.:Altus Island - A Whole New World:.

When Altus Isle was located on the map by Scholars; They thought it was just another island to add to the map. But they were wrong...

It has many creatures; other then humans, living on the Isle. It has three main kingdoms. (Everyone starts at the same one.) There is the great Kingdom of Omega, the lightest, happiest of the three. It has a young, healthy King, only just having his wife give birth to a New Born son. Soon enough, the kingdom was being consumed by the dark kingdom across the Island, called Acerbus. The kingdom is debating on if to declare war on the Kingdom, wanting the light to consumed into dark.

On the island, there are many types of creatures, living amongst humans. Here they are;
Balverine/Werewolf: Peaceful creatures, more of transformers. On their year of 18th, on a full moon, is their first change. It is rare that a White Balverine is born, one of every four hundred are born every year.

Aquamarines/Water Sirens: Normally lived in water, these graceful 'mermaids/mermen' have many underwater cities, coming up to the Island from time to time. But once a Aquamarine comes out of the water, the longer it is out, the more it forgets it's dearest and most cherished ability. How to swim.

Elves/Sollers: Elves were the main society before the humans came to the island, making the Sollers more jealous and envious for their power. Most of the Elves are evil to humans, but some can be good at heart. Most powers that Elves have a Earth-like, and Speed.

Homunculus/Demons: Merciless, evil creatures; that believe in nothing but Death. There are some kind Demons, but very rarely it is. They are normally killed on the spot by their own kind.

Rules;

4.) I made this story up, and if you did, I wouldn't be posting it. So please follow my lead. Not anyone else. Unless I say so.

He loved that smell, but the blood of death lingered in his nostrils still, it corrupted his mind, and his soul. He soon lived with Corentine after what happened with his parents, at one night, he was angered, he lost control and killed them both. It was an accident, but he still lived with someone he knew. OOC: We can start. (: Ohh, and yes, I want people to say Chocolate Kisses because I want to see how many people actually read the rules. Entity, you can be with me, and I'll just say we're besties/lovers? xD

BIC: Corentine woke from the steps of someone entering the room, where her and her other 'siblings' were sleeping. It was cramped room, with three beds, and other little pilots set on the floor. Corentine was sleeping on one of the pilots, sitting up some when the door opened. The light dipped in slightly from outside, like a light in the shadows. Someone poked their face in, a woman, that was familiar with Corentine and the others, known as Mother. She whispered Corentine's name, telling her to come. Corentine listened, crawling along the floor, finally getting there without waking anyone. Corentine stood up in front of the door, and her Mother on the other side. Corentine opened the door some, slipping through the cracks, closing the door slightly. She then followed her Mother into their livingroom, where she found her 'Father', and their lazy dog on the floor. You could smell the tension in the air, from her Father and Mother. Corentine stood in the hallway entrance, wondering what was going on. Her Mother and Father sat down together on the couch, with worried faces.

Alvena was already awake, feeling the morning mist apon her face. She was outside, in a Cemetary as it seen. She kneeled in front of a tombstone, that was rather big, meaning more importance. Alvena smelt the death, tasted the moss even before she seen it. A tear slipped through her closed eyes, as she began to pray for guidence and faith.
"Brother, what am I to do?" She whispered, as then, she heard a small rustle of leaves in the distance. Alvena looked up, seeing some sort of light in the woods before her, staring at her, wanting her to follow. Alvena stood, putting her hand to her mouth, kissing it, and placing it on the tombstone. It was cold, holding some sort of soul to the world. Alvena lifted her hand, still staring at the light creature in the forest. The light illuminated her eyes, making her even more attracted.

OOC: Crimson, you better do a long post, since you went Lazy on the first post. :sideways:

 

Alyssa swam through the water, her home, her prison. She wanted to escape her holding cell. She had tried before, but her mother had always stopped her, but this time she wasn't going to be stopped. For the first time in her life, she was going to step foot on land, well fin, you get the point. The shore became clear, and Alyssa began to swim faster until her head was out of the water. She looked around then swam to the shore. As she emerged from the water, her fin turned into legs and she wore a blue dress. Since she had never walked before, her legs were a bit shaky and she fell to the ground, but she didn't mind this at all, in fact she smiled.

