"What?!" Virem flew backwards from the explosion, hitting a wall. "You didn't tell me you could do that!" He yelled angrily as his mask started to crumble. He pushed himself off the wall. "That's no fair!" The Hollowfied Shinigami swung his sword, sending blood to the floor. "LATER!" he yelled to Ryukason, who was awfully close to interrupting his fight, just like the Captain. He was angry that Somerie, who didn't seem to have a trace of Vizard in her, had such a power that she kept secret from him. However, in his mind, Bradnias was laughing. Look at that, Virem! Look at what she can do! Can you imagine what her blood tastes like? Let me loose! I want to rip her to shreds and drain her blood! The voice was excited, a rare break in its anger. Virem's blade reflected Bradnias' excitement by swinging tentacles made of blood around. "You're going to die!" Virem yelled as he flew towards Somerie, his mask already starting to crumble.

Sanosuke's eyes clearly narrowed when Daichi mentioned the deaths of his teammates, but he didn't fall for the bluff. "Captain? You? Sorry, but I don't recognize you," Sanosuke said shrugging. "I may not have been a Captain for too long, but I've been one long enough to see the faces of all the Captains who defected. You don't think Soul Society would let someone with such power defect and not warning the others about them, do you?" He took one step forward, gripping his staff tight. "As for you bankai question, it's not that I was saving it, but your friend had my Zanpakuto sealed. Now that I have it back, I don't see a reason to bring it out for you. My name is Sanosuke Torasai, Captain of the Eighth Division," He said as his left hand gestured towards himself, "I'm not famous for being a prodigy, or being a Captain who can't release his Zanpakuto, or a Captain with no lieutenant, or even a Vizard, but my squad knows me for being the Captain to beat Bankais with his Shikai. Here, let me show you!" And with that, he whipped his staff forward, sending a tornado-like whip lashing at Daichi.




Hatsuharu blocked Kyo's single blade with his own and slashed, pushing his brother away. Not wasting a moment, he lined his blade with his frozen chain and yelled, "Relam Trueno!" The chain became surrounded in large amounts of electricity once again, enough to crack the ice. Hatsu turned around and whipped the chain, successfully breaking the ice, and continued whipping at Kyo. "You're going to die here!" He yelled as the chain successfully hit Kyo's shoulder and wrapped around his body, shocking him. Just as well, Hatsu felt his mask starting to crumble.

Kyo fell back after Hatsu's block, his smile hidden beneath his mask. "Oh?" He didn't expect Hatsu to use his Relam Trueno attack to free his chain and attack him. He didn't bother to dodge, letting the chain dig into his shoulder and cover his body into electricity. "This is something, brother!" He yelled with deep blue eyes, "But not good enough yet!" With his free hand, he grabbed the chain and pulled it hard, bringing Hatsuharu to him. He could feel small amounts of blood escaping his skin due to the electricity, but nothing worrisome. "Come over here!" He grinned as he slashed his blade at Hatsu once again.

Daichi donned a smug smile "Warikireru" suddenly the snakes shifted direction to form a coil in the opposite direction, causeing the blade to spin like a fan. With the blade spinning Daichi, rushed headfirst into the attack. The clear blade was able to cut through the very wind like it was a solid object leaving a path down the middle for Daichi to close in on Sanosuke. The 'normal' blade however was just as formidable as his brother. A blade so sharp and strong that there was no material he knew of that could dull it, much less stop it. "I was a lieutenant the last time I was in Seireitei. But even before I left I had the strength of a captain. But still there were only a handful of souls that even knew my name, much less my power. That is why I joined Los Lobos. So that my powers would be allowed to continue their growth and so that I could get the respect I deserved."

 

Daichi's comment about respect struck a nerve. "Respect?!" Sanosuke repeated as he whipped back his staff, holding it with both hands. "Defecting from Soul Society, only to attack it? And doing so as a Lieutenant? That doesn't deserve respect!" Sanosuke wasn't sure if he could take on a bankai. He had before, and it was a Captain-level one, not a Lieutenant, but Daichi was a Vizard, and he did have time to grow. "I'll show you the kind of respect you deserve!" Sanosuke launched himself forward, attempting to block the attack with his own. He thrust his staff forward with the bladed handle, attempting to stop the propeller and pierce Daichi at the same time. He didn't have to kill him. Just get him out of the way.

 

OOC: Momentarily tempted to cameo Axel's line "I'm so flattered, but you're too late" but it's out of Daichi's character.

