No one was helping too much, there was light conversation, but nothing inspiring confidence. Tinarah kept an eye on the people that were around her, a little worried about all that was going on. She glanced around a bit, then back to her brother and then back to Take. At least someone was willing to take a sort of lead role when no one else was. She couldn't even pretend to help or be any sort of leader, not with a sort of fear that struck her to the core. The fear that left her shaking no matter what. No matter what it was, she couldn't control her fear, not enough at least. Tinarah was now wondering what even drove her to leave her town. Now that she was back with her brother it started to seem odd that she even left. And part of her wondered why she put so much focus on finding him, besides the fact that she never felt as safe with her father. Her father was over cautious, but he didn't really know how to protect her properly. Her mother might have been a little wild, but Tinarah knew she could and would fight tooth and nail for her. Her father, her father would have ran and tried to take her with her, but nothing else. That is why she wanted to be with her brother. Her brother inherited her mothers wild spirit and he could protect her. She just needed to learn to protect herself too.

It was time to move on, the people were going to take them into the city and everyone else was following, so Tinarah didn't have much of a voice. She tried to hold herself high, make herself feel okay about the situation, even as they stepped on to the long narrow rope bridge. I didn't take long before someone told them not to look down, and of course out of instinct, Tinarah did. Cringing, she looked back towards where she came, but it wasn't easy to just step back either. She had proceeded far enough that while not at the half way point, she had people she trusted ahead, and an empty, dangerous bridge and loneliness behind her. It wasn't a hard choice which way she would go, she would follow the crowd where she would be safe.

As they entered the city, Tinarah couldn't help but look around and marvel at the sights around her. It was beautiful and amazing here. She failed to notice how quiet the streets were as they were guided along. The only person she noticed as they walked around was a white haired female. Tinarah looked up at her admiring how pretty she was, it was only then when she realize no one else besides their escorts were out.
"Where do you think everyone is?" Tinarah asked quietly to no one in particular.

As they entered the big room beyond and that was where their escorts knelt. Tinarah was caught off guard by this and stood there like a statue. At first she didn't know what to do, but finally it occurred to her too late what she should be doing. Of course that only made her more nervous and stiffen up instead of bowing. then the man they were bowing too sounded not very happy and Tinarah backed up a step, whimpering slightly.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to cause trouble." She whimpered not realizing she spoke out loud as she took another step behind her, like leaving this room would bring her out of the entire world. She wanted to leave and not anger anyone else but she didn't know where she would go or how she would get there. While she knew the anger wasn't necessarily directed right at her, at that moment, already embarrassed and uneasy, everything was feeling like it was her fault. She tried her best to hold back the tears that stung her eyes as she still stood there, her eyes downturn as she tried to figure out what to do and where to go, how to apease someone else so they wouldn't be angry at her.

When it finally came time for them to venture forward, Chrono followed behind their guide. When the 'don't look down' joke was made, he knew full well to not look down. Nothing good ever came from looking down when someone said something like that. Entering the city had Chrono start looking around to take in the scenery and noticed all of door and such being closed as they walked by. Guess they don't know what to think of us. They were still outsiders and being escorted through the city at that. All that combined probably didn't leave the best of impressions.

Finally they had reached their destination, catching a glimpse at the Princess as they did. Now they were face to face with the king himself and he certainly didn't sound pleased to any degree at seeing them.
"Our weapons are different and were made to fight the heartless here." Chrono said. Then the king had mentioned other outsiders arriving here before they did. This had intrigued him and started sense to some degree. "What did the other 'outsiders' do exactly?" As much as he would've loved to ask more questions than that right off the back, taking the slow approach was probably the better way of going about this.

