Boreas fired his repeating crossbow at the Flame cores circling the house and zooming through the street. He fired repeatedly not particularly caring for accuracy as long as in the end he took them down. As he battled the Heartless he heard shouting from down the street and not long after he saw figures in black armour with silver trim coming down the street, the Royal Guard itself was reinforcing the line. Fires were being put out and the Heartless were driven before them, Boreas looking inside at the closed door inside, his mother was safe now. One of the Guards stopped by him and asked him about the inhabitants of this house and the Boreas answered that they were safe, he fell in line behind the guards supporting their advance with the repeating crossbow firing volleys at the Heartless as they were driven through the streets.

With the Heartless now being brought under control by the Royal guard that left Boreas free, his mother was safe now that the Heartless were clear, if the Royal guard were here they'd probably be supporting the others as well. He considered going back to his mother to talk more, but he figured there'd be more time to talk to his mother, he'd make time for it, but he had to make sure his accomplices as he had called them were faring, but first a situation report. He took the communicator and activated it. "
Avis, this is Boreas, she's safe, and doing well. Castle guard are rolling in to sweep them up, where do you need me?" Boreas asked, utilizing the agreed upon alias for his close friend, he himself had fared well, he hadn't heard of the others. He silently wished he had just gone back home, maybe talk some more to his mother but he had to do his duty, he just had to carry on until the opportunity presented itself as much as he hated it.

Aria was nearly knocked off her feet by the airy blast, and her attention was turned briefly to a person clad in armor. She watched for a moment in awe as this new person seemed to move so effortlessly, taking out the heartless before she disappeared from sight.

She was brought out of her trance by the appearance of Enzo who was covered in soot and looked a little worse for the wear. "I dunno," she answered as she slashed at more heartless and sent more water spells in the way of the flames. She then saw what appeared to be the guards taking out the Flame Cores and the fires as they were going along and Aria glanced over at Enzo. "Seems like they have it covered here, I'm going to go check on Torrin." With that, she started to run where the most chaos seemed to be happening.

Take felt immediately uncomfortable when he heard Fost's orders about Chrys. Not because he trusted Chrys or anything, and not because of any form of pride that may have been there. But because of how much of a jerk he was about saying it. When a distrust is places so heavily out there he had no idea how Chrys would even begin to feel comfortable if she was someone who wanted to stick around to do the right thing... and wasn't just here because she was chased away from the chasers (Take internally found that sentence hilarious and figured he'd save that potential joke for later). As they continued on, Tinarah and Chrono focused special attention on an airship and looked up and mumbled,"...something... demonstration... at central plaza in 1 hour. Don't miss out on the future... did I get that? I think I got it..." he kind of wanted to have asked louder but he decided not to. The boy crossed his arms as he followed them towards the plaza and said, "It didn't say it was free should we be worried about that?"

Lumen continued to slice and dice the Neoshadows that were around them. Hearing Qamar say that there was light in her heart made him smile and pushed even harder on fighting the enemies. He then pulled off a one slash strike moving at incredible speed at each Heartless while getting back next to Qamar. “Man, this is some good workout.” Lumen joked as the pair fought off them off while keeping Eilonwy and Taran safe. But he stopped for a moment when seeing a mysterious Keyblader fighting off some of the Heartless until leaving them. He looked to Qamar really quick to ask curiously, “Who was that?” Eventually he saw the guards helping and got back into the fray of the fight.

Torrin gritted his teeth and looked at the tear in the shoulder of his cloak from one of the slashes left by the Heartless. His eyes narrowed at his enemy that had managed to keep up with him with its incredible speed. Torrin knew the fight would have been over by now if he had used his keyblade and by now his identity should have been his last concern but out of stubborn determination he refused to draw his keyblade. He had dealt this much damage to the Heartless without one and he refused to stop now. Boreas's sudden call over the communicator was enough to cause a momentary distraction that allowed the Heartless to cut him across the chest only deep enough to reveal part of the coat he was wearing underneath the cloak. "Glad to hear it, Boreas. Just a little busy right now." Torrin spoke quickly as he leapt back and dodged another attack before retaliating with several dark bolts. "I've got it covered though. Check on the others."

