd hoped.

Almost instantly she heard Cerdic’s unmistakable insufferable sneer—“Fine, fine. Good boy, good dog. You are following orders and thinking to group up, yes yes, do you want a treat or something?” Blood roiling, she opened her mouth to give him a piece of her mind…only for several other group members to do it for her. (She definitely saw a rock coming at Cerdic from Relli’s direction, too. She wasn’t down for the group attacking each other…but, after all, sometimes things happen in battles…) Satisfied with the collective verbal smackdown, she only added, “If you have energy to chat, you’re not using all your energy to fight,” and proceeded to launch a Fire at a couple of incoming Shadows.

With all that thorough roasting done, she decided it was time for some cooling down. As another wave of Shadows approached the group, he flung a Blizzard at the ground just ahead of them. The little Heartless instantly started tripping and sliding all over themselves as they charged right over the resulting ice patch, making them easy targets. Classic. She swung her Keyblade through one like a hot knife through butter, and almost caught another one mid-swing, but it slipped right past on the ice. She sighed. Maybe she should’ve just stuck to normal fighting instead of tricks and traps. In any case, though, what was done was done. She waited until another Shadow slid within swinging distance—steady, steady…—then went for the kill. The Shadow fell down on its butt to dodge the swing, but then Chloe flipped her grip on Glimpse of Darkness, and jabbed the Keyblade back towards the Shadow. Sure enough, there the Shadow went.

Chloe looked back up and around to assess the situation…and saw Alder making a beeline for Ria. What the hell does that man think he’s doing? she thought, bewildered.

There are a total of 224 shadow heartless.
Each shadow heartless takes 5BP to hit.
Each BP is worth 20 words.

You have a total of 20 BP.
Round 3 starts now. Round 4 begins in 2 days or until all players have taken their turns.

That rock didn't do anything to you, but that HP to Cerdic might be missed.

The heartless move to swarm at the group again, this time however the glitch overtakes all of them for a longer period of time, and Ria is exposed completely for but a second before the heartless return again. Their swarm this time was attempting to be circular, trying to trap people in the middle, the extent of how far they went under coordination wasn't super amazing and they could only hit people who were on the farthest outside. Cerdic unfortunately got stuck in the swarm.

He's still there by the way.

Well his previous attack might not have been the most graceful thing in the world, but hey he got his keyblade back and that was all that mattered. He could be awesome again with his keyblade and... ow! Something hard hit the back of Cerdic's head, and it didn't even come from the direction of the heartless. He turned around to his own party. "Okay who threw something at me? I know you all want my attention but you should at least wait until after the battle. You will all get your turn in time. I promise. And yes, even you Alder." For once Cerdic called him by name. Perhaps if he was that desperate for attention he would have a "Senpi noticed me" moment and stop throwing rocks for his attention, at least until the end of battle.

Just as Cerdic was flashing his cocky little grin at the group, a horde of heartless surrounded him, and he let out a little "eeK" sound as some hit him and then trapped him. He cleared his throat and spoke up in a deep, manly voice.
"Damn you fiends! I will destroy you all. You cannot stand up against my might!" He puffed up his chest even though he doubted anyone could actually see him. "Take that!" He said slashing forward at the horde. The light coming into the horde of heartless suddenly darkened and a blue bird flew over him. As it glanced down he could see those piercing yellow eyes, he shrieked. "Stay away heathen! Give me my memories back while you are at it!" He shouted at the bird, putting all his force behind throwing his keyblade directly up at the bird.

Laws of physics state that what goes up, must come down. That is exactly what the keyblade did. Down on his head to be exact. The Keyblade hit is head and Cerdic found himself ducking down holding his head.
"Curse you evil one!" He shouted at the bird as he practically hid from it the best he could. As the heartless circled him he picked up his keyblade and slashed out at them one more time, but didn't move from the spot in which he was hiding. It was safer that way. He could fight the bird again later when he was better prepared. That was the only problem, he wasn't ready to fight on two fronts. Next time he would do a lot better. Yes of course he would, he was Cerdic Zoric after all, and by default that made him awesome.

She stood back and watched all the heartless as they started to glitch out and create small holes in Ria's defense. That was odd, considering they inflicted some very real wounds on them. Now that Daeni was done gawking at the heartless, she turned to see Cerdic having a rather....hard time...defending himself. Daeni laughed to herself and watched him as she waited to see if perhaps helping him was a very good idea. Of course it was, since a damned bird made him freak out and run away. He even hit himself with his own keyblade, so that didn't help much.