Illiana walked on and on until they reached who appeared to be the Atlanteans' King. Rambling on and on about outsiders and enemy forces. Illiana closed her umbrella and took four steps before kneeling down, placing her right hand over her heart. "Your highness, I thank you for gracing us with your presence. I humbly ask that you please grace us just a few moments of your time to hear what me and my acquaintances must say." Illiana looked over to Chrono as he asked about the other outsiders. Illiana looked to the front pondering her next set of sentences. She stood up and bowed before speaking. "Your Majesty, if I may suggest something. May we request a hearing with you later today? Or perhaps give us a sort of test to prove what we say is nothing but the truth." Illiana placed her right arm behind her motioning to the others to kneel down. Illiana bowed her head toward the King, awaiting for his response.

"Of course, Master." This time, Chrys bowed to the Light Chaser. "We'll handle it right away." She turned to face her new charge. "Won't we?" She gave a gentle smile that was somewhere between playful and encouraging. She was glad that things were starting off on the right foot with Aria. Heaven knows her quiet nature was a safeguard against her foolhardy tongue. She had a tendency to be a bit too free with her words when they left her mouth, and... well it could cause problems. One in particular came to mind, but she couldn't be worried about that now. She was here, she had a new acquaintance, and they were going out to fight heartless at her master's command. That was all that mattered at the moment.

Take listened to the king's response about their weapons, and heard the others explain them, but they didn't really... show them. It could be hard for them to believe whether or not they were telling the truth and he completely understood that from all his years in a guarded village. Take took a moment and said, "I'm about to show an example, I promise I won't do anything rash, it is just to make this appear and go away. Sorry in advance to the guards." Take raised his hand up and summoned the keyblade out in front of him and held it, "This weapon, it's called a keyblade. And it definitely defeats the creatures." Take then released it and summoned it away, quickly holding up his hands just in case the guards were at his throat, "It's gone, okay, I won't do anything. We want to fight these creatures as much as you do, they've hurt us and they've hurt our superiors. Whatever we can do to help I assure you is mutually beneficial."

King Nedakh, ignoring Chrono's question and appearing to not believe his words about their weapons, turned his head to look directly at the one girl who had knelt before him. The gesture was appreciated but did nothing to change his opinion of the group of children. They looked so young and naive that he could hardly even consider that they had the strength to vanquish the darkness. The child who stepped back in fear only made it more apparent that these were mere children.

"Some believe that those who arrived before you brought the monsters here. They claimed to be explorers but their journey here awakened the Leviathan which has always served as our guardian." Their guide whispered to the group in response to Chrono's question.

"There are no tests that would change my mind. Children have no place on the battlefield." He spoke sternly towards them, so intent on having them leave that he hardly noticed that a boy amongst them began to speak and summoned his weapons. The guards tensed up for a moment but relaxed once the blade was gone. It was not just any blade. In his many years of life Nedakh had seen this kind of weapon before and the word fell upon his lips before the boy declared what it was.

"Keyblade." How long had it been since he had last seen one? Not since the end of that terrible war that left his own world in shambles. The only wielder of it he could remember, however, was of a much greater stature than the children who stood before him. Still, this explained why it looked like they did not belong to this world. Was the traveler who sought and audience with him a year ago also a wielder? It would have explained his sudden appearance and disappearance and his interest in Nedakh's own daughter.

"I had believed your kind to have died out in the War. Clearly I was mistaken." He shifted slow to sit upright ignoring the pain that his aged back gave him. "Very well then. It is clear to me that you children wish to help but I caution you not to find yourselves getting too comfortable. Once the darkness is clear you will have the thanks of me and my people but you will be expected to leave." His words were spoken calmly with no malice behind them but, rather, with a calm acceptance that this was necessary.

"Seek out the darkness, destroy it, and return here once you have completed your task."

King Nedakh offers the party a reward for destroying the Heartless infesting Atlantis. Guards will make way for you and not impede your progress in exploring the city and its outskirts. You are given a map of the area to help you on your task.

    Points of Interest:

The Encampment - Heartless have not been spotted here. Yet. This is where the outsiders who arrived before you are nestled. They are resupplying for their journey back to the surface but their encampment lies just outside the city where old military jeeps, trucks, and a large drilling vehicle are parked. Soldiers and those contracted to work with them on their expedition are camped out here. Perhaps they might have insight into the current events the King has not shared.