"Too bad I'm no longer asking for your respect. You've lost your chance" Daichi said the propeller stopped dead in it's tracks. This however was not because it had hit Sanosuke's staff, Daichi had stopped the move intentionally with the snakes going straight out instead of their usual coil. Because the blade was held by the snakes and not Daichi's own hand it allowed him a few extra feet of range. 'Be careful we dispersed the whip and he's using the bare Shikai, he can make a tornado at any moment.' warned Tetsujin. Daichi didn't bother with a response to his Zanpakuto as none was necessary. That is how their relation ship worked, there was never anything even remotely close to small talk between them.

 

Ryokason walk over to Somerie and grab her by the hair and pull her up "i saw what happen if you get angry you lose control of your power if you keep this up virem is going to take your life and where is the fun in that so stay on the ground. So if he release his sword well the way you are now ...well i don't need to said it do i.

 

"I love battles like this" Sasuke said as he felt his reiatsu to see how much longer it would be until his mask was gone and once he found out he decided to change tactics. He used Shunpo to appear directly above Hatsu with blade pointing to the sky.

As Yamata saw this he used Shunpo to appear directly over Sasuke, he grabbed him by the collar of his black trench coat and threw him into the air, his blade left in the air. Yamata grabbed it and threw it after him aimed at his heart as soon as he hit a piece of ceiling that hadn't been taken out. Soon after he cast a Kidou that would progressively heal his fried arm but not in matters of hours but days but it was better than nothing.

Sasuke was starting to feel that this battle was getting somewhere now. As he hit the ceiling he adjusted so that the blade hit his sternum. He pulled the blade out and coated it in Black fire and sent a giant arc of black flames down on top of Ryokason and Somerie.

Yamata used Shunpo in order to go right above their heads and enlarged his Zanpukuto the cut the blast in half to send them flying into the respective walls on each side of the chamber.

"I guess i judged you a little too soon Yamata when we fought side by side" said Sasuke as he used Sonido to appear directly above Sanosuke and called black lightning to his blade as he let down a slash.

"I'm glad you think so old friend" Yamata said as he appeared directly in front of Sanosuke. He jumped to take a step onto Sanosukes shoulder as he readied himself to launch himself at Sasuke from Sanosukes shoulder but quickly said with a slight smile "Having fun? I'm having a blast here" and he jumped at Sasuke full force. He drew his injured hand across his blade and then said "Black Coffin Blade" and with his uninjured arm and with his slash, black ushered from his blade and Sasuke ducked back to see something so unusual as his black lightning was absorbed by the attack. As Sasuke was off balance, Yamata spun and brought his heel down to meet Sasukes mask and took 1/3 of it off as he was sent into the ground.

OOC: I think i'm really getting my epic fight mojo on XD

 

"Thanks!" Sanosuke yelled quickly at Yamata for saving him from Sasuke. He was too focused on Daichi to notice their fight, despite it being the biggest fight happening at the moment. Addressing Daichi again, he asked, "How about I give you something else instead, now that I'm so close to you?" Sanosuke grinned as he leaned forward, only a few inches between him and Daichi. "Ban...kai," he whispered as wind started to gather around the ringed end of the staff, making the charms jingle.



"She's mine, Ryukason, back off!" Virem yelled as he tackled Ryukason. "You're my teammate, but I won't think twice about feeding you to my Bankai!" He growled, getting angrier by the minute. First, they were interrupted by a Captain, then again by another Captain, then Somerie used a secret ability, and now Ryukason was interrupting him? He normally liked Ryukason, but they were allies in Los Lobos, not this particular fight. If he interrupted again...."She," he pointed his blood-ridden blade at Somerie, "is mine!" In order to show Ryukason that Somerie was his opponent, he moved away from Ryukason and faced Somerie. "Who's going to save you from this one?!" He yelled as he screamed another Cero at her. The Cero was wide, but not as large as the other one as his mask broke while he used it, cutting it short. However, he was near Arashi this time, so Somerie couldn't count on him to save her this time.

OOC: ****'s getting real, people~ Also, all people who need to be dead are dead, right? Soku and Yuki, Kyuzo, Naoto? I'm pretty sure that's all...I just realized those are all Soul Society Soul Reapers and not one Los Lobos member had to die. Damn, Los Lobos is a bit scary.

"fine but you know this will get boring if all of them die" Ryokason said to him covering his eye from the flash of virem cero " well she not living after that "

 

Without hesitation Daichi made a slash at Sanosuke but did so with the clear blade. The attack had no way of hurting Sanosuke but instead dispersed the wind energy. Daichi then flipped his sword and made a broad slash at Sanosuke with his solid blade. “It’s going to take more than a trick your Shikai can do to make me believe that you’re using a Bankai.” After the slash Daichi continued. “Miroku - air type zanpakuto - able to manipulate air pressure in columns to create tornados. Despite the ability to create and control as many tornados as you like, the air pressure you can maintain is limited so each tornado gets less intense as you make more.”