Daeni stepped forward and stood in front of Cerdic. "I know you're a manly man, but you look like you just hit your head pretty hard, so I'll try to keep these off while you recover." she said, winking at him. Daeni smiled and ran towards the heartless, attacking and destroying one with ease and renewed vigor. It was as if making fun of Cerdic gave her the strength to continue fighting. That's what made Daeni laugh again and shake her head. "He's hopeless." she said to herself, rushing at another heartless and destroying it.

Looking to her left and to her right, Daeni spied two heartless who seemed ready to both strike at once. Daeni waited for them to come closer. Her head started to remember something that she had used a few times. She remembered a hot magic that defeated foes and protected her. "Fire." she whispered, watching the ring of fire appearing around her. It struck the two heartless and made them flop back. Daeni was even surprised at that. "That....no, that couldn't....was that magic?" she asked herself, not even believing what she just saw. "Cool!" she laughed, waiting for the same heartless before she spoke out, "Fire!" again and watched them disappear after the fire subsided.

Having straightened herself back up, Daeni walked over to Cerdic and looked at him. "Are you okay? You don't look okay to me. Even if you try to be a manly man, after all." she said. "I can try to see if I can think of anything to make you feel better if your head is hurting. Especially after conking yourself with your keyblade." She chuckled after the last part, reaching a hand out with a smile.

Unbeknownst to Daeni, a tiny bit of healing magic sputtered out and rained down to the ground, leaving behind little flowers and leaves before they too disappeared into the ground. She seemed to be able to do some healing, but she didn't notice it herself.

The shadows had once again geared up for another attack on their part. With rocks being his weapon of choice this time around they wouldn't help much in blocking the oncoming claw attacks. Seconds passed after Chrono had braced himself for the attack and nothing had happened. Instead two things had occurred. The first was that an opening in the heartless surrounding Ria had opened up and Chrono quickly took the chance to chuck a rock in their direction. Unfortunately the barrier heartless had reformed and blocked the rock that he had thrown. Well crud, if only he had thrown the rock faster. Or maybe sooner, but that would require him to be predict when the opening would happen again. As for the other thing that had happened, well Cerdic was carried off by horde. Chrono knew this because while he certainly had the worse memory out of the others, he did remember him standing within his field of view and there was a clear 'eek' sound right when the horde had appeared.
"So, how do we get him out?" Someone had to ask and well, the guy who was still without a keyblade was as good of a person to ask. Not that he could actually do anything to get him out by himself.

Scooping up another armful of rock, Chrono resumed throwing them at the various shadows that were around them. The trend of taking two hits to fully defeat them continued as he had already gone through six of the rocks that he picked up just to beat 3 shadows. There had to be a way that was easier that just throwing rocks at the shadows and something that he could actually use himself. The latter was really the most important part to that. Given their current location his options of improvised weaponry was limited to his bare fist and the rocks that were around them. The former he wasn't going to do given how much that it hurt being attack and charging in could end badly for him and he's still throwing rocks at the heartless, now at eight rocks used to beat four heartless, and that wasn't going to change at this rate. Now the next thing that Chrono saw was an odd sight to say the least. It looked like Daeni had stepped into the horde of heartless that Cerdic was currently trapped in and tried to do...something. All those heartless that were surrounding her and probably carrying her away along with Cerdic made it difficult to see whatever it was she was doing.

After slaying some of the heartless, Marley wasn't making the most headway through the swarm to get to the keyblade wielder behind it. While they weren't alone in this endeavor, it seemed that trying to just carve out the whole of the heartless army at this point in time would be fairly difficult. Ah well, it wouldn't have been fun if there wasn't any challenge, and so they continued to psyche themselves up as they continued to move forward. However, before they could cut through more heartless, something weird happened. The heartless had completely vanished from their sight, leaving just the keyblade wielders standing with nothing to stop them. Raising an eyebrow at this, Marley was then completely caught off guard as the heartless had suddenly reappeared, all amassed and ready to strike at the keyblade wielders. Marley couldn't help give a startled expression as they leaped at them, causing Marley to flinch and thus mess up on their reactions. Trying to back step away from the heartless, they had managed to avoid getting swallowed by the swarm, though their claws had still scraped across their cheek and leg, causing fresh cuts to form across the afflicted area. While they started to feel the burn even more than they had been, and they weren't the most stable on their feet after having been struck by it, Marley's smile hadn't faded.

