Okay, lame joke. Real topic: What colour is your microwave? Mine's black. It cooks soup and stuff.

Ah, yes, I know they're hard to come by these days. This one cooks many types of soup. It cooks alphabet soup, chicken noodle soup, chunky meat soup... anything.
I named it Merlin.

 

I think Alex was saying that a microwave doesn't cook as you put it, instead it just microwaves.

It's like use a microwave to try to fry Chicken. If anything you'll just get a pretty explosion.

Mine is also black, and it microwaves things like chili and frozen burritos. (We used to have a microwave that was white and hung from the wall, but uh... lol, you microwave one little thing of aluminum foil and BAM! Yeah, I get pretty absent-minded at times.)

 

Mine is white. I used to have a black one, but it wasn't as good as this one.

If you put batteries into a microwave, one of three things will happen: they'll recharge, they'll explode, or nothing will happen. A friend of mine tried this. They exploded, but it wasn't interesting enough for him, so he did it again, but this time, he put forks in as well. Nothing happened, so he went closer. Nothing. He went even closer. It exploded and he got a fork stuck in his shoulder. When he got back from the hospital, he did it again. He used knives, but stood 'safety distance' away. He got a knife stuck in his leg.

My microwave is white.

 

Your friend doesn't seem very bright. No offense, he's just... not very bright. A friend of mine once tried to crack nuts with his teeth because someone else got a toothache doing it. He also wrapped a rubber band around his wrist because he thought it looked funny when his hand turned blue.

It's not that he's not bright, it more.... Well, he's just an idiot. It's also partially his brother's fault. His brother once ran into him with his convertible. My friend flipped over the hood and landed in the back seat with both kneecaps broken.
