Birth by Sleep Xehanort Report Location Help -Some Spoilers-

So... I'm on Standard at the moment and I fully understand that to get the Last Chapter, I have to get all the reports and blah di blah no secret ending for me! I have finished Terra's story and Ven's, and am at the end of Aqua's, but I just realised that I'm missing some of Terra's reports. I have three for Ven and the letter so that makes four, and as soon as I finish Aqua's boss, I'll have four for her. I only have three for Terra.

For Terra, I have

Xehanort Report: 2
Xehanort Report: 8 and
Xehanort Report: 11

If I'm right, I need two more for Terra. Does anyone know the location of the other two?

 

Each character has 4 reports, the one you are missing is #5.

#5: Terra can get this by clearing Arena Match #5 (Sinister Sentinel) in the Mirage Arena.

 

Ven also has 4 Reports without countign the letter IIRC.
The missable ones are at boxes, one is at the first room of Keyblade Graveyard and one at the room you fight Gantu with Aqua.

 

where about in Keyblade Graveyard is 12?

edit: never mind, I just realized I was playing as Terra and I'm supposed to be Ven.

 

Sinister Sentinel? I don't have that... : S

 

you unlock it by doing the third one (I forgot what the name was)
