Dai looked at the picture after listening to Panzela. "... Nothing..."

 

"Oh, well some how you remembered me, I just thought it might have... but you'll remeet them soon. What else do you want to know." Panzela cleared her half finished bowl of stew away and sat back at the table.

 

Dai thought for a moment. "I don't know how I remember you... I'm not sure I want to know anymore." She finished her Miso. White Wings... Black Wings... Tamers... this all sounds so weird...

 

Panzela cleared away Dai's plate and cleaned up the kitchen, "Well, I'll answer any questions you do have and if you don't want to know any more tonight, that's alright, your probably tired." she rested her chin in her hand, "You can sleep in the room you were in before if you tired. The restroom is down the hall and if you get hungry take whatever you want from the kitchen. Do you want to go to bed now, or do you have anything else you want to know first?" she knew she was going fast but having someone in the house made her feel uncomfortable, like she had to cover something up. Well I do, but she doesn't know that, not when she's so out of it.

Dai realized that she did feel tired. I wish I knew more. Panzela-chan said I was a Tamer.... I wonder if that means I'm important... She smiled at Panzela. "It is getting late. I think I'll just go to bed."

 

Becky watched as Kairuto walked out, a million thoughts running through her head. "W-What are you talking about...?" she asked. "I was perfectly fine... I meant to go help you... because they had captured you... and I promised that I would never let them keep you... and I'd do everything I could to get you back... but I didn't keep my promise... I didn't go for you..." she explained, looking down. "Just because I was scared..."

Akito placed his hands firmly on her shoulders and used one of his hands to tilt Becky's head up so that she was looking at him. "Becky... don't think any of this is your fault..." he said. "It's my fault for getting caught in the first place..." he smiled. "But it's all over now... we're together again..."

Becky felt tears running down her cheeks. "A-Akito..." she hugged him tightly, not wanting to let go ever again.

OOC- I thought I'd make this a cute reunion :D

 

Kairuto slumped onto the couch and sighed. "I'll be ready to go out soon. Then we can do whatever you went out to do."

"Alright, but Becky-chan and Akito-kun have to stay out of it." Rei said.

"Like she'll ever do that." Kairuto smiled a bit. "I'll try my best to get her to stay."

 

Akito rubbed the back of her head soothingly. After a moment of silence, he said," Becky-chan... I want to apologize..." he said.

"Becky looked up at him curiously. "For what...?" she asked.

"For this..." Akito said bitterly.

Becky's eyes widened when she felt something pierce her back, the pain rushing through her whole body. "A-Akito..." She stumbled back, a bit shocked by what he just did. "You... b-but why...?" she asked, falling down to her knees. She could feel the blood dripping down her back.

"Because..." Akito said. "You abandoned me..." He gave her a look before quickly turning around and jumping out of the window.

BIC: Rei suddenly felt a bad aura coming from upstairs. "Get to Becky-chan." He ordered Kairuto.

Kairuto knew that was Rei's serious voice and immediately obeyed. "Neesan!" He knelt beside her. "What the hell did he do?!" He cradled her.

 

Becky's eyes were wide and she had tears streaming down her face. "W-Why..." she muttered softly and closed her eyes. She was trembling.

 

Kairuto tightened his grip a bit out of anger. "Where'd he go, Neesan? Tell us where he went and we'll track him down."

"Hold up there. You know I can't use my magic for this sort of revenge. The most I can do is hold him down and question him." Rei said.

"That'll be enough." Kairuto replied.

 

"P-Please... Don't..." Becky said, not wanting Akito hurt.

BIC: "What are you saying? Look at what he did to you!" Kairuto placed his hand on her back to support her, not caring about the blood.

 

Becky winced. "I know..." she said and looked down. "I j-just can't stand to see him hurt..."

 

Kairuto grit his teeth. "Alright. But if he shows his face around here again, I'll do what I want to."

"Oi, don't get so carried away. We'll find him; but remember, there's not much we can do. He's not a Hiwatari." Rei said.

Becky closed her eyes, breathing heavily.

 

Kairuto used a bit of Rei's magic to heal the wound in Becky's back. "Better?"

 

Panzela smiled back, "That's a good idea. I'll get you some night clothes, you clothes are a bit torn up." she walked down to her room and pulled out some pj's, glancing briefly around the room. She handed them to Dai back in the kitchen. "I hope you sleep well."

 

"Yeah..." Becky said and smiled, hugging Kairuto. "Thanks..."

Akito stopped running by a tree in the park to catch his brethe. He closed his eyes and slammed his fist on the tree. D*mn it! I can't do this anymore!! he thought. I can't believe I did that... what the h*ll was I thinking?! He sighed and sat down, leaning against the tree with his eyes clothes. I'm such a baka...

 

Kairuto stood, placing Becky on the bed. "Rei and I have to go to the museum. We're pretty sure the director can give us some useful information. Then we're gonna head to the library."

Dai smiled, said thanks, and went to the room that she was in earlier. When she'd changed, she noticed to large, oval holes in the back of her shirt. "What...." She bit her lip. It looks like I had wings.... Disturbed, she folded her pants and torn shirt and placed them on the floor near the end of the bed. She sat on the bed cross legged and sighed. Tamer, huh? This could get interesting.