The Ruins - Princess Kida has been spotted with one of the outsiders heading here. The Ruins are an abandoned and flooded part of Atlantis filled with decrepit buildings and sunken monuments to long forgotten history and is overrun with vegetation. No one visits the ruins anymore so the Heartless threat here is unknown.

The Waterfalls - Nedakh has instructed the guards to take those willing past the shores of the outer city on a boat. Outside of getting a good view of the city from a distance, there is not much else to see but the waterfalls surrounding Atlantis. Heartless have been spotted swimming the waters by fishers.

The Marketplace - A large open place of commerce lined with shops. All of them are closed now due to the attacks Atlantis has seen recently leaving vacant stands filled with fruit, trinkets, hardware, artwork, and hundreds of other items. Heartless have been recently spotted here.
The Alleys - The darker corners of the city, collectively called the Alleys, between buildings. Normally used for shortcuts to get from one part of the city to another now are left empty where even guards dare not tread. The threat of being attacked by Heartless in the alleys is extremely high.

The Cave - The area you came from before reaching Atlantis. Master Atmos was supposed to be being watched over by the stranger Torrin. Now that you have the time, going back to check up on them is a possibility though the area is clear of Heartless.

While Tinarah was in full panic mode, it seemed like everyone else was handling things rather well. Her brother and his friends seemed to not be phased by any of it. Perhaps it was how their master taught them, or perhaps it was just her, Tinarah could't tell. It was likely just her but maybe if she found her brother, found Atmos instead of being so weak and needing saved by Choma. It wasn't that she didn't like Choma, she appreciated his teaching and all, but it didn't help her learning how to deal with other humans. Given the current situation, dealing with humans would be good... if you would call these people humans. They certainly didn't have a human lifespan.

Tinarah tensed as the guards tensed, Take actually taking a step in making peace with the angry king, showing him their weapons. While Tinarah didn't think that was a good idea, she actually thought it was asking for trouble, she couldn't speak up against it. In the end it even ended up working to their favour, in some ways. The king didn't seem as mad at them, which made Tinarah feel a little better, but he now wanted them to take out some sort of darkness for him. Tinarah wasn't sure that was a good idea and tensed at the thought as her eyes darted around to the others around her. If it was the only way for the King not to be mad then maybe she should. Her eyes went to her brother, but then dropped to the ground. She couldn't keep relying on him all the time. She had to toughen up, she felt guilty leaning on him so much.

As the king finished talking and they heard about possible places to go, Tinarah turned to the guard nearest her. She cast her gaze down, nervous and unsure as she tapped him trying to get his attention. She wanted to do this on her own, before her brother saw and tried to talk her out of it. They said the guards would take her to the waterfall, meaning she wouldn't be alone, she would be safe but wouldn't have to rely on her brother, or at least that was the theory.
"I- Um... Excuse me sir." Tinarah started quietly, timidly. She fiddled with her violin case a little before she glanced up out of the corner of her eye, hair falling in front of her face. "Would you... would you um... take me to the waterfall? I want to try and help there." She barely managed to get out in a small voice as her eyes flickered back over to the rest of the group, trying not to think about how scary going alone would be.

The fact that the king had just straight up ignored him did irk him quite a bit. He would've been fine if the king had blatantly lied to him or at least given him some sort of response. Had it not been for the fact that he was a king, Chrono might've tried asking again. In a less friendly way of speaking. Fortunately their guide was kind enough to clue them in as to what the previous outsiders had done.

That certainly made it clear that he was much more interested in the outsiders who had come before them despite the King's lack of interest in helping them. The lack of interest was brief for laying eyes on Take's keyblade seemingly changed his attitude on them. No idea what this war he had mentioned was, but that would be another question for another time.

With the map in hand, Chrono looked over the locations listed and soon found himself the place in which he wanted to go to. The ruins. Seemed like a safe bet that the heartless would be there. At this thought, his eyes glanced over to Tinarah who was currently speaking with another guard. He was pleasantly surprised to see her doing that on her own. Chrono would still be there for her should she need him, still seeing her stry and do something on her own was a nice thing to see.