His eyes flashed as he shot out another burst of darkness only for it to miss entirely as the Heartless sunk into the ground and rip a chunk of a building behind it in the process. He cursed, knowing that his target had not fled since he could still sense its presence in the area. Torrin tried to pinpoint its location but all he got was a vague sense that it was nearby. Suddenly dozens of dark orbs surrounded Torrin and began circling around him. "Sh
it—" He barely had time to bring up his arms to defend himself before he was pummeled by attacks from every angle that seared and burned at his cloak. The explosion of black energy left a plume of black smoke where Torrin stood, the upper half of his cloak now burnt off and the charred remains of the rest of it now laying at his feet. Torrin lowered his arms and growled, looking at his hands now that his cloak had been blasted off. "Good for nothing...FINE! I'll do it my way. No more holding back!" His keyblade appeared in his hand. If the head of silver hair had not been a dead giveaway then the blade he wielded would have.

    "Is that...?"

    "It can't be!"

"What are you doing gawking at it? Haven't you seen a keyblade before? Move, soldier!"

Even as the fires were being put out and the Heartless were getting under control the guards were having a difficult time moving the civilians farther away from Torrin's battle seeing as how he had been the only one capable so far of standing against it. The Heartless reappeared in the same spot it had vanished to and its blades began to shine red. Torrin had seen this before. If he didn't finish the fight now...there were dozens of people still in the area about to be torn to shreds by its next attack. Torrin rushed forward, his eyes caught a glimpse of a small cloaked figure, Aria judging by the keyblade, arrive on the scene. Torrin's speed faltered for an instant and he lunged for the killing blow.

The Heartless dropped its blades. Black smoke rose from its body as it began to disintegrate. But he had not been the one to strike it down. No, instead it was another keyblade wielder holding an unfamiliar black blade. Incredible strength emanated from the armored stranger. Torrin wasn't sure how to even respond to having someone else finish his battle. "I had it handled." He spoke towards the stranger with a clear tone of annoyance. "Did you not see that I was going to finish it off?" He stepped forward but received no response save for a heavy sigh from the armored person. It had to be some new knight he had been unaware of. Someone Boreas neglected to mention.

"Are you listening? Look I get that some of you soldier-types are thirsty for glory and honor and all that but getting in the middle of someone else's fight is a sure way to–"

"Sure way to what? Get themselves killed by you?" The figure spoke, tapping the armor activator on its shoulder to disengage the armor. "Maybe if you didn't want your kill stolen, Torrin, you should have been focused." Torrin froze at the sound of the voice. The keyblader turned around.

Nora's eyes narrowed at her younger cousin. "Six years gone and the only thing that's changed is your eyes? No. Worse. You're weaker than before." She hissed, giving Torrin a forceful shove. "You've been here for mere minutes and you not only bring outsiders to our home but Heartless. Does your shame know no bounds?" She sighed and shook her head. "Six years, Torrin. You shouldn't have come back." Nora snapped her fingers and on command the guards drew their weapons on Torrin albeit somewhat reluctantly.

The guards had helped finish off the Heartless but the sound of a snap issued by their commander rung out, echoing farther than one normally could have. On command the guards turned their weapons on Boreas, Enzo, Qamar, Lumen, Taran, Eilonwy, and Aria. Torrin's voice came through the communicator. "Don't fight. Just surrender. I...I'll figure something out." Torrin had tried to hide it but his tone came across as worried.

By the time the group arrived at Central Plaza there was a crowd of hundreds of people surrounding a stage set in the center. The local law enforcement was busy redirecting traffic on the streets and sprinkled throughout the crowd were cops keeping an eye out for troublemakers. Towards the back were several vendors trying to sell off poorly made food at outrageous prices to make a quick munny out of the event. The stage was empty but overhead the airship's countdown read "5 minutes". Towards the side of the stage surrounded by Gigas-employed bodyguards was the CEO's right-hand man Quinton, a large muscular blond man whose eyes were hidden behind a pair of shades and whose fur coat was as expensive as it was obnoxious. Upon a closer look it seemed that he was speaking to a very familiar person. Their face was too far to make out but the male he was speaking to had bright blue hair.

Chrys had to resist the very strong urge to roll her eyes at Fost obnoxious delivery of his warning. Who had given this decrepit five year-old the title of master? As far as she had seen he's done nothing but abuse and lord it over people. But then, that was hardly uncommon behavior from masters in her experience. She followed after the others as they worked things out, with Fost being about as helpful as one could expect.

She found herself wondering if she would spontaneously become useless now that she too had the title of master. Given her position, that would really suck.

She did not take the shot when Chrono mentioned 'something big.' It was too obvious a place to make a joke, and her voice would probably be appreciated as much as the sound of nails on a chalkboard. Take briefly voiced a concern about whether it would take money to get into the stadium shortly after their first lead flew overhead. She personally didn't think it would matter: If they did need money and couldn't pay, they'd just find a way to break in. All in all, she remained relatively silent as she walked with the rest of the group towards the Gigas expo.

