Could Tell A Love.

In a place of far away, and very long ago; a kingdom was looking for a new thrown, since the King is dieing of illness. He has one daughter, and one son. The daughter turning eighteen in a week and his son turning sixteen in a month. The Queen died giving birth to her last son, and the King has greived her death through his son. She was very confident in her King, and made him the strong and triumphant King he once was. Since the Queen's death, the kingdom has become very dark and gruesome. With crime filling the streets. The King has hurried his daughter into marriage ever since she was thirteen, and she has disapproved of all of them. She believes in true love, like her mother. The King resents his wife's influence's, and still want's her to marry. And the law says that if she is not wedd by her eighteenth birthday, she will have to give the crown to her brother, and he will rule. As the daughter's intentions, she wishes to find love soon, and wants to make her father happy. Even though she believes that she will not make a great Queen like her mother once was named.

He choosen to give Arriel a chance for marriage, and Robert not. He still believes that Robert took the Queen's life and shows it bitterly towards Robert.

Arriel's brother Robert, has shown kindness towards Tara, and she hopes she is in a sort of interest to him.

However, he still wants to help the princess with her dilemma, but not quite yet with him as the solution.

But all of the subjects were told she was kidnapped by a band of theives and knights were sent out to find her and are still searching for her. While she lived on her own, starting at the age of fourteen, she nearly died in the forests, desserts, etc due to lack of expirence but was saved by nomadic gypis(sp). They taught her how to live off of the land without angering the nature spirits and how to call upon the wild in times of need. They gave her gifts and one touched her forehead then a light appeared. The woman said that she just reviced the greatest gift of all but she still doesn't know what it is. Right now she is passing by the land ruled by Grissom to meet an old mage for help on her mission.

Okay, we can start! (:

The sun rose towards the castle windows, making the rays slip in. Tara strode down the hallway, holding a huge tray of assorted foods. She hummed a song of merriment as she opened the door to a bedroom, and placed the platter on a nearby table. The room was arranged in many sorts of ways, with expensive furniture. Tara crossed the room to a large bed, that was overly dressed, and was untidy.
"Arriel, time to wake up," She said sweetly, shaking a bulge in the sheets. The sheets only moved and moaned some, then sat up. Revealing a pretty face.
"I have breakfast waiting, and I'll have your dressings ready in a moment." She said, patting her back, making her stand.

Arriel groaned as an answer, and lazily walked over to the table. She sat down, and began to eat. She felt burshes go through her hair as she ate, her head nodding back and forth as the brush went up and down. She slowly ate, as she slowly tried to wake herself from her slumber.

Grissom strode the halls of the castle, with a mellow smile on his face. He liked the smell of biscuts and stew in the morning, and was looking forward to getting his breakfast. He walked past Arriel's room, seeing maids go in and out of the door, slightly glimpsing Arriel changing. Grissom laughed a small but deep laugh, and kept going. He was going down steps now, heading towards the entering hall.

Robert woke with a start, hearing the door close to his room.
"Who's there?" He said, sweating from a nightmare. He relaxed as a clerk shown his face in the doorway, looking nervous.
"Is there something wrong, sir?" The clerk asked, sweating as well. Robert shook his head, and stood from his bed. He smelt food, and followed the smell, into a near table. Contending similar contents as Arriel.

 

Saya had awoken with the sun but did not sleep long for she could not stay asleep through the night, being too corius and impaitcent to find the mage. You will be able to find him only in the day. But you shall not know who he is until he is ready to reveal himself to you. She replayed the words from the beautiful spirit in her head once more. Time is running out... But I still don't have all of the pieces. "There are so many evil intentions in this city it's hard to bare..." She mumbled to herself as she made her way through the corwd, standing out to some people as most walked right by and looked through her.


Darren was finishing the morning chores as he swore under his breath about the master. When he was finished the next thing to do was to shop for the week's supplies that they needed to replaced after the feast of last night. He got changed into his best slave clothes he had that his mother tried to keep nice before heading out.

 

Norah jolted awake from a bad dream, immediately squinting her eyes from the sun, which had already risen. She had fallen asleep in an alleyway, it was barely used but shielded from the wind. She stood up and stretched her limbs. Her stomach growled, she hadn't eaten much yesterday. The old farmers know her too well. Time to look for some grub.

 

Joshua walked the nearly empty streets of the kingdom. It was morning. Rats scurried past him along with burglars, hoping not to get caught.
Don't get caught... Josh thought, the words echoing through his head.
These were the last words he ever heard from his mother. Soldiers from the kingdom had come for slaves, and their family decided to split up...

