    In the show Yugi was SUCH a cheater. I remember in one duel he was absolutely losing and then he's like "WAIT!" (in that deep voice of his, like wtf) "MYSTICAL ELF HAS BEEN PRAYING THE WHOLE TIME!"

    it's like what the **** yugi, the card doesn't have that effect.

    2. The person using raigeki is cheating because it is not a quick play magic card or trap card therefore it can't be activated on his opponent's turn.
