Destroyed

'Lab', the one word in the sentence that had confused her. "What were you doing in a lab?", she asked confused and interested as she walked back into the kitchen and tried the gas on the stove, which failed. Well luck had to run out sometime.... time for cold beans.​

 

Luke had a feeling that there was no way he was going to get out of telling her so he sighed in defeat and turned to her. "I was here 40 years ago when the disaster happened. I got put into a suspended animation chamber before the actual disaster occured. I was one of the heads of the experiment that caused this bloody thing." his voice rose up and down in anger. He never knew that it would cause so much pain and chaos for everyone in the future. "I was pushed in by one of the test subjects we had. He was the main trigger of the disease spreading through the entire city."

 

"Fine, whatever." Veronica said flatly. She was still suspicious of Advent.

 

Nox had to leave the small group he found, He needed to get out of the city. There were a few briges out and... Nox then realized something the entire city was on an island if the goverment got wind of what was happening they would nuke the city. Nox had to go faster.

 

Leon's animal like rage rised and using his powerful wings he managed to push up and slip from Alexis grip and began running, fleeing from the only thing that might be more dangerous than any monster including himself.

Oh and btw, Technos is a huge city, not on an island. It would probably take up half of australia's room if I have to say how big.

bic: Alexis didn't chase after Leon, he only watched him flee away as he knew how deadly he was. His arm morphed back to normal and he sat down on an old empty garbage can. He remembered back to how the disaster occured all that time ago. And who had caused the disaster too.

 

Leon ran but as he ran his body slowly returned to normal and his mind was sane once again. There was only one difference, this time Leon was the one that was pysically hurt. After a short while he made his way to his ruin of a home and dropped to the floor letting himself lie there.

 

"You... started.... this?" she asked angrily, learning that it was extremely difficult to put together words when your pissed off. "You've..... killed... people... you know that...right?". She tried to calm herself down, seeing as she couln't string two words together, but unfortunatley the rage bubbled up and she stormed up the stairs, not wanting to see him anymore.​

 

"It's actually quiet rare that I injure myself." Veronica interjected. She hopped out of Advent's arms and noticed that her injury had healed. "Anyway, my injuries heal really fast."

"If you listened, I was put in suspended animation! I didn't cause the accident!" Luke yelled after Kirsten.

 

Kirsten went into one of the bedrooms and slammed the door anyway. Why the hell did he have to bring the topic up... how could he have even started the 'experiment'. She jumped on the bed, without even the slightest thought that a monster would be in here.... then again there was one downstairs.

bic: Luke sat back down on the bottom of the staircase, head in his hands. He felt so stupid for saying that. He was only the head of the medical department but it still meant he was part of the experiment. "That's it," he growled to himself. "I am going to find that wretched monster and kill him myself!"
He punched the wall with all his strength, leaving an indent in the wall. I will kill you Alexis!

Kirsten sat on the floor, trying to calm herself down. She tried to convince herself to think of something else. As she thought, the topic of her father came up. It didn't make her feel any better, but it did calm her down. Her mother was found dead, but her father was never located. She wondered if he was a monster now, if he was, what we're the odds that she killed him.​

 

Alexis stalked the streets once again, he knew that Leon would come looking for him soon so he pushed that matter to the back of his mind. He came down a street cluttered with abandoned houses, there were dead bodies of monsters near the alley's entrance. Out of curiousity he walked down the alleyway and came to a locked metal door...

Luke's head snapped up, fear was in his eyes. He sensed a presence of someone he didn't exactly want to confront at this very moment. "Shit." he cursed under his breath. He raced up the stairs to find Kirsten, when he finaly did he stood breathless at the door. "Kirsten, I don't really care how pissed you are with me at the moment but we have to leave now or else we are dead." There was noticable panic and fear in his voice.

Alexis stood outside of the door, he raised his hand and kncocked against it 3 times. Just to taunt any survivors in the house if there were any.

 

Kirsten hadn't heard the warning, all the thinking about her father made her upset, so she began to lie down on the floor and began to sleep. SHe was unknowing to the danger outside.​

 

Luke banged on the door, not exactly the smartest thing to do but he didn't care at the moment. "Kirsten! I am being serious, there is something I'd rather we avoid if we want to survive!" His voice was pleading now.

Alexis stepped back from the door and transformed into his monster form. With one lunge he smashed the door down. He morphed back and proceeded to walk up the stairs.

 

Kirsten wasn't fully awake when Luke banged on the door, but when she heard the sound of a door smashing to the ground, that was what really jolted her. She ran to the door, where she bumped into Luke, wondering what was going on.​
