One of Ilkka Remes' books meant for teens. It was so bad I can't even remember the name, and it's only been a year since I read it. Remes should really stick to writing thrillers for adults.

    Worst book ever!!!

OKay, recently i had to read a book for class. If my final grade didn't depend on me reading this stupid book, i wouldn't have read it. The book i am talking about is the so-called "classic" The Scarlet Letter.

Honestly it was boring to me. I didn't like the characters or the writting of it. I know it was written a long time ago, but i can't find how great the book is. My teacher also told us that the movie didn't follow the book, so there went plan A.

    i give the book a D-.

    What were your views???

It wasn't my favorite book I've ever read, I'll admit that. But then again it wasn't the worst book I've ever read.

It would get a B for me. I think I enjoyed the Crucible more since I adore the character of Samueal Parris.

Stowaway. When I read what the book was about, I thought it would be awesome. When I actually read it: it made me fall asleep, didn't make much sense, no decent descriptions about the characters, and the storyline pretty much fell apart halfway through the book.
I'm so glad I actually finished that book report.

I read the Outsiders. I hated it so much, I wanted to tear the book up and light it on fire!

Not trying to be Racist, but we have a mandatory half hour class at my school devoted to reading. Gender split last year. For the 3rd quarter, my teacher made us read The Pact. Wasn't interesting. One of the only mandatory books I've read. I've always chosen the books I read.

I know there's a lot of fans of his stories, but Edgar Allen Poe books really creep me out. I mean most of his stories are about physco guys and then we had to watch the Pit and the Pendulam movie after reading the book in my seventh grade class... I mean it wasn't all that scary, just kind of disturbing....

Secret of the Andes. It had a good story and was pretty short, only a hundred-something pages, but it was so boring. I don't ever wanna read something like that again.>_<
