"Yeah... Think you can handle dinner on your own tonight?" Kairuto asked.

 

"Yeah..." Becky said and smiled. "But... are you going somewhere, Kairuto?" she asked.

 

"It'll just be for a little while." Kairuto assured. "It should be over around eleven."

 

"Well... alright..." becky said unsure and stopped in front of him, staring straight at him. "Just please... don't get yourself hurt..." she said worridley.

 

"Hey, don't be so serious. Rei and I are a great team. We'll be fine." Kairuto said, though he wasn't sure how true the words were.

 

I know you are..." Becky said and gave a worried smile. "But... after what happened... I just don't think you two are ready to go out and fight again... not now, anyways..."

 

"We won't be fighting. We're just gonna check out something. Don't worry too much, okay?" Kairuto put a hand on her shoulder.

"So you're planning on doing THAT?" Megumi snickered. "You don't have nearly enough energy for THAT."

"Either way I die." Dai responded, still reading. That's all that matters...

 

"Well... alright..." Becky said, still a little worried.

 

"Neesan, you think too much." Kairuto smiled. "When have Rei and I ever lost a fight?"

 

Becky thought back for a second. "Never..." she said but then looked up at him. "But I can't help but worry about you! I don't want to see you hurt! Even though you haven't lost yet... you've been hurt before... and I don't like seeing you like that..."

 

OOC: hi guys, just so i understand it all and don't make a fool of myself, (too late i know XD) where are all ur characters?

 

OOC: i'm on the phone working on a project so it might take me a while to post

BIC: "It's no big deal, really." Kairuto said.

 

OOC: no prob, but where are all the characters? ^-^ I know where Pan is but the others? lol

BIC: Panzela walked out of the library and down the street. She sighed and headed for Dai's house.

 

"Well... maybe I should go with you... just in case..." Becky said worridley.

 

"No. I don't want you getting hurt." Kairuto said.

Dai read over the pages one last time. I think I've almost got it memorized...

 

"I won't get hurt!" Becky said. "Besides, you said there'd be no fighting..."

 

Panzela walked into the study, "Do you have any other assinment tonight, sir?" she asked from the door way.

 

"Uh... right. But still, I think you'd be safer if you stayed home." Kairuto said.

"Fetch Megumi." Hiwatari said.