 

Sanosuke was disappointed that his bluff failed, but he was still enthusiastic. "So...you know about Miroku?" That and the way Daichi talked gave Sano a clue to who he were, "You must have been in the 12th squad. How else would you know about Miroku and the others if you didn't have access to Soul Society's records? Something the Research Division, associated with the Twelfth Squad, is in charge of?" Sanosuke shrugged and pointed to Daichi's clear blade. "And that blade...it has something to do with nullifying abilities? Somewhat similar to the other guy's, except just with abilities, not the shikai. I see..." Sanosuke shook his head. It was a shame Soul Society had lost someone so intelligent. Sensing everyone's location relative to himself, Sanosuke began to implement his final plan. "I can't let someone like you live. Bankai or not, I'll have to take you out," Sanosuke began to move away from the wall where Sohma was tied, initiating the "Circling face-off" movement while holding Miroku by circling Daichi slowly. "I already told you my name and title. Don't I get the same courtesy at least? I would hate to kill you and not have a name in my mind to associate you with your corpse, I'd feel to guilty," Sanosuke chuckled, despite the seriousness of his statement, before adding, "I would also hate to die without knowing the name of my killer."

 

“Although your logic isn’t perfect, but it is good enough to reach most of the right conclusions.” Daichi said as he followed suit on Sanosuke’s circling motion. Daichi hoped this captain was observant enough to pick up that Daichi was implying he was wrong about something “Most impressing though is the fact that, unlike many captains, you are willing to admit uncertainty of battle. Very well. I am Daichi Ryuunosuke, ex-lieutenant of squad 12.” The snakes on his wrist began to tense up in preparation for whatever move Sanosuke had planned next. “I do hope there is more to your Shikai than what I can see captain. Although losing is always a possibility I am having trouble viewing this as a fair fight” Daichi was thankful for the circling moment as it allowed him to see the entire room with nothing being at his back for longer than a moment.

 

Hanzo still had his zanpakuto released when he heard heavy footfalls and looked over to see Ryo running towards him. Don't hold back Hanzo. "Hmm." Was all he said to his zanpakuto before he looked down at the corpse of the girl he just killed and stabbed his blade into her to gain more Spiritual Energy, draining her till she was empty. His mask began to vibrate as he yelled, "Come on, don't be shy!" He tore his blade out of the cadaver and slashed upwards through the ground, yelling "Hitokuchi!" Once again bringing forth the spikes of earth towards Ryo. There were more and bigger spikes this time from the hollowfication.

Noticing the spike heading towards him, Ryo opened the palm of his right hand as suddenly a huge sword appeared out of thin air. After grabbing the handle of the sword with both hands, Ryo immediately slashed right threw the spike with all his might. After cutting threw the sword shattered and Seth continued to run forward

 

Somerie pushed herself off the ground quickly,having little time to touch the ground with her feet as she sprung forward in a full on speed step, that seemed to tread on a unseen surface. She noticed that his mask had gone so he would be less complicated to land a hit on. Somerie aimed her sword which stood straight up in the air, reflecting the light of the cero from the mirror of steel blade. Her zampaktou glowed again with a blue aura that was much more denser then one before. The energy seeping off of the blade fanned out into the air on the side as she came slammed her blade right into the cero, not completely stopping the attack but providing a barrage that seemed to cut through the cero like butter, sending all the astray particles of energy that had hit the blade head on flying straight back at Virem, while the rest whizzed past, cut in four separate rays. One that flew only inches over Somerie's head, two on the side, and one flying underneath but Somerie jumped up to avoid the ray as she did a quick combination of flips that sent her flying through the air and towards Virem whom she slashed several times over the chest and put her left foot on his shoulder and kicked off to help her jump over him and onto the ground behind him.

 

Ryokason watch what Somerie did "wow she still got fight in her virem are you ok" he was shock to see virem take one hit of his on cero

 

"Time to stop playing" he said as he got up out of the crater. His face had changed as what remain of his mask disappeared. It was a dark look, something that isn't meant to escape the inner corridors of your soul. He holstered his blade and his reiatsu increased at an unprecedented level."I'm sorry Yamata but i'm done having a game of swords. You have improved but you have to evolve..." he said as he looked up at him in the air.

"What the Fuck is happening!? Your reiatsu has increased beyond you in your hollow form!?" he said as his blade began the size of a skyscraper."You were playing with me?!" he said as he threw the blade down at him with spectacular speed.As he did this he also used Shunpo to get right behind Sasuke and was about to use Black Coffin on him.