The rush of combat was still flowing through them, as they looked towards the wielder of the broken keyblade, an idea seemed to be forming in their head. What had happened once might have been a fluke. What happened twice, however, was bound to happen again. Marley looked to see the rest of the keyblade wielders, some preoccupied with dealing with a swarm of shadows around the man named Cerdic, whistling at the sight saying, "hey at least you got a circle of fans now." Chuckling a bit at their own joke, Marley then looked to the silver haired boy before saying, "simple, you just gotta kill 'em all. Well, I suppose he could also learn to run, that'd probably help in a few moments." Not giving any more context to that, Marley then turned their attention away from the man being swarmed back to the keyblade wielder. Doing their best to get a clean shot at the keyblade wielder. Collecting magic at the tip of their keyblade, Marley looked towards Ria, waiting a bit, expecting the same vanishing act to happen again, before firing a magical chunk of ice from their keyblade at them.

The exploit seemed to be discovered and just as the glitch happened, Ria got a nice blast of blizzard shot at their face. Ria recoiled and summoned back the heartless as quick as they could. It looked like they weren't hit too hard but there was one benefit.

They kind of summoned 50 less than they normally would have.

There are a total of 166 shadow heartless.
Each shadow heartless takes 5BP to hit.
Each BP is worth 20 words.

You have a total of 20 BP.
Round 4 starts now. Round 5 begins in 2 days or until all players have taken their turns.

No one was damaged this round.

Alder refused to allow Ria to force him back by cowering behind his horde. The others fired magic and even another tried following him into the thick of it but it would not be enough. Something about Ria set him off. It drove him to go against his own advice and break away from the group and even as he pushed forward through the Shadows, pushing away thoughts of doubt, even he had to admit that something was wrong here. It was more than just being cornered, insulted, and threatened by a stranger that made him lose his cool. All those years of training and learning not rush headfirst into trouble without a plan went out the window and even as he knew this might be the wrong move he pushed onward regardless of whatever pain he would suffer. Even as the distance between himself and Relli increased he continued. Perhaps Ria reminded of someone back home or perhaps in his erased memories the answer was hidden but no matter the reason, Alder was angry and he was not going to stop until he reached Ria.

He ducked and weaved knowing that with each swing of his keyblade only meant a dip in his strength and another instant wasted on fighting pawns when Ria was the king(or queen) in the little game. The crowd of Heartless he was driving past became denser and it was becoming nearly impossible to move an inch without taking another swing. A flick of the blade and he caught two Shadows at once before whirling the keyblade back at his side and catching a third in the back swing. That blast of ice the other wielder had fired only made Ria more defensive rather than doing their enemy any serious harm. A Shadow jumped him but he simply knocked it aside out of the air with his armored arm, not suffering any harm but not destroying it either. He cursed under his breath knowing that there might not be anymore easy openings made by Ria.
"You can't hide forever!" Alder called out as he leapt over a shadow that had went to claw at his legs and as he came down to the earth he spun and smashed his keyblade into the ground, missing the Heartless but destroying one from the spike of rock that suddenly jutted out of the ground that followed from his attack. Alder pressed on, continuing to close in on Ria.

Once more the glitch had happened and an opening had formed again. The path to actually hitting Ria was made and taken advantage of by Marley. Surprisingly the attack hitting had lead to a lot less heartless forming up and in turn making things easier for them in the long run. That said there was still quite a amount of shadows for them to deal with and Chrono was running low on rocks to hit them with due to the 'two rocks per shadow'. Just as he threw his last rock towards the shadow and fortunately made short work of it, something else stuck out to him. It wasn't more rocks, but instead it was a a piece of driftwood that was just lying off to the side. Now he could fight at close range and that piece of wood would be the closest that he'd get to using his keyblade. Heck with any luck this could help remind him on how to use his keyblade! With that realization, Chrono went over and grab said piece of wood and proceeded to wacking heartless with it. The timing couldn't have been any better for a group of three shadows had stepped up to face him.

