When he takes you in a room and spins upside down, run in a BIG circle around the edges and you'll miss his attacks ;) thats what I did :p but it took me 20 minutes to beat him.. I died ever 4 minutes

 

Try to dodge his lasers and when you get close enough pummel him with attacks. Also, when he goes into the small square area of land dodge his lasers at first and once he gets in the middle DON'T STOP RUNNING or you'll be a dead man/girl. That's pretty much it.

 

this may take a little while
ater he does that weird thing at the begining, use guard of his attacks, then go closer. when he goes "ROXAS" or "hey, reload" unleash hell on him.when he changes the battle field, just go along with it.

when he as about 3 lfe bars left, he will transform the field into a little square. jump when he's doing a gunshot circle on the floor.then jump for a while. when he says "let me see how you dance" for the love of god don't jump, or use a limit with donald or goofy. just repeat the other steps, and he will die.

Yeah, I did the same thing. I had lots of trouble with this fight too, but then I used my reaction comands against him. The one thing you've got to remember about org. XII members is that they usually have the same reaction commands as their nobody underlings(in Xigbars case, it's the same as the sniper nobodies), so be sure to use that against him. Also, this is usually where I get final form(if I've gotten anti-form 3 times and got master form in the battle at twilight town in front of the Mansion), so try using your drives against him as well.
