Motorized Jackal Carver: It smells like wet paint but the door is open. The paint is on the floor, you might want to put your light out also since a stray paint can reveals that it is highly inflammable. The hallway goes further a ways, it leads to THAT place.

 

Question oneself on what THAT place is. Which direction do the stairs go in?

 

Motorized Jackal Carver: It is too horrible to think about. No no no no no no no no no no no noooooo. You instead stop being Shia LeBouf and realize this stairwell is a one way stair. If you go in you will automatically go down a floor.

 

I contemplate my cannibalistic past, put out the light and go down the stairs.

 

Motorized Jackal Carver: Ach! You got paint on the bottom of your shoes. Why paint the floor of a stairwell anyways? You are now on the third floor landing.

 

IQ Check: Observe surroundings.

 

Motorized Jackal Carver: It's the same kind of landing as the floor before. There's a door out onto the third floor hallway but you've got paint on your shoes still and someone would get mad if you tracked it all everywhere. There's nothing lying about. The paint here is dry on the floor and the same color so you're not really tracking it everywhere too badly as long as you're in the stairwell.

Motorized Jackal Carver: The second you taste paint you regret trying this stupid plan to begin with. You hope nobody notices all the spit everywhere or the paint stain on your shirt where you wiped it off your tongue.

 

Check third floor hallway

 

Motorized Jackal Carver: You look into the hallway. there are tons of doors with numbers above them. This floor is mainly used for office space for people at the university. You see that the print room is open.

 

Remove shoes and carry them, then duck into print room

 

Hm... Use a lighter to dry the paint, and then smother any fire by pressing the bottoms of the shoes to the floor again?

... Late.

Motorized Jackal Carver: Your shoes are better off not tracking paint everywhere anyways. In the print room you see two of your co-workers. They are printing things and one of them pays you no attention. The other waves you over.

Motorized Jackal Carver: You recognize that it is GARY. GARY used to work on the 4th floor with you, but then he got promoted. He looks like he's picking up something boring. When you approach he greets you and tells you that he's going to be at the 6th floor meeting too. He also asks if you would like to pick up his daily candybar from the 1st floor lounge if you're going to pass that way.

 

You tell that gary mother f'er that he will never beat you in becoming a pokemon master and that he can get his own damn candybar, with his 10 gym badges.

Material Motorized Jackal Carver: You leave GARY unanswered and leave with a few sheets of blank paper and a half emptied ink cartridge. Further down the hall you realize you were supposed to be looking for your keys which wouldn't be anywhere around here. You need to retrace your steps back from your car in the second floor of the garage which corresponds to the first basement level of your building. The one way stairs can take you all the way back down to ground level.

 

Proceed back to one way stairs to arrive at 2nd floor garage floor. look around, and the proceed to where car is parked.