"It is the center of town, don't worry about it. I doubt they would charge for something in a public area." Tinarah waved off the concern that Take had about pricing. She wasn't too worried about that part of things, what they would find when they got here however, Tinarah wasn't sure abut that. As they walked into town, no one paid attention to them, thankfully, but as Tinarah looked around she wasn't sure about things as she looked towards the stage and saw something worse. "Hey Chrono, over there." Tinarah jerked her chin towards the man who had dragged their mothers body away, threatening Chrono. He hadn't changed a bit. She couldn't help but be astonished that he hadn't changed a bit since last time she saw him, but in the end she knew it was her that really changed above all else. Her eyes however were drawn to something else. "Hey Chrys, is he familiar to you?" She glanced at the blue haired boy. She thought she might have seen him before, but wasn't entirely sure. "Illiana if the Chasers are here, will you be able to handle seeing your brother again?" She added trying to just make sure that everyone was aware of the situation and engaged to some extent.

Qamar fought off the Neoshadows as best as she could before she saw a keyblade flash by. She looked to see someone running off and cutting through heartless. To Qamar, she felt like she'd been doing a good job. Boreas even started to do his job and used his communicator to try and speak with them For a moment she looked at her communicator. "Avis...?" she tilted her head. When Torrin responded she had an epiphany and chuckled. "Okay then..." she ran forward, slicing through three Neosahdows.

Before she could react further, the soldiers turned on them and drew their swords. Backing up to Eilonwy and Taran, Qamar looked around. She turned to see Lumen gettig defensive and heard Torrin tell them to surrender. "Fine." she sighed, sending her blade off. "I surrender."

She was almost there when the guards suddenly turned on her. Aria skidded to a stop, quickly putting her hands up. It was then Torrin's voice rang out over the communicator and Aria unsummoned her keyblade. It was strange to say the least that this was happening. One minute they were fighting alongside of them and then the next they were enemies. Did Torrin reveal himself? It would only make sense why the sudden change in events. Aria walked slowly with the guards, and then spotted Torrin up ahead with a lady that didn't look too friendly. Aria kept her hands up as the guards pointed their weapons at her, not wanting to make any false moves. "So much for being discreet," Aria muttered under her breath.

Chrys turned her attention to the blue haired individual that Tinarah was speaking of. Her breath caught in her throat, her hands began clenching into tight fists at her side, and her teeth were of a mind to follow suit. "Zeno!" She spat the name with incredible venom, already less than thrilled at having to see any of her old so called friends again. But him? The boy that had dragged her into that exploratory venture that she had subsequently taken all of the blame for? Whom was so quick to believe a shallowly constructed lie, despite how much time he had personally spent with her and his own role in events?

That mouth breathing, slow witted, vain little hair goblin was the absolute last person she wanted to see ever again! Right next to the Light Chaser himself.

She was half tempted to walk over and knock his teeth out right then and there, but instead she took a deep breath and attempted to assess the situation. It seemed Zeno was talking to some kind of official from Gigas. From what Tinarah and her brother had been saying, it was a given that this company made weapons. Why the chasers would want any kind of weapon other than the keyblade was beyond her, but that didn't mean it wasn't possible. Alternatively, it could just be that they were talking about them, planning on using the worlds residents to destroy them. Either way, they were looking at having to deal with Gigas tech. She turned towards Tinarah's brother since the girl herself was talking to Koa's. His name escaped her at the moment though. Something to do with time?

"Hey, Stopwatch." That was probably close enough. "What kind of tech does Gigas pump out?"

As they had walked through town, Chrono glanced around to see if there were any missing person posters of himself posted. A few times he did think he saw some, but it wouldn't be good if he attracted attention to himself by standing next to it. The event at the plaza had done a good job of holding most people's attention and the ones who didn't simply didn't pay much attention to them. Which served to make Chrono feel a little bit better as a whole.

Chrono's eyes had settled on the stage after looking up to see how much time was left until the event started and soon spotted the man he's wanted to see rot in a jail cell for so long. He moved his hood as far up as he possibly could to further obscure himself. Being towards the back of the crowd helped too. Being spotted by this guy of all people would end horribly.
I'll make sure you get what's coming to you. With that thought of vengeance, Chrono eyes fell to the blue haired man just as Chrys exclaimed what he assumed to be his name. At least it wasn't Koa, that would've been another layer of stress that he didn't need right now.