Take knew that in terms of the darkness, the heartless definitely made an appearance near the cave. And he was admittedly worried more about his master, and the fact that they left her alone with a stranger. He wasn't in love with the initial idea to begin with, leaving her there. So now that there was an opportunity to go back, Take had every intent to do just that. Plus, the likelihood of the creatures appearing outside of town was probably more so, easier to gather strength when away from the populace. Take didn't really tell anyone he was heading towards the cave, since some of the people were already gone.

As Take heading towards the cave, he was running more so than taking his time. He didn't want to waste a moment looking around at everything. He was ready to summon his keyblade out at any time. He didn't seem to tired with the run either. Take was used to running up and down mountains as a warm-up in his homeworld. This terrain was nothing compared to that. He made sure to keep his eyes out for any creatures appearing just in case they did exactly that when he didn't expect it.

Remaining quiet as his highness spoke, Illiana lifted her head just as Take summoned his blade. Just as she was about to say something to Take, King Nedakh spoke in a tone as if he knew about the keyblade itself. Illiana listened intently as the King continued on. "War?" Illiana whispered to herself before King Nedakh had given them to task to rid Atlantis of the Heartless. Illiana bowed once more. "Thank You, Your Majesty." Illiana lifted her head before heading out of the room. Watching the others go off in different directions, Illiana stood there for a moment pondering over what King Nedakh had said. "Our kind died out in the War........What war and our kind? Something's a little off. Better get rid of these minuscule insects before anything." The brunette lifted her umbrella before walking around. Her eye had been drawn to what had appeared to be the alleys. Mysterious? Check. Dark and creepy? Check. Hotspot for heartless? Without a doubt. Illiana had begun making her way to the alleys before a small voice called out. "Lady Illiana, are you sure you should be walking toward that dark alley?" Illiana continued walking as she replied. "Seirei, just keep that normin mouth of yours shut just like a good little charm. Besides, I thought you were suppose to stay quiet until I gave you an order, did I not? Would you like a reminder of your last act of disobedience?" Seirei's eyes widen before beggin Illiana."F-f-f-forgive me my lady!!! I'll follow your orders!!!! But please spare me from the last time!!!" Just as quickly Seirei spoke, he went mute, becoming a mere charm on Illiana's umbrella. Illiana rolled her eyes as she continued walking toward the alleys.

Aria looked to the Light Chaser and then back to Chrys. She then nodded her head. There wasn't really anything else to do right now, unless she was going to spar more with the students of the supposed bad guy. "Alright, let's head out." Aria summoned her fancy rainbow keyblade and then ran towards the direction the guy in the hood told them to go. She was actually going to face the monsters that Master Choma warned her about. She could feel her heart pumping with excitement as she sped forward, ready to finally fight with something.

The park seemed to be the only area in the entire town that did not remain unscathed when the Light Chaser had saved this world. Trees were knocked over and uprooted and there was a crater near the center of the park but nothing in it except more dirt. The feeling of a dark presence was there however even though one could not be seen.

The ground shook. Then there was silence.

    It shook again.

The shadows of Aria and Chrys were stretching thin along the ground and, if they turned to look, they would have seen the figures of their shadows continue to elongate and grow closer together until they merged and became totally black. A large hand came forth from the shadow and then another followed by a head covered in tangled black locks of what can only be loosely described as hair. Its huge form blocked out the sunlight casting the two wielders in the shadow of its form. Its yellow eyes bore down onto the two.

    This was a Darkside.

    A BOSS BATTLE COMMENCES

    Darkside: 160/160 HP
[In Boss Battles, the amount of AP you use in your turn is how much damage is dealt to the boss. Saving AP will reduce damage taken when the boss attacks.]

