Could Tell A Love.

"My name is Elsie," she said quietly. She pulled out one of the candles, which wax was harden around the wick. She laid it on a cloth.

 

Arriel had hardly anytime to think, and was pulled by Joshua. She yelled a little, and started to run along as well. They ended up going to the back alleys of the city, and she knew she was completely lost. She became nervous as the people looked at her in her nice clothes and pretty face, and smirked in curiousity. She cringed, and continued to run. She was afraid, and suddenly shocked Joshua. She let go suddenly, and stopped. She looked at her hand, that was smoking.
"S-sorry..." She said, back away. She saw a group of men come from behind, and stop her from backing away.

"Sorry, ma'am. I think you might be lost," a bandit said, as the others laughed at his comment, he was smiling at the word lost. Showing his gruesome teeth.

"N-no, I'm fine," Arriel said, sounding nervous. She began to shake, and shock herself.

 

Elsie glanced up, smiling a little. "Not really... but it's going to be enough to get me one meal." She pulled out a few more candles.

 

Joshua held his burning hand for a moment, then looked up. Arriel was standing in front of a group of strange looking men. Immediately, Josh knew they were trouble. Not just his kind of trouble, but worse.
"Why, hello there." he said with a small wave, walking forward until he was a few feet to the right of Arriel. "What seems to be the problem?"
Just then, he heard running footsteps coming closer to them. Zin.
Great, Josh thought to himself, rolling his eyes. Back-up...

 

Elsie was shocked with the sudden offer. "Are you sure?" she asked, looking at him intently. Her candle work was done.

 

Elsie studied him a bit longer and then let a grin cross over her face. "Thank you..." she said quietly. "It must be hard for you." She was going to let him decide what that meant.

 

Arriel knew she would have to use her power, and she didn't want to. But she continued to think that they were no harm to her.
"Are you..., men, lost?" She said, looking over the group. She looked at them in an innocent look, and continued to walk back, towards Joshua.

"No, I think we know where we're going," the bandit answered, smiling still.
"But, do you know where you're going to be doing later, sweetie?" He said, walking towards her, trying to get his hand behind her back.

"Nothing to do with you," Arriel said, shocking him purposly, making the bandit fly back towards his group. He stood, scared to death. Arriel looked at the group again, but this time with courage. She balled her fists, lighting rods appearing in both hands. The group jumped back, and started to run the opposite direction.
"I told you," She said, turning again, towards Joshua. She threw the rods towards the wall, making them make a terrible bang, but disappearing into the wall.

 

Elsie quickly left the work bench and shuffled toward the door after Grey. Soon she was back in the streets and closed the door behind her. She then looked over at him. "So where are we going?"

Joshua slowly clapped and smirked at Arriel.
"Not bad..." he said as his clapping stopped. "How long have you had powers, princess?"

 

Arriel looked at her hands, and shrugged her shoulders.
"I've had them ever since my mother died. They appeared when my bed was on fire, and my father explained to me that I inherited power's from him. I was confused, but learned to control it." She said, making little lightening blots come off her finger tips.

 

Elsie just shrugged her shoulders and started to follow Grey. She looked at the passing people and then quickly turned her head away from them. She smiled to herself. "I told you we would meet again in the future..." She chuckled to herself.

 

OOC: :glomp: for all of yaz. Can't stay for long anyways. Gotta get in the ticket line for Twilight early. ;D

BIC: Norah was still in the market place. She put her apple core in the pocket of a passerby. She could smell fresh rolls, and turned around to follow her nose.