Their faces didn't have any expressions on them so Chrono couldn't tell just why it was that they had decided to single him out as oppose to attacking any of the others. Well except Cerdic who was still, presumably, still dealing with the horde in which he was currently stuck in. Thinking about it, it was probably because he was by himself in compared to where the others were. So that's what their game was, pick on him because he was alone and because of his lack of a keyblade. Okay, the latter was debatable, but the former was likely. In that case they shall be sorely mistaken as he brought down the the power of the driftwood upon them. The first shadow had leap forward in an attempt to harm Chrono and it was soon batted away from him and disappeared into dust. Shortly after this the other two shadows had chose to do the same, though they went with attacking him at the same time as opposed to one after another. In theory this made sense, but the end result would still be the same. The piece of driftwood was held upward and then brought down onto the two shadows and took down the both of them with it's size.

As Cerdic sat there trying to hide from the bird when the girl who bumped into him before, stepped into the circle. Was she trying to show off? To him? The nerve that this girl had. No one talked down or showed him up. He was already the best there could be even if he slipped up sometimes, no one was perfect, but he was pretty damn close to perfect. Better than any of these losers at least. Finally Cerdic got to his feet and looked like he was about to thank Daeni, but instead he shoved her out of the horde. "I don't need help from some kid." He shouted after her as he put his force into pushing her away. One would think it was nice having people literally falling all over you, but when it happened so often, one had to pick and choose how often it was allowed. This time the person was too young so he decided that it was not allowed. There were plenty of other more appropriate people out there, and less desperate ones. She was just too desperate and that would also get annoying.

Now alone stuck inside the horde, Cerdic looked around. With the bird gone he could focus a little more. Heartless were circling him, and while there wasn't much he could do, he just watch Daeni come in and out of the horde. He could probably just kill a few and dive out. Thankfully it didn't take much effort to strike out around him, hitting one heartless then the next. As they circled it just took one swipe in any direction to hit the heartless. He was able to kill four in close proximity creating almost a bit of a break in the swirls of heartless. That was where he would exit from.

Standing still for a moment, Cerdic prepared himself. He watched where the hole circulated and tried to time it, when the time was right, he dove and somersaulted through the heartless, coming out of it with his keyblade extended to the side of him, his hair whipped to the side as sweat gleamed on his forehead. Oh yeah, he looked hot. He shot a charming smile at the group as he got to his feet acting like nothing happened inside the swarm, just strolling to his place near them Xen as he prepared to fight again.

Well, Daeni didn't expect Cerdic to just shove her out, but she didn't protest it. No, she just fell back onto her butt and watched him. She watched him fell 4 heartless easily and swoosh out of the circle of them without even losing his composure. Suffice to say, Daeni was impressed and honestly didn't realize he was just doing this for shits and giggles anyway. A crush was starting to form. A one-sided crush that was probably a bad thing in the first place. Whatever, Daeni didn't care. She could crush on whoever she wanted to, regardless of age difference.

Standing up, Daeni moved back to Relli and kept her back to him. She knew he was fine on his own now and she didn't need him telling her otherwise. But she still wanted to be nearby somebody that was nice enough to give her the time of day. Hopefully, he would actually do that and not ignore her. Just as she sighed and shook her head, Daeni opened her eyes and saw a heartless bumrush towards her. Daeni slashed sideways and dispatched of it, grinning to herself.

Two more heartless came and they were both easily dispatched. Not like Daeni wasn't trying to make things fun for herself, but what could she do? All she knew was to slash them and watched them reel. Seeing a small gap in the heartless by Ria, Daeni started to think to herself. "Just because Ria bolstered his...her....whatever. Just because they bolstered their heartless defense, doesn't mean they are impervious, right?" she blinked, watching Ria again. She saw a tiny gap....a gap just big enough for a heartless to maybe fly through and thwack Ria. That gave Daeni an idea.

Getting into position, Daeni prepared herself. She stood in one spot and planted her feet. She held her keyblade up like a bat and waited for a heartless to bite. One heartless did bite and it hopped up, ready to slash her. Daeni was prepared and thwacked it with her keyblade, flinging it towards Ria and nearly hitting them. Luckily, it missed and splattered against the wall behind Ria.

"Damn...just barely missed Ria..." Daeni muttered. She stepped back to Relli and turned her head. "Pst...Relli....look at Ria. You can sometimes see a spot where things can go through. Makes me think there's some kind of a glitch going on here." she said, bringing this to their attention.

Unbeknownst to Daeni, a heartless charged her and managed to knock her down. Not able to defend herself, Daeni was struggling to get the heartless off of her as it began to maul her.