    The Waterfalls
"Y-yes. Of course." The guard was visibly taken aback that this young girl had asked him such a question but the King was not one to make mistakes when it came to judgments of character. If this girl wielded the power to fend off the darkness then it was in his own interest to help her. He refrained from making any comments about her age, fearing not just sounding ignorant but also the wrath of his King should this be considered mistreatment of the very guests they were meant to assist. "The waters have grown dangerous, so be prepared."

In a few minutes they had traveled across the outlying waters and towards the sounds of the waterfalls that surrounded the city. The ride on the simple wooden vessel was a calm one. The ship itself was quite small but the deck itself was large enough to walk around in without losing ones balance. And large enough for Heartless to jump from the waters to land on the boat right in front of Tinarah. And they did just that.

    Enemies Remaining: 3 Screwdrivers
Screwdrivers require 10 AP to defeat.

    The Ruins
    "Ah!"

    "Help!"

The shouts of a man and woman could be heard from a distance. The same white-haired girl from earlier, Princess Kida, was waving a broken spear at a large green Heartless while a tall bespectacled lanky male was behind her trying to get her to run from the monster she clearly had no business fighting. The Heartless struck at the wooden shaft, knocking it out of her hand and was preparing to finish the job. Other Heartless began to appear seemingly intent on hunting down Kida specifically.

    Enemies Remaining: 7 (5 Shadows. 2 Screwdrivers.)
Shadows require 2 AP to defeat. Screwdrivers require 10 AP to defeat.

    The Cave

Torrin was still sitting against the rock on the opposite side Atmos had been propped up against. The magical field protecting her was gone and Torrin had changed out of his cloak into a different outfit. The thought 'Isn't it funny that my normal clothes are nearly the same as when I was wearing the protective coat?' once crossed his mind but it really wasn't that funny. It was just a stupid coincidence, nothing more. Besides, the cloak barely fit and his normal clothes were good enough for use.

"Say...mind sharing your take on the situation? Master to Master." Of course, there was no response from the woman but he could hear her stir and mumble something as if she tried to respond in her half-asleep state. "Of course. Get your rest."

    Footsteps.

Torrin immediately forced himself to stand with some difficulty by using his keyblade to help him up, ready to get on the defensive, but his guard lowered when he saw that it was just one of the students approaching. He breathed out a sigh of relief. "Figured one of you would be back to check up on her. She took a heavy beating back there. It'll be a little longer before she wakes up and rejoins you guys. Any progress with the natives of this world?"

    The Alleys
Dark figures began to crawl along the ground trailing slowly behind Illiana as she walked towards the alley before blending in to the shade the alley provided. There were no signs of guards around and everything had gone eerily silent. Just then, a Shadow burst out of the ground and swiped at Illiana's legs from behind. Several Heartless materialized as other Shadows began to emerge from the ground and surround the girl.

Illiana was hit for 4 Damage (21/25HP)

    Enemies Remaining: 8 (3 Shadows. 3 Soldiers. 2 Pirates.)
Shadows require 2 AP each to defeat. Soldiers require 4 AP each to defeat. Pirates require 8 AP each to defeat.

When Take had gotten there, despite fully expecting Torrin to be there, when Torrin looked ready to fight it was almost instinct that Take was on the defensive, but he too quickly loosened up when he realized he was probably just doing the same thing. Take looked over at Atmos and walked over quietly for a minute and ducked down to look at her. It was clear he was nervous about her, but seeing her still around and in one piece made him show relief. He stayed in silence for a moment before Take stood up and said, "We got attacked by some heartless just out of the cave, the locals thought we were here to cause some trouble, but we spoke with the King and we agreed to help him out with the heartless situation they seem to be having. Everyone seemed to split up. I chose to come back here just to check on everything..."

Take finally decided to look at Torrin and had a face of confusion,
"In the midst of everything... I realize I never learned your name..." Take was silent for a moment before pointing to himself saying, "My name's Takehiko. But you can just call me Take. Most people do... thanks for helping us out back there." the more Take seemed to talk, the less shut off he seemed to be. Though he still looked like he was taking everything seriously.

