    Interesting! I've only heard of chimerism in cases of aberrant aneuploidy, but makes sense.. a foregein cell that "shouldn't" be there would be attacked... but not in the brain where our auto-imun system doesnt act.. maybe escaping for the brain was an cell evlotuion to live a parasitic life, as probably would be the only place in mother's body where it wouldn't be attacked.. althought if its grow isn't keapt in check could make brain tummors.
    In aneuploidys that doesn't happen as even the content of the cells are different they are still from the same base dna so it probably got the same MHC to reconize it as equal.