The cool morning mist made the lone balverine wake up. The creature stretched out her legs and yawned. Getting ready for the morning hunt. Raising her nose in the air, Jewell sniffed around for a meal.

I feel like fish today. She thought to herself and trotted throughout the dense forest, searching for the nearby ocean.

Once she reached the sand shore, she stayed back in behind a bush. Carefully observing an Aquamarine that walked out of the ocean and transformed to a more human-like form. I never seen one of them out of water before.. Jewell said to herself. Suddenly a bright light engulfed Jewell's wolf-like body and then she began to take her human form. Though she still stayed in the bushes, not wanting to scare the girl.

 

Alyssa heard several noises coming from different directions, at first, she jumped, but then decided to ignore the uneasy feeling of the unknown and she laid down in the sand, it was better than being surrounded by water, and she didn't think she would ever want to emerse into the water again, atleast not the ocean.

 

OOC: Daxma; you're in.

BIC: Corentine saw her Mother begin to cry, seeing the unknown stare upon Corentine's face.
"W-what's wrong?" She asked, fearing the worst. Her Father put his hand in Corentine's mother's, Shushing her quietly.
"The king says that we have to many people living in our house." He said saddly, quietly, not wanting to wake anyone.
"W-what? Why?" Corentine asked, wondering what would happen to her brothers and sisters.
"Our Village is running out of time, and we're making go faster." He said, holding his own head, his fingers on his temples.
"Are you saying I have to leave?" Corentine remarked, hoping that she wouldn't have to leave her family. The people she loved and cared for through-out her life.
"We are sincerly sorry..." Her Father said, as the Mother was crying fully now. Her cries were draining Corentine's thoughts, as Corentine herself was confused. She felt tears sting her eyes, as she locked her jaw, locking all her joints. She couldn't change here, not now. She was confused, and needed to have fresh air. Corentine then briskly walked outside, opening the door with a huge bang. She sat on the steps to their home, her face in her knees.

Alvena walked across the field separating the light from her tombstone brother.
"What is your reason?" She said, approaching the light. It stood, as if a statue. As soon as Alvena touched the light, it disappeared, leaving a small stone behind. Alvena looked at it from above, her eyes glowing with greed.
"A God Stone," She said quietly, as she continued to stare.

 

Reprobo was running through the forests thinking of his life and what it means.He didn't understand why he was given his name.Why he was the protector of the unprotected.His fur felt good in the wind between the tree's.Reprobo ran into the village and slowly transformed back to human form.Reprobo walked along through the village until he came to his friend Corentine."What is wrong" he asked knowing there was something wrong.

 

Corentine looked up some, her eyes red from crying. She could hear her MOther telling the others that woke from Corentine's outrage that everything is okay. Corentine then thought of how she's going to leave them, and began crying again.

 

OOC: God damn, you all suddenly turned into Repliku.

BIC: Angelus wandered down a path leading to the beach, he needed to find an isolated place from the society. His only option was the forrest which was probibly a hunting ground for the Balverine at this time of year. He didn't like those odds and thought the sea kind known as the Aquamarines wouldn't bother him on land. He approached the beach seeing someone else, "Didn't expect an aquamarine to be lounging on the sand", he said to himself as he stepped on the beach.

 

"Corentine what is wrong?" he asked again looking at her eye's as she looked up at her house."Whats happened?" he asked.

 

Alyssa sat up, still hearing the noises. She saw someone standing on the beach, she didn't know whether or not to go and say hello, so she just stood up. She stood, the sun plastering onto her face, not only this, her legs were still a bit wobbly, and she fell to the sand once more. She stood up again, and this time was determined to stay up, she was careful to put an equal amount of weight on both legs and she surveyed the area, seeing maybe several people.