Illiana continued walking before stopping in her tracks. She lowered her umbrella as it transformed into her keyblade. She continued walking before feeling a sharp pain behind her legs. Illiana fell down to her knees and looked behind her to see Heartless gather around her. Illiana stood up and grabbed ahold of her blade. She looked at the wound caused by the shadow before a wicked grin hidden by a expression of joy painted over her face. "You've actually scratched me. You must be so delighted...allow me to reward you.." Illiana immediately ran and cut through the shadow in front of her. She turned around and the same expression ran across her face as she looked at the other Heartless. "Did I say 'reward'? I meant to say the swift and painful punishment of death. Now, which one of you would like to go next?" What appeared to be a Pirate heartless, it ran up to Illiana in hopes to damage her more. She ran around the heartless and slashed through the heartless with little to no effort. Illiana looked back to see the group of heartless dwindle even if it was a small tidbit. She readied her blade as the Heartless made their move. "

    HP: 21/25

    AP: 0/10

Defeated: 1 Shadow and 1 Pirate

About partway towards the ruins Chrono hadn't heard or seen anything that was either suspicious or could be related to the outsiders in some way and he was making sure to keep an eye out for those kind of things. Yet nothing was really sticking out to him until he got closer to the ruins and heard the shouting up ahead. This hastened the pace that Chrono was moving in as he spotted the duo that was being attacked.

He recognized the princess despite the brief look he got at her when she walked past them and the other guy was an unknown. Perhaps he was the outside that the king had brought up? If he was, then Chrono couldn't help but to feel a bit disappointed. He was expecting someone much more shady and sinister looking. Shame, but not the priority right now. That was the heartless that were currently attacking the duo. His keyblade materialized in his hand and Chrono went to deal with the shadows first.

Tinarah didn't say anything as the man agreed to take her. She just nodded as he lead her towards the boat. Tinarah looked back at the others before taking a big breath and forcing herself to go away from them on her own. She would have to lean how to be her own person. Her hands trembled as she tried to hide them behind her violin case as she carried it onto the boat. Leaving the violin in the corner near where the man was steering from, Tinarah walked around, her keyblade in hand trying to clear her head, trying to calm her racing heart. This was all so much to do, going ahead without anyone she knew to fight heartless. She could hardly defend herself, what made her think she could do this? Tinarah was ready to turn and run away but once more forced herself to breath.

The boat came to a stop in a rather pleasant area. With the waterfall and the forest and the gentle rock of the boat, Tinarah was almost feeling at ease, music drifting through her mind. There was nearly a smile on her face when suddenly Heartless appeared from the water to attack. Tinarah jumped a little and nearly tried to back away before remembering that she was trapped on a boat.
"S-stay back. I-i-I will handle this.... I will try..." Tinarah tried to tell the man who brought her, clearly not the most confident in herself as she raised her keyblade and struck it with the keyblade a couple times. Upon the third hit the creature turned to vapour around her. "Right... I-I can do this. I will do this." She tried to coach herself on as she readied herself again.

"Watch out!" Chrys warned Aria as she turned to face the source of the shadow looming over them. The two had evidently been far too busy examining the backdrop and it's ruination in contrast to rest of the world they currently resided in. Summoning Forgotten Flower, she made ready for the first attack. Hoping to draw attention for long enough for the weaker Aria to get a clear shot, Chrys leapt straight for the creatures' head. Knowing her target to be this brand of heartless' weakness, the Chaser hit it fast and hard.

    The Waterfalls

Two Screwdrivers dove at Tinarah ready to cut her down when the guard that was with her intervened and deflected one of the attacks intended for her with his spear. Before the man could even attempt to attack he was knocked to the side by the Heartless he stopped and nearly thrown off over the side of the boat. The second Screwdriver managed to close the distance between itself and Tinarah and jabbed at her side. Just as it did so, there was a flash of light that came from the sky and faded, with no trace of where exactly it originated.

Tinarah was hit for 13 Damage (7/20HP)

    Enemies Remaining: 2 Screwdrivers
Screwdrivers require 10 AP to defeat.

