Will of Fire

Becky let out a breath and opened her eyes, looking up at the ceiling. She rubbed her arm as she sat up. "Shoot..." She muttered silently.

 

OOC: only on for a short while. i can't explain right now and i'd rather not... after this i probably won't be on for another week

BIC: Rei spread out his wings and drew a feather. Good thing I don't have to worry about Akari or Anthony. He thought as he flew up about ten feet and threw the feather at Akito.

 

OOC: :( okay...

BIC: Panzela frowned. "It didn't work, so I guess we'll have to wait. Is the pain worse?"

 

Becky shook her head. "Just my arm..." She said. "But it'll go away in a second..." She sighed and laid back down, staring at the ceiling. She tried to think of what to do.

Akito dodged the feather and threw a kunai at Rei.

 

"No, I mean the pain from what she put on you." Panzela said, sitting next to her.

 

Rei caught the kunai in a hand covered with dark magic. "That all?" He tossed the kunai to the ground.

 

"Oh..." Becky said. "It's about the same as it was..." She said.

As Rei threw the kunai to the ground, Akito quickly flashstepped and jumped up behind him. He quickly grabbed another kunai from his pocket and stabbed it into Rei's back.

 

"okay." Panzela sighed, trying to think of what to do. "Becky, I don't knwo what will help you. Maybe Kairuto or Rei will have an idea..." she said vaguely, thinking of what to do.

 

Rei moved away from Akito and flew higher. He knew it was best to not take the kunai out; it would just bleed more.

"You okay?" Kairuto asked.

"Yeah." Rei responded, though he was grimicing. That kunai was deep and it was harder to manuver his wings. He held his hands out in front of him and muttered something that Akito couldn't hear. Dark magic gathered around Rei's hands and he unleashed a powerful blast of it at Akito.

 

Becky shook her head. "They wouldn't know any more about this than you or Akari do..." She said and then suddenly winced, grabbing her side as she felt a sharp pain. She covered her mouth with her other hand as she started to cough.

Akito tried to dodge, but he wasn't quick enough and he got knocked back.

 

Rei cut off the attack; he didn't want to hurt Akito too badly, though he knew he shouldn't hold back since Akito was with the Hiwataris. "Oi, kid! You really thing you have what it takes to beat me?" He called, fixing his wings so that he could hover. He glanced at Akari. Good, she's still out.

 

Panzela nodded, "We have to think of something." she said mostly to herself, frowning.

 

Anthony groaned as he opened his eyes, coming concious once again. He looked around him, rubbing his head.

Becky put a hand on her chest. She found that it was getting harder to breathe. It wasn't until then that she knew what was wrong with her. Poison... Of Course... She thought and started to rummage through the top drawer of her nightstand.

 

"What is it?" Panzela asked, seeing she was looking for something urgently.

BIC:Rei felt the pain increase in his back and was forced to land. He reached behind himself and yanked out the kunai, splattering the ground with blood. "That hurt..." He mumbled as he dropped the kunai.

 

OOC: psha, i'll call!

 

Akito grunted as he shakily got back up again. "Of course..." He said and smirked, taking out his doubleswords. "You seem to be hurt pretty badly... How much longer do you expect to stay concious before you lose too much blood?" He grinned.

"A potion..." Becky said weakly. "I made it awhile back, and there's a good chance that it might help..." She continued to rummage through the drawer, but it wasn't in there. "Now if I could only remember where I put it..." She muttered under her breath.

 

Panzela bit her lip, she was starting to worry about Anthony but she shook her head and concentrated on Becky. "Tell me places to search and I'll try and find it. You can't stand up."

 

Becky shook her head. "It's alright... I'm fine..." She said and smiled weakly. "Although I don't have the slightest idea where it'd be..." She sighed and shook her head, trying to think.

Anthony stood up, seeing the fighting going on around him. What's going on...? He wondered and looked around him. Where's Panzela...?

 

"You are not fine so don't strain yourself okay?" Panzela said, knowing she sounded motherly and stupid but she didn't care.
