http://scrawlfx.com/2010/10/fabula-nova-crystallis-tgs-trailers-now-available Both games are looking lovely dovely, and I'm looking forward to this conference on 11/1/2011. There is one thing I'm curious about. In these games there's a fair amount of blood when the player strikes the enemy, but in FFXIII there is only one scene that contains blood. Why?
to be honest..the blood bothers me... like, i understand when you cut something...it bleeds...but i feel the addition of blood causes it to be on a different level of violence. Final Fantasy games are violent..but not gorey..and i feel that with the addition of blood..it just makes its seem...gross. i hate the blood "splats" when you kill something in horror games thats why i dont play them...i dont know if i will enjoy this but maybe its something very small and it would be as much of a big deal as im making it... i just hate when you kill alot of stuff in horror games theres blood everywhere...that grosses me out >:
What is Fabula Nova Crystallis? A name for the FFXIII game series? And with the blood I suppose they're expanding the game, making it more realistic... taking it to the next level, little by little.
Old news. I posted a thread about this but it was erased due to that whole incident with the hacker. >> @Kubo: Yes, it's the title for the three games. All three share some myth about crystals, thus the name. Agito looks better and more fast paced than I thought. I'm really hoping that Versus XIII will have some badass combat since...all we saw was about three attacks done. <<
The blood is no big deal to me, but i did find it strange that they began to exclude blood in the games after FFVIII (Can't remember if there was any in FFIX) and now they suddenly include it again. The quality of video wasn't that great, I'm merely posting for the better quality.
Agito looks so wonderful! ive been waiting for it ever since BBS was gonna be for the PSP and i knew i had to get a PSP...so when agito was announced for the PSP i was happy as for vsXIII its gonna be a more realistic Final Fantasy...and so the combat is going to be like that...which i honestly dont understand. but i trust the Osaka team :3
