That's why I backed it up. That way, if I screwed it up, I could put it back the way it was. I won't mess with the ELF until I learn some programming languages that are more complex than QBasic. If you want to know what it is, PM me.

In other news, with some extensive [har har har] hacking, I managed to force the party menu to swap Sora out, resulting in this -


Now, typical me, I'm like YAY! And hit 'O' to exit the menu. Lo and Behold, my party becomes Sora, Goofy and Donald. [I forgot to mention that it was Sora, Riku and Goofy beforehand.]
Naturally, I'm like "WTF?" and open the pause menu again to see what the hell happened.
And I saw this -


Now, I'm seriously going "WTF?!", as I evaluate the situation. So, I do the logical thing.

I exit the menu, and go swap out Donald for the other "Sora".

The game freezes.

So what does this all mean?

Who knows. We'll find out eventually though.

thats rly weird but it probably didnt change because Sora was never meant to be swaped out...
but if u make it where he can and u try using a "Riku code" it might swap out Sora with the playible Riku...Just a thought tho :\

 

Erks, gimmeh your msn. So I can lol when these thigs happen imediatly D:

 

i bet there's a master variable that changes when riku comes into play or not in the final battle, and when it's off, it swaps riku for sora.

 

Maybe, somehow, that code was put into the game and AUTOMATICALLY jokered to turn off with the (O) button. Maybe if you add a joker to it, you can overide the autojoker.