"Its Chrono." He could only assume that 'Stopwatch' was referring to him. "Typically they make all the high-end stuff. Computers, televisions, a few hoverboards, each thing one-upping the last product they released." That being said, just what were they planning on showing off that would need this big of a presentation?

Torrin responded rather quickly to his call and he spoke in a quick fashion which bothered Boreas a little but he said that he had everything under control and if he wanted to keep fighting on his own then fine by him even if it was more advantageous to fight together. Boreas looked over his shoulder to his family home when the order to link up with the others came. He could still hear his father tell him that they had difficult choices to make due to their loyalty, but they had to make those sacrifices for those who couldn't. He put his thoughts aside and started jogging back the way he came, there would be more time before they left again to visit her like he promised, he'd be sure of it. As he was about to link up with the others he heard the snap of fingers and had a sinking feeling even before Torrin told them to surrender. With the guards drawing their weapons it left Boreas confused, if they were such threats the Town guard would have already arrested them at the gates... unless this was some trap or something else entirely...

As Torrin's voice sounded over the communicator he looked around at the others, Qamar the person he expected most to disobey the order at the very least followed it. Boreas made his keyblade vanish from his hand to prevent the guards from attacking. He hadn't been mistaken it had been worry he had heard in Torrin's voice that meant something must have gone very wrong, unless Torrin had gotten easier to spook in the past six years. He didn't like this at all and with the Castle guard drawing weapons there wasn't much to be done but surrender. He realized someone was missing from the group but didn't speak up about it, he had no delusions that Aria had gotten away from this as an outsider when weapons were being drawn on a loyal servant of his majesty. He had brought outsiders here though and Boreas didn't like the idea of where this was going. It felt like more and more of a mistake to have come here and the idea he had of his return with Torrin was thoroughly destroyed.

Illiana looked over at the sign that said something about showcasing something called a Gigas. Once Fost was done talking, Illiana followed the others to where the showcase was being held. She looked over at Tinarah as she had asked her if she was going to be able to handle her brother. Illiana looked forward and closed her eyes before opening them and giving her answer. "It's not if I'm gonna be able to handle him. The matter is if he's willing to have a conversation with his dear old sister." Illiana looked at her bracelet before grabbing her shoulder. "I'm not gonna let these scars be gained for nothing." Illiana walked ahead and looked around the showcase before looking over to Chrys as she had spat out a name. "Oh please don't tell me they're here already....Arydn's enough but I rather not add this." Illiana sighed before looking to the others. "For now, let's not to try and draw attention to ourselves." Illiana looked at the Gigas and had an immediate bad feeling about it but she decided to keep quiet about it for now.

He was finishing with the Heartless around the area as spun his blade round and round to hit and of the dark creatures in range of him. Doing a flip over a Neoshadow and slicing it, Lumen had returned to his defensive stance to protect Taran and Eilonwy. Kosmo did a little bit of help as well, as she set some of the Heartless aflame for the boy from his shoulder. “That should do it.” Speaking confidently to Qamar, but what happened next shocked him. Lumen then noticed the guards changing sides seeing as they pointed they’re blades over at the four, from the sight of this made Kosmo scurry into his coat to hide in. Being shocked at the betrayal made him stay in his defensive stance until he heard Torrin and noticing Qamar to surrender. Lumen gave a sad sigh at this and spoke aloud, “Okay...” He then stood upright while dismissing his weapon and kept his eyes open.

Once the guards finished bringing Torrin's comrades to her the woman held up her keyblade in plain view for Boreas to see. "Keeping this a secret for a year was a pain but it was definitely worth it." She smirked. "When I found out you were heading out into the Realm of Light to find my worthless cousin over here," She motioned towards Torrin with a slight motion of her head who in turn responded by simply crossing his arms, "I knew I had a chance to make use of my private training. It was surprisingly easy to see how quickly the Emerald Company, the generals, and the lords on our council fell in line to support my claim to the throne." She waved her hand at the guards and began to walk forward as the group was escorted in the direction of the castle.

"So you figured there was a good chance I'd return and what? You wanted to show me up? All the support in the realm wouldn't matter. At the end of the day, only the key and our blood decides who is next in line." Torrin stated plainly.

"Don't pretend you give a damn about blood or tradition." Nora snapped.

"Everyone meet Nora, my cousin. Not my biggest fan. Something you'll find in common with all my cousins." Torrin added in dryly. "So Nora, how's the rest of the family doing?"