Sasuke closed his eyes and suddenly a giant tempest of black fire burst from out of him and Yamata's blade was sent flying and Sasuke heard Yamata scream in pain as he was engulfed by the black flames. Sasuke Reaches behind in the Inferno and grabs Yamata by the collar and say over the roar of the black flames "Come back to me when you see with the same which i possess" he said as he called Garganta and threw Yamata threw it.

 

OOC: It's time for an extra long post filled with arc-ending power and plotpower. Also, daxma, I'm going to assume you're changing the Senkaimon to a Garganta because of the message I left you

"It's a pleasure to meet you, then, Daichi Ryuunosuke, despite these," Sanosuke looked around. Ryu and Lex were about to fight Hatsu's initial opponent. Hatsuharu himself was clashing blades with Kyo near them. Arashi and Somerie were by Captain Sohma, fighting the red headed Shinigami. Yamata just got thrown into a Garganta. He ignored the bodies, and considered Yamata one of them; the objective of the mission was to save Captain Sohma...unfortunately, they just lost two Captains in the process. Sighing, he continued, "These...circumstances. Unfortunately for you, our short battle is coming to an end!" He started to spin Miroku over his head as quickly as possible, causing a thick tornado to start growing around his body. "Here we go!" He started to slash towards Daichi, but changed the direction mid-attack. The tornado instead flew at Hatsu, pushing him away from and Kyo and towards Lex and Ryu, just as a Kyo was interrupted from a strange battle stance by a large rock smashing against his back. Before Hatsu even made it there, Sanosuke flash stepped, tackling Hanzo out of the way. He reached into his haori as he did it and pulled out a clear, light blue cube. "Arashi! Now!" He yelled as he clapped the cube between his hands, causing it to shatter and then reform, instantly growing to cover himself, Hatsu, Lex, and Griffin.


Hatsuharu was screeching each time his blade made contact with Kyo's. Kyo was doing the same, but instead of screeching, he was laughing. Hatsu's blade made contact with one of Kyo's and his chain with Kyo's other blade. Unfortunately for Hatsu, his mask cracked in half and broke, right in the middle of their battle. "What?!" He jumped back, ready to defend himself and waiting for Kyo's own mask to break.


Kyo didn't attack Hatsu after his mask broke, instead he jumped back, too. "Is that it, Hatsu? I'm disappointed. You must not have been training at all!" Kyo clicked his tongue and shook his head. "Unfortunately, little brother, I have to end this now," As he said it, he shook his head furiously. However, not a single crumb of bone fell of his mask. It stayed intact. "Let me show you something!" He grabbed both of Due's blades and put them in front of him, holding them together at the hilt. The blade made a vertical I now, instead of a T. Kyo's voice dropped as he smiled beneath his mask and whispered the next word, "Ban-ka-" Unfortunately, just before he finished it, something smashed on his back and pieces of a rock fell around him. "Who dares?!" He turned around, just as a gust of wind flew past him and hit Kyo. Up ahead, Captain Sohma was hanging from the wall by only a single arm now, the other arm had its vines hanging. A large chunk of the wall was missing where the arm had previously been hanging.

"Stay...away...from...my lieutenant," Sohma said it in a hushed voice as he panted, blood still dripping from his mouth. He had woken up minutes before and managed to regain control of his shikai. He used the vines on his left hand to dig farther into the rocky wall, breaking off a piece and sending it at Kyo. The vines straightened out and became his sword, sealing itself, as he fell to his knees.


Hatsu didn't see who hit Kyo with the boulder. He was hit himself, by a gust of wind that resulted in him landing by Sano and two others. "What the-?" He questioned as he found a blue barrier around them. "What is this?"


OOC: The blue barrier is unbreakable, but you can try to break it >>

 

"Damnit" Daichi said spitting on the ground "Must you mock me?" Daichi's eyes faded back to normal as then snakes around his arm crumbled to dust and the sword morphed back into a normal katana. There was no point in attacking now and he knew it. Hell, he had taken part in making that very device. Unfortunately, too much development had taken place since his defection for him to know any weak points on this model. "All that time and effort and of course I'm the first that they use it against... I'm sorry everyone. I have no more power to break that barrier than an ant has to kill a dragon. It uses the same principles as Negacion. Old models had an issue if the spiritual pressure on the outside outmatched the spiritual pressure inside by a factor of 13.7 or more but they obviously fixed that to even consider using it here."

 

"Damn she is putting fight hey soul reaper how long can you fight whit the injury on your back you will not last long" Ryokason said to her while he grab virem "hey virem are you ok woke up you idiot you better no die on me or los lobos."
