Demons, Vampires, Slayers...The End of the World Again!

Based off of the Angel and Buffy the Vampire Slayer series. Although I’m making it noob friendly…very simple story. VERY simple story actually. D8



Story

The world is about to end, once again, and it’s up to the forces of good to stop it. The First(the first evil) is plotting something, nobody knows how but it’s been prophesized that the First will blot out the Sun and raise Hell onto mortal Earth…and soon every other dimension. The vampire slayers have been dying out recently and they haven’t been replaced. Buffy Summers and Faith(both very skilled slayers) have taken up the initiative to gather up any remaining slayers and train them for the battles to come. Angel and Spike, both vampires with a soul, have begun gathering as many people in LA as possible to fight off the recent demon infestation. What will happen? Will you fight for good? Or evil?

Species

Humans: Everyday people with no powers, there are a rare few with the hidden potential of magic within them, most are female and are known as witches. There are others who may even posses acute but somewhat strong supernatural abilities although most never learn to control them.

Vampire Slayers: Normally only one chosen female at a time is a Slayer. Only one may exist at a time. Due to recent events(about three years ago), all those with the potential to become slayers have unlocked their powers. Slayers are stronger than vampires and more physically gifted than normal humans although they don’t posses super senses. They are usually trained by men called Watchers, they have no supernatural abilities but they know a LOT about demons.

Vampires: Vampires are what you expect from those old myths. Sunlight burns them and exposure for more than a second for all but the strongest will dust them. A wooden stake through the heart also dusts them. Holy water burns vampires but only a large amount will destroy one. Vampires can bleed and feel pain. Bullets, getting stabbed, even being hit really hard, can leave a bruise or wound. Although they heal faster than humans…Vampires are hated by most demons because they are hybrids. They don’t have a sense of right or wrong and feel no remorse over any death they cause.
The first vampire was also called the First or the Master. Buffy killed him a long time ago…
To sire or “make†a vampire, the vampire must first drink the blood of the one he/she chooses until he or she is near death. Then, the dying one must drink the vampire’s blood. The dying one will die for a time then come back as a vampire by nightfall.

Note: DO NOT COPY ANYTHING FROM TWILIGHT. THESE VAMPIRES. The only good vampires in this story are Angel and Spike…both of which are taken. =p They have souls.

Werewolves: Not much about them. They transform at the full moon, have no control over themselves, a single bite can transform a human into a werewolf, yet they're normal people when they aren't transformed. And they retain their memories of each transformation(I think they remember...*forgets*).

Demons: Demons can range from ugly, evil, not…ugly, boring and normal, good, powerful, weak, and sometimes even human in appearance. They vary greatly from species to species.

Characters

Buffy Summers- One of the two best vampire slayers out there. She’s been slaying for quite some time now…although she is a bit “blond†at times. She’s had affairs with both Spike and Angel but…things never worked out. She’s now in Texas, having recently found out that another Hellmouth(a center of evil as well as an attraction to demons…and a gateway to Hell) may open.

Faith(I can’t spell her last name)- A slayer who is rougher around the edges than Buffy and doesn’t take sh*t from anyone. She once went a little…she did some pretty bad things. She’s not a softy but likes Angel a bit more than others because he gave her a second chance and turned her life around.

Angelus AKA “Angelâ€- His human name was Liam, he’s well over 200 years old and has one of the bloodiest pasts in vampire history. He’s a legend amongst the other vampires…although things changed after the one who sired him, Darla, brought him a Gypsy girl. Once she was killed, her family cursed Angelus with a soul and if he ever found true happiness, that soul would be ripped away from him. He’s been on the side of good for a long time, seeking redemption. Stronger than most vampires due to certain circumstances…

Spike- A vampire with an unusual past. Somewhat of an idiot at times, selfish, crude, and vulgar. He was also forced into becoming something he didn’t want. At first he was tamed down by having a chip in his head that prevented him from hurting humans(it‘s gone now), then after losing most of his vampiric habits, fell for Buffy and gained a soul. He died helping the slayers at the battle of the Sunnydale Hellmouth but was brought back to life not too long after in LA much to Angel’s displeasure. Angel and Spike try to fight over Buffy a few times but neither have any real luck…they don’t really like each other and occasionally end up fighting themselves instead of their enemies.

Giles- Buffy’s former watcher. There isn’t much about him other than the fact that he’s been around Buffy and her friends for awhile. When she didn’t need Giles’s training he left…but he’s returned to the US when he caught word of another upcoming apocalypse. Not much of a fighter but he’s very knowledgeable of demons and rituals.

Wesley Wyndam-Pryce- The former watcher of Faith. He’s working with Angel. He’s become much more of a fighter than Giles and is younger. He’s nearly as wise as Giles…

Charles Gunn- At a young age he and his “crew†in LA had been just barely surviving by killing vampires and sticking together. After a few run-ins with Angel, he began working side-by-side with him. He’s never really gotten along with Wesley but they are friends.

Xander Harris- An old and close friend of Buffy’s. He’s lost an eye in one of his fights(I forgot which one)…He is usually the comic relief of the gang and is has gotten better at fighting.

Willow- A very powerful witch and close friend of Buffy’s. She’s lesbian(yay!)…I had to say that. I don’t remember the slayer’s name who she’s dating but…if nobody plays her, I’ll say she died. D8

Lorne- A green demon with horns and red eyes. who loves wearing fancy suits. He has the ability to read other’s futures and feelings when they sing. He’s also an amazing singer himself although he doesn’t have any super strength or amazing fighting skills.

Dawn- Buffy's younger sister. Although...technically she isn't human or her sister. She was magically fit into Buffy's life and fake memories were created in her life of Dawn's existence. Buffy still loves her like a sister and they even share a blood tie. Dawn acts much like an average teenage girl and doesn't like her sister's overprotectiveness. She's not really a fighter but is still learning.

Other: Very evil (its so fun to be evil, hehe) more diabolic then Thomas, smarter, and she is very patient.

Well...Hero of Time told me that she's not gonna be Buffy since she'll be busy...>< Sooo...I think I know who can replace her...8D We'll start soon. I'll edit this if someone else doesn't join. Ember, you're in.

 

Oh errr...people aren't born as vampires. >< Should've put that up there. My fault. And vampires don't really act as a race...most of them are loners. :3

 

I guess we'll make a slow start...>< And I added werewolves in. 8D8 I forgot to add them the first time around.

IC: Angel stared outside of his office in Wolfrim(OOC: I dunno how to spell it!) and Heart, watching the sunset from behind the windows, thankful that every window in the building could block out the light that causes a vampire to get "dusted". He walked over towards the coat rack in the corner of the large room and put on his leather trench coat in a stylish fashion. "Not getting anything done over here." He said, walking over to the elevator in his office and going down to the first floor. He slid between the doors before they even fully opened, ignoring the employees' "Good morning Mr. Angel"'s. Hopefully I don't run into Spike. I haven't gone patrolling by myself in awhile.

OOC: I should've made it longer...
Oh and for non-Angel watchers, Angel owns a large building which is part of an evil lawfirm called Wolfrem(I can't spell it!) and Heart. He was given it because...he helped in "world peace" so they gave him their building in LA...but he's using it to "Help the hepless".

He didn't feel like taking any of his cars today, he wanted to do things like he used to, walking down dark alleys in an attempt to find trouble...then stake it in the heart with one of the stakes he had in his pockets.
