To me, people who get banned are the equivalent to neds.

I mean, being banned is just the same as recieving an ASBO.
For those that don't know, ASBO means Anti Social Behaviour Orders.
Neds thrive on receiving them. 'I got two ASBO's.', 'Two?! Heck, i have six!'

So all you members that have been banned are interweb neds, people who want to be banned cause it seem 'cool' you're noob neds. Members with warnings are wannabe neds who just can't bring themselves to reach out that last wee bit for that ASBO.
