Rei was taken aback but folded his arms. "I'll talk to you however I want."

"Rei, be nice to her! She's friends with Dai-chan!" Kairuto reminded Rei.

"Oh... right..." Rei sighed. "Do you know where Dai-chan went?"

 

Panzela couldn't help but be annoyed by his first comment, "Fine, talk to me the way you want but don't talk down to me, got it big-shot? Last I remember from the muesume it was me standing infront of you facing Megumi and lately I've been fighting on your side so get over yourself." she sighed and continued before he could retort, "As for Dai, sorry, I don't know. I saw a flash from where she was helping Becky but I didn't see what happened."

Rei muttered to himself and mumbled a thanks to Panzela. "Sorry, guess we won't be able to find her for a while. I'm sure she's fine though."

Kairuto sighed. "Yeah... She can take care of herself."

Dai helped Becky inside. "Grandma! It's me, Dai. And I've brought a friend. She could use some help."

Dai's grandma came to the front room. "Oh, how nice to see you Dai-chan. And who is your friend?"

"Her name is Becky Ayume. I'm sorry if it's a bother, but could you heal her?" Dai said.

"Of course, dear. Come sit." Grandma motioned to the couch.

 

Panzela watched Rei mutter to himself for a while. "Are you hurt?" she asked suddenly.

Akari remained unconcious.

Akito heard voices outside the window. I guess Rei is up... he thought.

Thank you very much..." Becky said and smiled, going over to the couch. She was still a bit curious, though. What is that red flash of light that keeps coming back...? Dai doesn't seem to know what it is...

BIC: Panzela leaned on th wall of the house, watching to place where Becky and Dai had been before.

 

Akari groaned as she sat up, rubbing her head. What happened...? Oh, yeah... Panzela... she thought and looked around.

 

Panzela heard Akari waking up and snapped her head towards her. "Uh oh." she murmered, dropping her bag again and flicking out her blades.

Akari looked at Panzela. I just became concious and she already wants to fight...? she thought and chuckled, closing her eyes and smiling. "Don't worry... i'm not gonna do anything..." she said.

BIC: Panzela stood still, alittle thrown off but not trusting. "Okay." she said, vaguely. "Do what you want, I'm just not giving any chances."

 

Akari just grinned. "Oh... so now you're telling me to go hurt people...? Are you looking for a fight or something...?" she asked and laid back down, staring up at the sky.

"I'm not looking for anything or telling you to hurt people, I'll hurt you if you try. I'm just waiting, that's all." Panzela said, watching her.

 

Akari didn't say anything as she stared up at the sky. For the first time in a long time, she actually had a serious look on her face. Usually she would have a playful, devious smile on her face... but right now she was thinking about something.

 

Panzela felt sorry for her because of the broken rib but the combination of her choosen side and Panzela's memories made her stay still and not help her. "You should go home." she finally said, "Your rib is broken I think."

 

Akari closed her eyes. "Nah... I'm fine..." she said.

 

"Alright." Panzela sighed, sitting down and, keeping her blades out (paranoid) got her sketch book. She carefully began drawing.

Rei glared at Akari, his arms still folded. "What about you? You must know something about Dai-chan."

"My, my. You look like you've been through a lot." Grandma sat next to Becky and placed a glowing pink hand on her neck. "This will hurt a bit, dear, but it should fix you up nicely."

Dai slumped into a chair. "Hey, Grandma, do you know anything about red magic?"

"I'm sorry, Dai-chan, but I'm afraid I've not done much research on magic since I left your grandfather. I only know what I knew before. So this red magic you speak of, I don't know." Grandma spoke as she kept her hand on Becky's neck. "Why don't you do some research?"

"Alright." Dai got up and went outside, going to the bush that had rustled before she and Becky had gone inside.
