Camping Trip...?

Aria started to shiver a little in the water, trying to get use to the tempature. She could still feel her feet at the bottom. She heard his comment. "L-Last time what?"

 

Aria saw the scars, but didn't question them. It would probably be an uncomfortable conversation. She shut her eyes as another shiver ran through her. "Hur-hurry up, it's freezing." She said.

 

"Just...Try to swim?" She asked, her head tipped to the side inquisitively. "That simple?"

 

Aria smiled a little when he splashed her and she moved deeper into the water. I could use my powers to warm it up... She thought, but decided not to in-case they decided to go haywire. She pushed herself further out until she was on her tip-toes. "A-Alaric, I don't know what to do." She said, about to shy back onto the shore.

 

Aria glanced at him. "Wel--Well, yeah...I just...I feel like as soon as I step all of the way in, I'll drop down to the bottom and drown or something..."

 

"Um...Okay." She trusted him and moved further into the water, until she was barely floating above.

 

"It's not that easy!" She argued, then deciding carelessly to become reckless, she kicked her feet off of the lake's ground, taking her arms and floating for about five seconds before she freaked out and moved back by Alaric.

 

Aria yelped when he appeared behind her and fell beneath the surface for a moment before popping back up with a gasp of air. She glared slightly at him, splashing him with some water.

 

Aria muttered, with a deep breath she did the same as before, only this time using her arms to push her forward. Without freaking out, she swam a little ways before heading back towards him with a smile.

 

Aria smiled. "What else can you teach me?" She asked.
