Wow, immediately on the same day, another game has caught my eye, Dead Island, it looks really dramatic and awesome! The trailer is kind of sad though: [video=youtube;lZqrG1bdGtg]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZqrG1bdGtg&feature=feedf[/video] I really want to see some gameplay of this, the only problem I have with it is that the whole father-daughter zombie thing reminds me too much of Dead Rising 2, except this time the daughter may officially turn into a zombie, or not, maybe like DR2 you have to keep her safe or else look like a douchbag, thoughts KHV?
Wasn't this announced around two years ago? I presumed it was cancelled or atleast put on hold. But commenting on what I remember it sounded like a great game on paper, combat RPG elements and story telling on a holiday island inhabited by zombies? Personally sounds to me like a mix between The Walking Dead and any Romero zombie film. I like zombie apocalypses. One of the few media horrors that scares me. And a great story medium, to show humanitys nature.
I saw this trailer today. Easily one of the best trailers (out of games, tv, films anything) I've seen. Though this means it will now never live up to that.
Damn. Seriously. One part of the trailer is going back in time and the other is going forward until they meet. Something tells me that whole scene is the last part of the game. Really good trailer and this is the first I've heard of it. Seems like it'd be fun(hopefully). I've been wanting to play another zombie-related game for awhile now.