"I love you..." a woman whispered into a young boy's ear while hugging him tightly. "Don't get caught..."
After a few more moments, the woman let go, her eyes filled with tears, and ran out of the large house. His family was rich, and that is exactly what threatened those of higher power, which is why they invaded. Young Josh watched his mother catch up with his father and sister...then taken away by the soldiers. He hid in the forest behind their house, running as fast as he could, hearing loud footsteps behind him. Finally, he felt a sharp pain in his back and fell to the ground. A few hours later, he arrived at a large castle as a slave.

Josh, shaking his head and returning to reality, could remember everything that happened so vividly. After all, it was the most vital thing that ever happened to him. Now, he lived in a small house with his friend, no longer a slave. Suddenly, he heard a rattling noise and looked down to his left to see a pathetic looking man laying on the ground, shaking a cup that read 'HELP MONEY'. With a sigh, Josh reached into his pocket and dropped a small coin into the cup. The man smiled and nodded with gratitude. It shocked Josh to see a man who was once his neighbor back at his old home, laying on the streets.
"Thank you, Joshua." the old neighbor said.
Josh did not answer, but instead continued to walk. Memories come and go, then you move on. Josh had learned this rule over time, and applied it to nearly everything.
"Memories come and go..." he mumbled, gazing at the castle. "Then, you move on..."

Bio: He's a wandered, endless searching for a place he can call home. He ignores the fact that life is put in front of him and with it, himself. He's read many books, and searched many places for a man that killed him from the inside (spiritually). He stopped in a castle(Grissom's) ten years ago and is now the High Mage of its walls.
Other: Talented with a blade, thinking and planning ahead of others, and knows many things as a Mage should.

IC: As Xinner walked within the hallway, reading a book, he bumped into Grissom by accident and stumbled back a bit "S-sorry Sire..." Xinner apologized with the book away and bowing to him. He soon stopped bowing and heard a scrape across the doorway, he turned away from the king "Sire...we have no time, there's someone here and I don't think they're "friendly" enough to speak with you...Go back to your room, stay safe, I'll handle this heathen with Phear at my side." and just like that, Xinner ran off to where the scraping sound had come from.

 

Tara laughed as she saw Arriel struggle with her dressings, the maids pulling the corset tighter and tighter.
"Girls, don't make it too tight," She said, looking Arriel over. He hair was to it's perfect curl again, and her clothes almost on. She suddenely heard a crash, and jumped as she looked over.
"What the-" She said, seeing a rock on the floor, and the window broken. Some maids screamed, and jumped towards the door.
"Ladies, relax," Tara said, grabbing the rock from the floor. It was dirty, and had 'Kill' scratched onto the rock's side.
"Stupid kids," She said, placing the rock onto the table. She then turned towards Arriel, who was being preoccupied opnce again with make-up and hair essentials.

Arriel rolled her eyes as the maids did her make-up such.
"Is this really nessisary?" She said, hoping that they would quit pulling her hair. She didn't pay any mind to the rock in the window, she gets it all the time, and always gets the gaurds to put them in some sort of punishment.

Grissom grunted, and followed. However it was trying to get into the castle, would have to go against the King himself.

 

Xinner came to a walking outside of the halls he followed, out of breath and tired "Wh...why so many...many stairs and turns?" he mumbled as he held the side of the wall next to him with his hand, trying to keep his balance up but walked a bit up to the outside of the castle. He saw nothing "But I could have sworn...crud...now I feel like a common fool..." Xinner sighed in anguish of his hearing "I'm not getting old!" he muttered to himself.

 

Grissom followed, and stopped when Xinner did. "Why the sudden stop?" He asked, not even out of breath. Maybe from his brawn strength, he was very active. He watched as his very frail companion tried to catch his breath.

Robert, fully dressed now,exited his room, walking down the hall. He saw someone walking down the hall, and opened his eyes in surprise.
"Hey! You there! What are you doing here?" He yelled, as he began to walk faster.

Xinner turned around to the king "Well, I could have sworn I heard some scrape outside the castle, sire...but...but I don't understand, I heard it! ..Ngh...I'll have to find out if anyone got in the castle before I got out here...you should go out and look at the town sire, while I handle this matter, don't worry, I'll handle everything while you're out today, unless you wish to handle it yourself? I could understand if the guard could do it for you." he said with a strait face to the king.