    The Ruins

"Thanks!" The young man with glasses called out to Chrono before his tone changed to one of warning. "Watch out! Behind you!" A Screwdriver had circled around to cut at Chrono from behind with its spear. As it did so there was a flash of light.

"The crystal..?" The Princess spoke in wonder as her eyes looked upward.

"What? Do you mean the power source? It reacted to the fight?"

    "I...I think so."

Chrono was hit for 15 Damage (10/25HP)

    Enemies Remaining: 2 Screwdrivers
Screwdrivers require 10 AP to defeat.

"Like I said. She'll be okay. Your master's a tough one." Torrin stated, not immediately trying to introduce himself. He glanced down at Atmos and folded his arms then looked back at Take. He kept silent for a moment almost as if he was refusing to introduce himself because being defensive was all he could remember at this point. Finally, Torrin lowered his arms and responded. "Torrin. My name's Torrin. I figure that we're all on the same side here so there's no reason for me not to help you guys. Wasn't in such a good shape when I showed up but I'm doing better now." At least he was no longer still bleeding.

"Your world, they strong on military training there?" From Take's appearance this was fairly obvious especially since none of the other students had that kind of look to them or held the air of discipline about them.

    The Alleys

The Heartless spread out when Illiana began to fight back. Shadows clawed threateningly at Illiana and slid over her way while the Pirate hung overhead in the sky, swooping in and narrowly missing the girl in its attack. The Soldiers, however, found their mark as they closed the distance with a rapid spinning attack to strike Illiana. There was a flash of bright light from the sky. The Heartless did not react to it but it was apparent that something had changed.

Illiana was hit for 12 Damage (8/25HP)

    Enemies Remaining: 6 (2 Shadows. 3 Soldiers. 1 Pirate.)
Shadows require 2 AP each to defeat. Soldiers require 4 AP each to defeat. Pirates require 8 AP each to defeat.

The flash of light happened the instant before you were struck. Some magical source in Atlantis filled you with new fortitude. Damage dealt to you was halved due to this protecting force of nature.

It was very clear that when his homeworld was brought up that Take looked slightly on edge. He paused a moment to think it over before he nodded, "Yeah. Very strong." it looked like that was all Take really wanted to say on it. But after a bit he added, "It's... almost entirely military." but he soon stopped, and looked straight at Torrin and said, "You mentioned being hurt... how did that happen? I know it was before the heartless came, since you came to the fight already hurt..." Take had been pretty shut out over the homeworld thing, it seemed to fall apart as he asked, "What hap...did... something happen? I know you're healing up but do you still need help?" it was a genuine moment of concern that he quickly straightened himself up from when he realized it happened and he crossed his arms, "Or... should I be worried it could happen to one of us?" when he said that last sentence, he was very much back in the serious state he was in when he got there.

With one down, it had left two very angry heartless left around her. Tinarah was trying to prepare herself for another attack when they both dove at her at once. Throwing her arms up, trying to protect herself, she braced for whatever pain was to come to her. She had shut her eyes tight and was looking away when she heard a thunk. Looking up a bit timidly, she had seen one heartless get knocked out of the way, however it then turned it's attention on the guard, almost knocking him off the boat. While her attention was on that one, the other one had gotten it's baring back and attacked her once, ramming into her side. That single attack caused Tinarah to cry out, tears forming in her eyes. If the one heartless could hurt so much then what if they had both.... Tinarah shut out the thought as she looked over at the man who had stopped that from happening.

"Hold on. I am sorry." Tinarah said quietly as she tried to focus and remember the magic she had been taught not long before. "Cure." She said as she aimed her keyblade at the man and let a sort of green light wrap around him. Once she was curtain that her spell had gone off properly, she turned her attention to the heartless that threatened the man. While her side groaned in pain, she tried not to think about it as she had her keyblade at the ready. She charged after one of the two that remained, knocking it down. "Just one more. I can do this." She whispered to herself trying to keep the tears from her eyes as she looked at the final heartless.
