    file > render as and then you get the save box thing, and in the drop down menu(under where you type the file name) choose MPEG-1

    try reuploading it on a different computer if possible. i remember when i tried uploading a video it wouldn't work on one of my computers. i kept trying and trying but it worked in one try on a different computer.