Nora turned back to glare at Torrin but gave him no response and instead continued to lead the way forward until they reached the obsidian bricks that paved the way to the castle gate. The guards rose the gate upon seeing Nora. Beyond the gate was Nocte Arce, a massive black imposing castle with a heavy air weight of darkness around it. "I wasn't raised in the castle but Nocte Arce was my home away from home." Nora overheard Torrin say towards the outsiders. Once the gate closed behind them she turned and eyed Qamar and Enzo with annoyance first, immediately recognizing them as of this realm, then turned her gaze to the ones wearing black cloaks.

"Alright. Hoods off. Just who the hell did you bring with you?" Nora spoke impatiently. Torrin gave a nod towards Aria, Lumen, Eilonwy, and Taran to let them know it was okay to show their faces.

Zeno disappeared behind the stage leaving Quinton alone. Once the countdown hit zero on the airship above nothing happened at all. The crowd murmured in confusion wondering where the spectacle was or if Gigas's CEO had been late in his arrival. A large circular shadow passed over the crowd but looking up would have given no indication as to what was casting the shadow. The airship had already left and there were no others above Central Plaza. The shadow zoomed over towards the center of the stage where it made an abrupt stop.

Suddenly a massive dark purple arm sprung forth from the shadow as it began to blacken into a pool of darkness. Several screams came from the crowd but before anyone could run away a massive wall of ice encircled the crowd, the keybladers, and the stage to keep everyone in place. Up above standing on a building overlooking the plaza was a white-haired boy, who Chrys could have identified as Pagos, gave a short wave at the blonde before disappearing in a flash of light. During the commotion Quinton and the rest of the Gigas security personnel looked unfazed by the events unfolding in front of them and made no move to so much as draw their firearms. By now a Dark Follower, the more powerful cousin of the Darkside Heartless, had risen from the darkness and was posed to lay waste to the crowd of civilians.

Just then a voice boomed in the sky. "HAVE NO FEAR, CITIZENS. GIGAS HAS ARRIVED!" The roar of a jet engine rumbled overhead as a streak of blue and gold rushed in the direction of the Dark Follow. A loud crack like thunder filled the air. Sparks of electricity surged through the Dark Follower's body as it began to fall over, disappearing in a puff of black and purple smoke before it even hit the ground. Behind where the Heartless stood was what had struck it down in a single blow. A large 20 foot (6 meter) tall mechanical suit of armor painted in a brilliant blue and gold pattern turned towards the crowd, the electric blades it had in place of hands transformed into large metal fists. "I apologize for the frightening demonstration." Echoed a voice from the mech's speakers. The mech's torso began to split open to reveal a tall man wearing a black suit inside. As he leapt down one of his aides quickly ran onto the stage to hand the man his fedora before rushing back off into the background.

"I, Angus, CEO of Gigas have ensured the future of our home's protection. Nothing, be it man or beast, stands a chance against our ultimate creation! Gone will the days of our law enforcement's inability to handle these growing threats. Just one of these suits can replace an entire squad. Now, imagine how much good ten of these could do. Or a hundred! Or a thousand!" The crowd had been silent upon the arrival of Angus's mech but as he continued to speak excitement amongst the people grew, gasps of disbelief and wonder filled the plaza.

Chrys knew the boy, of course he was a chaser, but turned to continue the conversation with Chrono, leaving Tinarah to talk to Illiana. She couldn't help but smile however as she overheard Chrys call her brother "stopwatch." It was a fitting name for him after all. "Good as long as you can handle seeing him again then we should be fine." The next problem was, she wasn't sure if she could handle what they were to face now, especially as she watched the timer tick down to zero. A silence fell over the crowd, followed by... nothing. The awkward muttering of patrons filled the air momentarily, before a shadow seemed to fill the sky. Tinarah kept her eyes peeled, was her world about to fall too? She had seen no heartless since arriving, but this wasn't right.

Before she could investigate further a large hand of a shadowy creature reached down, as a wall of ice rose around them. Summoning her keyblade Tinarah prepared for an attack.
"Watch out! Away from the-" Her words trailed off as Tinarah pushed her way towards the stage. She hardly had time to reach it before something flew from the sky slaying the heartless, followed by a voice that stirred her to the core. Tinarah found herself near the front of the stage as the mech opened and the man responsible for much of her past misery stepped out. She didn't even register the tears that slowly leaked from her eyes as she stared at him with years of suppressed hate. "No.... we can't let them bring these here. They will destroy everything." She whispered having no trust for Gigas. "Ardyn... or the Light Chaser gets their hands on these, what then?" She continued to question under her breath.

