    Angel walked into the waiting room, it looked empty except for an old guy and the nurse at the desk, she walked up to the desk, "May I help you?", the nurse asked. "Um.......*cough* I.....uh...need to see a doctor" Angel answered nervously, "Have you seen him before?" the nurse asked, "Um.....no" Angel answered, "Ok then. Just fill out this form" the nurse said as she gave Angel a clipboard and a pen. "Ok....." she said as she sat down in a chair and looked at the form with confusion.
