To get good quality you need MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format, 320x240 resolution, MP3 audio, 30 frames per second.

 

Sometimes YouTube likes me, sometimes it doesn't. I guess YouTube was having a good day today, so the quality was alright.

my vids dont get butchered, i think that my first one, the meant to live vid was a little butchered, but i think that it was just my own mistakes that i overlooked....
