I meant drunks would too fuked to organise a get together, whilst socially awkward people would make up excuses on why they can't go. Personally, I think it'd be a good laugh for us all to get together, but in reality I don't believe it would happen.

Not always, the internet and real life are two different places, where two different people meet. I'd personally be more inclined to talk to different members if I had met them and know them in real life.