Qamar wasn't all for petty squabbles between heirs to thrones and whatnot, so she kind of ignored Nora's jibes at Torrin. When he introduced her to them, Qamar crossed her arms and looked to Boreas. "Is this the same Nora you spoke about? Or am I mistaken?" she asked before shaking her head.

Noticing the look she was given from Nora, Qamar rolled her eyes. "I am Qamar Zalam. I...kind of already am used to guards from...previous encounters." she scratched her head and sighed. "That's in the past, however, so no hard feelings towards anyone I hope."

Boreas marched alongside his comrades to where the guards lead them, Boreas kept his helmet on despite not being in active combat right now, people would generally piece together who he was from his armour and helmet and it provided Boreas with something to keep his face hidden. Whatever was going on he wasn't too sure, but the obscuring of his face just might help. The guards lead them in the direction Torrin had ran off in before he had given everyone their orders, shortly after they were re-united with Aria and Torrin, the latter was talking to none other than Nora, who was now wielding a keyblade... but that meant... Boreas was glad he had kept his helmet on and gave her a sharp salute. She had kept it a secret for a whole year... she had been waiting for the exact right moment... had she deliberately waited for him to leave and get Torrin? He felt terrible as he seemed to have made it worse. Nora then went on to mention how the Emerald Company supposedly supported her claim to the throne... he felt his anger well up and clenched his fists and gritted his teeth, but knowing full well that he was in the presence of a superior officer and now a contender for the throne Boreas fought down his anger, whether the Emerald Company supported her or not was rather inconsequential, but she was definitely trying him and knew where to stab, he had to be careful not to let his anger slip as hard as it was going to be, Boreas had to show that restraint he had tried to hammer into Qamar.

They were marched off to the Castle itself when Nora and Torrin bickered about what Nora had said about the Lords on the council and the generals falling in line. It didn't surprise him that they would support her so easily, Torrin had disappeared six years ago and with that did nothing to prove he would be a good ruler, Boreas meanwhile had been on the front, earning his place and Nora had done her part. Torrin may have mentioned the traditions and perhaps he was right but he doubted it would be so easy, especially considering Nora had the council and the generals backing her up. As much as he would want to see his friend Torrin on the throne, if Nora was right even he might not have much of a choice, a rather unpleasant train of thought... Boreas was a little lost in thought when Nora demanded to know who all the others were, with Qamar introducing herself first and mentioning something about guards before, Boreas knew the general gist of what had happened with her but no specifics, Nora's impatience was a little typical and he knew that this wasn't going to go down well, Torrin or no simply from how she had reacted to Atmos getting lost out here and now they brought more outsiders over....

Aria took off her hood and shook the hair out of her eyes. "My name is Aria..." The welcoming wasn't the greatest, and with that in mind, Aria wasn't sure how the rest of the trip was going to pan out. Would they be able to get what the Council wanted them to retrieve? It seemed that Nora had high standards and really disliked Torrin... What if this mission was a bust? Still, she would support her comrades the best that she could, even though the world around them was foreign to her as well as the customs of this place.

Chrono had been keeping a close eye on the countdown all the way till it finally ticked down to zero. From there he wasn't sure what to expect in the silence that had followed. The shadow that had stopped above them had put him on edge, the ice wall pushed him further towards the edge of concern and when the giant heartless had appeared, it had been the icing to the cake and Chrono brought out his own keyblade. None of this made any sense. The heartless appearing out of nowhere, the ice forming to basically trap the crowd in place and the lack of reaction from any of the guards.

Then came the voice from the sky and a mix of emotions swelled within him. On the one hand, much like with the Incredibles, Chrono had this childlike awe at seeing a fully functioning mech actually descend down from the sky before. In another situation, this might've actually made him extremely happy to see. However, his questioning nature remained his firm hold overall and reined him back to the severity of the situation. Demonstration or not, why was something like this all of a sudden needed and worse yet, how did they summon a heartless of that size in the first place? Chrono dismissed his keyblade since the situation seemed to be handled as it was now.

As the crowd's panic calmed down and turned to awe, he found that his sister had moved closer to the front. Worming his way through the crowd towards her, the keyblade that she still held was briefly seen by him. "Put your keyblade away, for better or worse they seem to have the situation under control." Chrono cut a glance towards the CEO himself after catching up to his sister. To say he didn't trust him was an understatement and seeing that they might be working with one of the Light Chaser's students only made that feeling a lot worse.
