Zelidar: The Land of the Sky

"Ahhhhhhhhhh", Serena screamed as she fell go the ground for the fifth time that hour.

"I can't take this anymore", she threw herself down on the ground and start to cry.

"These wings help a bit but without them being the same size they're useless. I don't even know why I have them!"

She collapsed on to her back and lay on the ground. It was now late afternoon but the town looked no closer. She was fatigued, flying was a lot harder than she had thought.

"Maybe I'll just lie down for a few ... minutes ..."

 

ooc this might (not likely though) delay having the two air pirates meeting up again but can't leave someone hanging, you know?


Shiira, Amber's first mate, had taken a smaller, faster ship close to Xiollo in south Belkin for a side, personal job. Upon arriving about an hours after the fight she headed into town for some food and water that would last long enough for her trip when she saw a stranger acting rather odd. And she had wings. It was rare for her to see a human with wings even with all of her time in the air and all over the world. She walked over to the winged human and looked down at her. "Are...you alright?"

 

"... uhhhh ..."

Serena woke up and saw the peson looking down at her with a look of curiosity.

"Flying ... is ... hard ... where am I ...?"

She sat up and then noticed that the wing were still there.

"Ahhhh ... why are they still ... I don't want them there -", yet almost as soon as she said this they dissapeared back into her shoulder blades".

She blinked. "Did I just do that?" She looked at Shiira. "Who are you anyways?"

 

It was obivious that she was new to flying, but it was interesting how she could make her wings vanish. "You're in Xiollo, and my name is Shiira. What's your name?"

 

"I'm ... Serena ... are we in Xiollo is in ... across from Evieri? My dad ... used to come here on business."

She tried to stand up but was dazed and fell back down.

"Can I have a little help here ... I'm a bit weak on my feet ...", she asked, a little embarrassed.

 

She smiled down at the girl. She reminded her of Amber when they first met. "Would you like a piggy back then?"

 

"Err ... why not?"

She looked bemused. Why was this woman looking down at her with such a gleam of nostalgia in her eyes?

OOC: I has to go for a showah and then bedz. I'll be on a bit tomorrow but not late, I have Orchestra. Dances, Dances and more, you guessed it, Symphonies. XP.

 

"Heh, sorry if I freak you out a bit. You just remind me of someone who is like a little sister of mine." Shiira crouched down in front of her with her back towards her so the girl could get on.

The prince nodded in agreement, reaching down for his blade.

"According to some, Lievne is the life energy of all of Zelidar. You scientists, if you're one of them as you say, destroyed that life energy. Simply put, you killed our entire world. Everything you see should be considered nothing more than zombies."

Sheathing his sword, Envon pointed his finger at Callen, marking him like the Great Soul harvester claimed her victims.

"You, have murdered Zelidar."

 

OOC: Callen isn't really aware that he lost bits of his memory, because of the fact that he lost them. He doesn't really know that something is missing yet.

"Vanishing Lineve flows..." Callen mumbled to himself. "And because of that, animals died and there are changes in landscapes. I suppose that that would be plausible scenario for a missing flow of Lineve, but then where did it go? One of flow, that's a lot of Lineve there. Lineve doesn't just get up and vanish. It's like matter. It can not be destroyed or made. An entire flow gone.... how is that even possible? hmmmmmm....... and at the center of it all Vizet Oi'zein is rotting? The cause of all this must have originated from there, but then that means...." Callen snapped out of his train of thought. Panic filled him. "Surren, tell me. What became of the people on Vizet Oi'zein?"

 

ooc Well he had to of lost his memory if he didn't know about the incident... so I though my character could figure that out...sorry ^^'

"They died." She answered while looking Callen in the eyes. "All of them as far as I know."

 

Discreetly, Envon motioned to his guards. No matter how he examined the situation, he had to take Callen into custody. If he was guilty of his crimes, It was his job to assist the princess in his execution. If he wasn't guilty, then they could question him on how the flows possibly dissappeared. In the worst senario, that this guy was just a loon, then he'd have him arrested for trespassing.

 

Kitsu looked at the cat ferral wondering what they was gona do. "so where is our destination" the flower fox said calmy as it started to rain. The forest was his home but like all living things they must go somewhere else.

Dike got done with his meeting thinking about the details the man gave him. The asignment was to kill the prince and the princes knowing how heavly guarded one of them was most likely he would need some thinking to do it right.

 

The farriel lifted his hood over his head and gazed toward the sunset.

"We have to find a way to make it across to some of the human nations. To do that, we have to locate an air ship to farry us across."

 

Callen's mouth hung a agape. He felt sick to his stomach.
"Dead." He said in a shaky voice. "What do you mean dead?"
They couldn't be dead. They couldn't. He had friends there. He had some one important to him there.... Friends? Did he have friends there? He must have had friends. How could he not have? And who exactly did he have that was important to him there? He could have sworn there was someone! But who? Did he just imagine it? Callen held his hand against his forehead. It felt like there were little holes in his memory.
That's when he remembered what the princess said. Lost memory. Did he really lose his memory?
Callen looked out the window again. It looked like it was summer outside. It felt like it was summer too. This was all wrong. "It can't be summer." He whispered. "It should be Fall!"
Nothing was adding up. Nothing was right! "This doesn't make sense. None of this makes sense!" He said aloud. "Everybody's dead? Vizet Oi'zein is rotting? NO! That can't be possible! It wasn't like that yesterday! IT WASN'T LIKE THAT! And yet.... and yet..... Yesterday, it was Fall. Today it is Summer.
"Missing memories? Did i really loose my memory? It's the only explanation, though. After all, How did I get here?" Callen looked away from the window and back at Surren. "Answer me, Surren! WHY IS IT THAT I AWOKE ON THE FLOOR OF YOUR ROOM THIS MORNING?!"

 

Jack said to John" You want proof, heres proof" as he snapped in Johns direction, bending the sound into one fixed point and increased it strength, colloiding with john sending him backward 1 foot falling down.

"Ok, your my brother" said John standing up groaning"ohhhhhhhhhhhhh"

 

OCC: DeathKing..... I think you mixed up your character's names..... and I think you over did it with the sound thing. Any sound capable of knocking someone back would probably make them Death and well..... Let's just say, I think that would really hurt.......

BIC: "'The hell are you?" Ace asked jumping back. One of the pipes hit his side and the knife cut his shirt, leaving a shallow cut on his stomach, but he avoided the other two. "Damn it...no choice..." He grumbled, trying to ignore the overwhelming headache as he held the pipe in his right hand and aimed his left palm at Neoph, tensing his fingers. He pulled his left arm back, taking all four of Neoph's weapons from him telepathically but dropped a pipe and his own in the process. Not sure of why his telekinetic skills were so weak, he aimed the other two pipes and the knife around Neoph, slowly moving them around the air around Neoph. "Leave...now," he said, hiding his fatigue.
